Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种摄像机的保持元件。特别是,本发明涉及一种将摄像机固定至头盔上的保持元件。
背景技术
摄像机是高度敏感且通常相对昂贵的设备,其被连接到三脚架以稳固放置。然而,这样的摄像机也在高度动态的情形中使用,特别是,在运动这样的情形中,被用于拍摄影片和相片。为此,摄像机会被固定,例如固定至滑雪运动员、自行车运动员或皮艇运动员的头盔上,以在一个动态的使用情形中与头盔牢固地连接来进行拍摄。
保持元件被设计成保证摄像机连接于头盔,从而即使在动态荷载下,摄像机依然能稳固地锚定在头盔上。为此,该保持元件被进一步改进,从而即使在强动态负荷下,好的摄像机的保持元件能保证摄像机与头盔的安全连接。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于提供一种摄像机的保持元件,该保持元件包括一个释放机构,当作用于摄像机上的荷载超过设定荷载值时,其将摄像机从保持元件拆卸至设定位置。
如果在一个动态的使用情形中一个静态或动态的荷载作为施加在摄像机上作用力,这个动态荷载会通过与头盔的固定连接被转移到头盔。头盔再将该荷载施加于该头盔的佩戴者的头上。因此,来自头盔的力作用于头或颈部区域,这会导致严重的伤害。
基于本发明,大约在力被传导至摄像机轴的附近,前进力的传导链被中断,由此防止对头盔造成伤害,尤其是防止对头盔佩戴者的伤害。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的一个技术方案:在摄像机受到的荷载超过设定荷载值时,保持元件不再继续夹持摄像机。因此,在高动态的使用情形中,摄像机会使其从头盔分离,这通常会导致摄像机的损毁。
虽然将摄像机牢固地夹持在头盔上是主要任务,尤其是在特别高动态的使用情况下,推荐根据本发明的方案以解决在特别高动态情况下的摄像机-头盔连接的问题,并且接受摄像机的损毁。为此,当摄像机从保持元件释放时,该保持元件具有一个设定位置以使得头盔和摄像机都不会被损坏。
本文中,设定荷载值由断裂强度来定义,断裂强度是指在保持元件上的荷载的均匀增加的情况下,导致断裂的机械应力。根据外力的作用方式,有多种强度指标,如抗拉强度、抗压强度、抗弯强度、抗剪强度或抗扭强度。对于动态荷载,可以规定疲劳强度或者脆性断裂强度。
优选的,如果释放机构将摄像机连同释放机构的一部分一起释放。该释放机构可以是多块式,允许该释放机构的这些部分之间有连接,当摄像机上的荷载超过设定荷载值时,连接会解开。在另一个替代方案中,该释放机构也可以在转变状态时在保持元件与摄像机或保持元件与头盔之间的连接处直接解开连接。
本发明的一个优选实施方案提供了允许摄像机可逆地固定到头盔上的保持元件。该释放机构可以可逆地或不可逆地改变保持元件,以使得摄像机从头盔分离。
在本发明的一个实施例中,释放机构具有固定夹,当设定荷载值被超过时,该固定夹弯曲至摄像机,通过这样的方式使得摄像机脱离保持元件。这样的弯曲可以是可逆的或者不可逆的。
这样的保持元件也可以包含带有断裂位置的释放机构,当设定荷载值被超过时,通过断裂位置的断裂使得摄像机从保持元件分离。可以在保持元件的每一个部分都设置一个这样的断裂位置。
该保持元件也可以包含一块磁铁和金属部分或者两块磁铁,用来将摄像机固定在保持元件上,或者将保持元件固定在头盔上,亦或使保持元件的两部分固定在一起。这种磁性连接既可以用于固定,也可以用于释放。在本发明的一个实施例中,保持元件提供的磁性连接的强度适合于在正常使用中将摄像机牢固地夹持,并在坠落时释放摄像机,以便使摄像机和头盔的连接松开,来避免受伤。因此基于本发明的进一步方案,对于没有以上特征的本发明方案来说,也是必要的。优选的,释放机构可以包含用于安装摄像机的磁性连接,当作用于摄像机上的荷载超过设定荷载值时,其使使摄像机脱离保持元件。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,该保持机构设有一个保持部用来将摄像机固定在保持元件上,并且该保持机构设有一个固定部用来将该保持机构固定在头盔上。
在这样的构造中,优选的,该保持部可以具有一条带有至少一个槽的臂。这样的槽可以很容易地将摄像机牢固地固定在保持元件上。
在保持元件这样的构造中,固定部可以设置成底座。这样的话,固定部可以,例如,具有一个粘接表面。
保持部可以被插入到固定部中,从而实现一种易拆卸的连接方式。优选的,保持部被卡扣入固定部中。
保持部或固定部可以通过一个旋转支架来固定,从而实现一种特别牢固的连接。
可以看出,设定的荷载值,一方面实现可靠的固定,另一方面避免头盔对头盔佩戴者产生负面影响;在断裂负荷情况下,设定的荷载值在10N到1000N间,优选在100N到1000N之间。
头盔保持元件可以设计成不同的变形方式。优选实施方案是权利要求和附图所指的。
优选的,基板可以采用抗拉且具有弹性的塑料材料,其在四个角部设有用于收容连接件的开口。这些可安装于基板上的连接件,可以根据头盔种类有所不同,单独地适配于每一种类型的头盔。
四个吸盘,可以通过硫化从而与基板的底部永久性地连接,其为系统提供牢固的夹持以及四个附着处所施加的应力。
该保持元件在不同的应用情况中,诸如摩托车头盔、重机车头盔、滑板车头盔、山地车头盔、自行车头盔以及类似的各种式样的头盔中,做单独地调整。
本发明的改进的是基于这样的目的:提供一种简单、稳定的保持元件,特别是,头盔摄像机采用这样的保持固定于不同的头盔上。
本发明的目的通过本发明的保持元件来实现,本发明的保持元件包括一个由弹性塑料制成的基板,基板具有三个,优选四个,从基板向不同方向延伸的连接件。附图给出了头盔保持元件的示例性的实施方式。
为了将基板固定于头盔,基板由弹性塑料制成,这样可以与弹性的连接件或者甚至是非弹性的连接件连接。
特别优选的,吸盘,特别是在基板底部的四个吸盘,它们对基板和头盔的连接起作用,也以此防止基板相对于头盔打滑。
优选的,如果保持元件包含由弹性塑料制成的基板,带有三个,最好是四个由基板向不同方向延伸的连接件。

本发明的有益效果是:带有断裂位置的释放机构,当设定荷载值被超过时,通过断裂位置的断裂使得摄像机从保持元件分离;在摄像机受到的荷载超过设定荷载值时,保持元件不再继续夹持摄像机。因此,在高动态的使用情形中,摄像机会使其从头盔分离,避免运动摄像机造成的人体伤害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例:一种摄像机的保持元件,如图1-图16所示,本发明包括保持部2和固定部3,保持部2用于将摄像机(图中未示出)固定在保持元件1上,固定部3用于将保持元件1固定在头盔(图中未示出)上。为了将摄像机夹持在保持部2,保持部2具有一个带有三个夹紧件5,6和7的臂4,三个夹紧件5,6和7之间形成了两个槽8和9(参见图4)。
可以在槽8和9中插入摄像机的两个支架(图中未示出),并且夹紧件5至7通过紧固螺丝10被压紧在一起,以这样的方式从而使得被夹持在槽8和9中的摄像机被固定连接至保持部2。
固定部3被设置成底座11,并且该底座11具有一个粘接表面12,底座11通过该粘接表面12可以牢固地连接至头盔(图中未示出)。
为了使固定部3的底座11与保持部2牢固地连接在一起,底座11有两条相对的L形的保持条13,14,并且两条保持条之间有一条杆状的导向凸棱15。这样的结构形成了一个固定部,如图4和6以及8和9中所示,保持部被插入到底座11中且被牢固地夹持住。在保持部16的底部设计有一条槽17,在保持部16插入底座11时,这条槽与导向凸棱15相配合。在保持部16插入底座11时,夹臂18和19在沿着保持条13,14移动时被挤压到一起。当保持部16完全插入后,保持条13,14紧贴在边界20到23之间的保持部16上以将保持部16牢固地夹持在底座11上。

1.一种摄像机的保持元件(1),其特征在于:其包括一个释放机构,当施加于所述摄像机的荷载超过一设定荷载值时,所述释放机构将所述摄像机从所述保持元件释放至一设定位置;
所述释放机构将所述摄像机与所述释放机构的保持部(2,16,63,75)一起释放;
所述释放机构包括一个保持条(13,14),当施加于所述摄像机的荷载超过一设定荷载值时,所述保持条弯曲至所述摄像机,通过这样的方式使得所述摄像机从所述保持元件释放;
所述释放机构包括连接处(32,33,37,38),当施加于所述摄像机的荷载超过一设定荷载值时,通过断开连接处将所述摄像机从所述保持元件释放;

11.如权利要求9所述的摄像机的保持元件,其特征在于:所述吸盘可移动地设置在所述基板上。
