本发明公开了一种空调用黄铜分配器,包括分配器主体和分配器副体,所述分配器主体的一端为进口端,所述进口端与空调的总液管相连接,所述分配器主体的另外一端端面环形阵列有数个外出孔,所述分配器主体内部设置有底端开口的密封腔体,所述密封腔体内同心设置有分配器副体,所述分配体副体顶部设置有与外出孔一一对应的内出孔,所述分配体副体上端外侧套装有位于密封腔体内的旋转轴承。本发明所述的空调用黄铜分配器,通过分配器副体在分配主体内腔的旋转,改变外出孔与内出孔对应位置,从而实现了分配器流道内经的改变,随时调节分配器内部流量,调节简单、快速,控制方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种分配器,尤其涉及一种空调用黄铜分配器。
背景技术
空调分配器又称液体分配器或分液器,是一种制冷剂分配器件,它可以将膨胀阀过来的制冷剂均匀地分配给蒸发器的各个通道。它分为气管和液管。气管一般口径比液管要粗。制冷剂经过膨胀阀或者毛细管节流,然后从主机出口出来之后连接分支器的液管。制冷剂经过液管分流可以分出其他的分支器和末端蒸发器。制冷剂在蒸发器中经吸热变成气体之后经过气管流回主机的压缩机。分配器的进口和出口均是经过变径的多节铜管组成。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空调用黄铜分配器,随时调节分配器内部流量,调节简单、快速,控制方便。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种空调用黄铜分配器,包括分配器主体和分配器副体,所述分配器主体的一端为进口端,所述进口端与空调的总液管相连接,所述分配器主体的另外一端端面环形阵列有数个外出孔,所述分配器主体内部设置有底端开口的密封腔体,所述密封腔体内同心设置有分配器副体,所述分配体副体顶部设置有与外出孔一一对应的内出孔,所述分配体副体下端外侧套装有位于密封腔体内的旋转轴承。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述分配器副体底端设置有与分配器主体进口端相通的管道,所述分配器副体内设置有与管道相通的腔体。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述分配器主体内设置有放置旋转轴承的环形槽。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述分配器副体外圆设置有定位孔。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述分配器主体上设置有与定位孔对应的定位销。
本发明的有益效果:一种空调用黄铜分配器,通过分配器副体在分配主体内腔的旋转,改变外出孔与内出孔对应位置,从而实现了分配器流道内经的改变,随时调节分配器内部流量,调节简单、快速,控制方便。

下面结合图1并通过具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种空调用黄铜分配器,包括分配器主体1和分配器副体2,所述分配器主体1的一端为进口端,所述进口端与空调的总液管相连接,所述分配器主体1的另外一端端面环形阵列有数个外出孔11,所述分配器主体1内部设置有底端开口的密封腔体12,所述密封腔体12内同心设置有分配器副体2,所述分配体副体2顶部设置有与外出孔11一一对应的内出孔21,所述分配体副体2下端外侧套装有位于密封腔体11内的旋转轴承3,带动分配器副体2沿分配器主体1内部转动。
进一步,所述分配器副体2底端设置有与分配器主体1进口端相通的管道4,所述分配器副体2内设设置有与管道4相通的腔体22。
进一步,所述分配器主体1内设置有放置旋转轴承3的环形槽13。
进一步,所述分配器副体2外圆设置有定位孔23,所述分配器主体1上设置有与定位孔23对应的定位销5。
本发明的有益效果:一种空调用黄铜分配器,通过分配器副体在分配主体内腔的旋转,改变外出孔与内出孔对应位置,从而实现了分配器流道内经的改变,随时调节分配器内部流量,调节简单、快速,控制方便。

1.一种空调用黄铜分配器,包括分配器主体和分配器副体,所述分配器主体的一端为进口端,所述进口端与空调的总液管相连接,其特征在于,所述分配器主体的另外一端端面环形阵列有数个外出孔,所述分配器主体内部设置有底端开口的密封腔体,所述密封腔体内同心设置有分配器副体,所述分配体副体顶部设置有与外出孔一一对应的内出孔,所述分配体副体下端外侧套装有位于密封腔体内的旋转轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调用黄铜分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器副体底端设置有与分配器主体进口端相通的管道,所述分配器副体内设设置有与管道相通的腔体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空调用黄铜分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器主体内设置有放置旋转轴承的环形槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空调用黄铜分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器副体外圆设置有定位孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空调用黄铜分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器主体上设置有与定位孔对应的定位销。
