Abstract

本发明公开了一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,该饲料由精饲料,青饲料,粗饲料组成,并添加了由重量比2‑3%大豆黄酮,0.2‑0.5%生物素,1‑3%蜂蜜,60‑70%羽毛粉,10‑15%葡萄糖酸锌,15‑20%葡萄糖酸钙组成的大豆黄酮生物素助剂,制备的饲料不仅营养全面,满足种鹅繁殖期的营养所需,添加的大豆黄酮生物素助剂富含蛋白质和植物激素,矿物质,有利于提高种鹅的繁殖能力。

一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,属于家畜饲养行业。
背景技术
种鹅是指公鹅开始配种、母鹅开始产蛋,用于繁殖后代的鹅。这一阶段的鹅所需蛋白质,脂肪,碳水化合物较多,而所需的矿物质,维生素较其他阶段都要多出很多,此阶段的青,精饲料的配比与助剂的补给影响着种鹅的繁殖能力。
近几年,随养鹅的深入研究,鹅饲料分阶段开始引起人们的关注,目前,对种鹅繁殖力的饲料研究主要是精饲料,粗饲料,中药助剂,如专利号201310301413.9,此配方的中药会在鹅体内有少量的残余,不利于种鹅的后续生长。
本发明就是基于此思路,在保证饲料营养全面和均衡前提下,添加大豆黄酮生物素助剂,提供了种鹅所需的蛋白质和矿物质和繁殖期激素,有利于提高种鹅的繁殖力。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供了一种低成本,营养全面合理,绿色的提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,包括重量占比55%-65%精饲料,20%-30%青饲料,10%-15%粗饲料,还包括10%-15%大豆黄酮生物素助剂;其中,大豆黄酮生物素助剂由重量占比如下的成份组成:2-3%大豆黄酮,1-2%生物素,1-3%蜂蜜,60-70%羽毛粉,10-15%葡萄糖酸锌,15-20%葡萄糖酸钙。
优选的,所述青饲料是由白菜、生菜、萝卜秧、鱼腥草、水草、海带中任意三种粉碎混合所得。
优选的,所述精饲料含有80-85%日食粮粉;5-8%蛋氨酸;10-15%矿物质;0.5-1%维生素;1.5-2%粒径80-100目的石粉。
优选的,所述日食粮粉为豆粕,玉米粉,小麦中任意两种。
优选的,所述维生素有效成份为维生素A,维生素C,维生素E,叶酸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明中采用在青,精饲料中添加粗饲料的技术,获得了饲料具有营养均衡,成本低的优点。
2.本发明中采用饲料中添加大豆黄酮生物素技术,获得了饲料富含蛋白质和矿物质,植物激素,有利于提高种鹅繁殖力的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
称取重量比80%豆粕和小麦混合物;6%蛋氨酸;12%矿物质;0.5%维生素,100目1.5%的石粉,搅拌混合均匀后在30℃下,发酵3h,得精饲料;
将白菜、生菜、鱼腥草在常规工艺下粉碎混合均匀,得青饲料;
取3%大豆黄酮,2%生物素,3%蜂蜜,65%羽毛粉,12%葡萄糖酸锌,15%葡萄糖酸钙搅拌混合均匀,常规工艺下造粒粒径1mm,得大豆黄酮生物素助剂;
分别取重量比为55%精饲料,25%青饲料,10%粗饲料,10%大豆黄酮生物素助剂混合均匀,得一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料。
实施例2
工艺步骤同实施例1,不同的是20%青饲料,15%大豆黄酮生物素助剂。
实施例3
工艺步骤同实施例1,60%精饲料,20%青饲料。
实施例和对比饲料的性能测试如下:
1.实验分组:选取500只健康、活泼的相同品种母种鹅和100只健康、活泼的相同品种公种鹅,体重差异在±20.25g范围内,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只母鹅,5只公鹅。
2.实验方法:进行预试20天的饲养试验,其间进行微调直至各组种鹅产蛋差异不显著,正试期60天,试验种鹅采用分栏,定时定量喂料,自由饮水,并严格按照饲养管理制度进行饲养管理。
孵化条件:采用依爱牌全自动孵化机,1-28天37.5℃恒温孵化,湿度为60-65%,自动翻蛋;出雏温度36.5℃,出雏期湿度为78%,9天后每日喷水凉蛋2次。
日常记录:每10-12天孵化一次种蛋(与鹅场同步),测定受精率、孵化率、健雏率,试验中每个重复随机抽出2只母鹅进行翅下静脉采血,每1只采lOml,在2500r/min离心分离出血清,-20℃保存待测。测定孕酮(P4)激素水平,P4试剂盒购自天津协和医药科技有限公司。
3.实验结果:种鹅蛋孵化情况见下表:

表中数据显示:实施例1-3中数据较对照组优,且实施例2数据优于实施例1,3,受精率高出对照组5.5%,孵化率高出5.3%,孕酮(P4)激素水平经测试,对照组为63.97±5.89mmol/L,试验组为73.78±3.93mmol/L,试验组激素水平显著高于对照组。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同。

Claims (5)

1.一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,包括重量占比55%-65%精饲料,20%-30%青饲料,10%-15%粗饲料,其特征在于:还包括10%-15%大豆黄酮生物素助剂;其中,大豆黄酮生物素助剂由重量占比如下的成份组成:2-3%大豆黄酮,1-2%生物素,1-3%蜂蜜,60-70%羽毛粉,10-15%葡萄糖酸锌,15-20%葡萄糖酸钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,其特征在于:所述青饲料是由白菜、生菜、萝卜秧、鱼腥草、水草、海带中任意三种粉碎混合所得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,其特征在于:所述精饲料含有80-85%日食粮粉;5-8%蛋氨酸;10-15%矿物质;0.5-1%维生素;1.5-2%粒径80-100目的石粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,其特征在于:所述日食粮粉为豆粕,玉米粉,小麦中任意两种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高种鹅繁殖力的饲料,其特征在于:所述维生素有效成份为维生素A,维生素C,维生素E,叶酸。
