技术领域
本发明涉及切割机械,具体涉及一种高速纸筒修切机。
背景技术
市面上常用纸筒作为卷绕线的装置,需要根据实际情况选择纸筒的长度,因此需要对毛坯纸筒进行锯切操作。现有的锯切装置效率地下,多为手工锯切,或者采用切割机半自动锯切,锯切效率极为地下。因此需要提供一种技术方案来解决上述的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高速纸筒修切机,设计开发的目的:本产品实现了全自动锯切,锯切效率大大提高,并且具有可调下料尺寸的功能。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种高速纸筒修切机,包括机架,输送线、剪切组件,所述输送线、剪切组件安装于所述机架,所述剪切组件含有剪切辊、环形刀片、套接辊、装夹活动架,所述剪切辊与所述环形刀片固定连接,所述环形刀片的刀刃与所述套接辊的圆柱表面相切,所述装夹活动架设有第一装夹环、第二装夹环,所述第一装夹环与所述第二装夹环同轴心,所述第一装夹环、第二装夹环的环的径向截面的形状、大小和纸筒一致,所述机架还设有纸筒托件,所述纸筒托件为弧瓦形,所述装夹活动架与所述机架直线轨道连接,所述装夹活动架设有第一气缸,所述剪切辊与第一电机传动连接,所述剪切辊的两侧设有摆臂,所述摆臂设有第二气缸。所述套接辊与所述第二电机传动连接。所述输送线的驱动电机为步进电机。
本发明的有益效果如下:输送线1上装载有直线排列的纸筒,输送线在步进电机的作用下将纸筒送入纸筒托件8上,由于所述装夹活动架7设有第一气缸,所述第一气缸使得装夹活动架7做往返运动,将置于纸筒托件8上的纸筒送入套接辊4后与套接辊4套接,所述摆臂9设有第二气缸。使得环形刀片3实现下刀切割和释放作业。套接辊4设有电机,使得套接辊4产生自转,便于切割。本产品实现了全自动锯切,锯切效率大大提高,并且具有可调下料尺寸的功能。

1.一种高速纸筒修切机,包括机架,输送线(1)、剪切组件,所述输送线(1)、剪切组件安装于所述机架,其特征在于,所述剪切组件含有剪切辊(2)、环形刀片(3)、套接辊(4)、装夹活动架(7),所述剪切辊(2)与所述环形刀片(3)固定连接,所述环形刀片(3)的刀刃与所述套接辊(4)的圆柱表面相切,所述装夹活动架(7)设有第一装夹环(5)、第二装夹环(6),所述第一装夹环(5)与所述第二装夹环(6)同轴心,所述第一装夹环(5)、第二装夹环(6)的环的径向截面的形状、大小和纸筒一致,所述机架还设有纸筒托件(8),所述纸筒托件(8)为弧瓦形,所述装夹活动架(7)与所述机架直线轨道连接,所述装夹活动架(7)设有第一气缸,所述剪切辊(2)与第一电机传动连接,所述剪切辊(2)的两侧设有摆臂(9),所述摆臂(9)设有第二气缸,所述套接辊(4)与所述第二电机传动连接。
