The invention relates to a cooker and a dish adding device for the cooker.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the whole society is developing towards intelligence, automation, and the use of intelligent kitchen equipment can further improve people's living standard, practices thrift the time of cooking or having a dinner, but a lot of kitchen equipment, especially the equipment of doing chinese meal still can't fine realization intellectuality, automation all the time, this is because the cooking skill of chinese meal is various, and the edible material is various, and the match of different edible materials is tinged the taste different, and the required firepower of edible material size time is unfixed.
Although many automatic cooking devices appear on the prior world, the automatic cooking devices mainly provide a stirring function. The dish adding process mainly depends on manual operation, and dishes cannot be respectively added at regular time and quantity when multiple dishes are mixed and fried, so that the fried dish is far less delicious than that fried by a cook.
The invention content is as follows:
in order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide the frying machine which has a simple structure and can realize automatic frying and the dish adding device for the frying machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the dish adding device for the cooker comprises: the dish cylinder is used for containing dishes and/or seasonings and consists of a circular cylinder bottom and a cylinder edge which are integrally arranged; the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and is used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the blade of the impeller divides the dish cylinder into a plurality of accommodating spaces;
a connecting structure or a connecting part for transmission connection is arranged on the impeller or the vegetable cylinder, and after the connecting structure or the connecting part is connected and driven, the impeller can rotate relative to the vegetable cylinder;
the bottom of the barrel is provided with a vegetable outlet corresponding to the position of the containing space or the side of the barrel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the dish adding device for the cooker comprises: the dish cylinder is used for containing dishes and/or seasonings and consists of a circular cylinder bottom and a cylinder edge which are integrally arranged; the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and is used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the blade of the impeller divides the dish cylinder into a plurality of accommodating spaces; the driving device is used for driving the impeller to rotate in the vegetable cylinder according to time sequence or driving the vegetable cylinder to rotate relative to the impeller according to time sequence; the bottom of the barrel is provided with a vegetable outlet corresponding to the position of the containing space or the side of the barrel.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a dish adding device for a dish frying machine, the dish frying machine at least comprises a frying pan, the dish adding device is arranged above an opening of the frying pan, and the dish adding device comprises:
the dish cylinder is used for containing dishes and/or seasonings and consists of a circular cylinder bottom and a cylinder edge which are integrally arranged;
the upper surface of the middle part of the cylinder bottom is provided with a driving device;
the separation impeller is rotatably arranged in the vegetable cylinder and used for separating vegetables and/or seasonings, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the blades of the impeller separate the vegetable cylinder into a plurality of accommodating spaces; the driving device is in transmission connection with the impeller; the bottom of the barrel is provided with a vegetable outlet corresponding to the position of the containing space or the side of the barrel.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a dish adding device for a dish frying machine, the dish frying machine at least comprises a frying pan, the dish adding device is arranged above an opening of the frying pan, and the dish adding device comprises:
driving a disk: the device comprises a bottom plate, a driving shaft is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate, a driving device is arranged on one side of the bottom plate, and the driving device is in transmission connection with the driving shaft;
the dish cylinder is used for containing dishes and/or seasonings and consists of a circular cylinder bottom and a cylinder edge which are integrally arranged; a through hole through which the driving shaft passes is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder; the vegetable cylinder is arranged on the bottom plate through the through hole;
the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and is used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the blades of the impeller divide the dish cylinder into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are circularly distributed; the driving shaft is in transmission connection with the impeller;
a vegetable outlet is arranged at the position of the barrel bottom corresponding to the containing space or at the barrel side;
the bottom plate is provided with an opening or a vegetable outlet which is larger than the vegetable outlet at the position corresponding to the vegetable outlet.

the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and is used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the blades of the impeller divide the dish cylinder into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are circularly distributed; the impeller is provided with a connecting structure and can be in transmission connection with a driving device through the connecting structure;
a vegetable outlet is arranged at the position of the barrel bottom corresponding to the containing space or at the barrel side;
the bottom plate is provided with an opening or a vegetable outlet which is larger than the vegetable outlet at the position corresponding to the vegetable outlet.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a dish adding device for a dish frying machine, the dish frying machine at least comprises a frying pan, the dish adding device is arranged above an opening of the frying pan, and the dish adding device comprises:

the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and is used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the blades of the impeller divide the dish cylinder into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are circularly distributed; the impeller is provided with a connecting structure and can be in transmission connection with a driving device through the connecting structure;
the bottom of the barrel is provided with a vegetable outlet corresponding to the position of the containing space or the side of the barrel.
Preferably, the impeller includes an impeller cylinder and blades radially disposed on a peripheral side of the impeller cylinder.
Preferably, the dish adding device further comprises a seasoning tank or a seasoning bottle; the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle is detachably arranged on the blade, the bottom of the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle is provided with a discharge hole, and a cover is hinged at the discharge hole; the size of the cover is smaller than that of the dish outlet;
when the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle is arranged on the blade, the cover is pressed on the cylinder bottom;
wherein, after the seasoning jar or the seasoning bottle is arranged on the blade, the opening direction of the cover is the same as the rotating direction of the impeller.
Preferably, the dish adding device further comprises a bracket detachably mounted on the blade, and a seasoning tank or a seasoning bottle is detachably mounted on the bracket; the bottom of the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle is provided with a discharge hole, and a cover is hinged on the bracket corresponding to the discharge hole; the size of the cover is smaller than that of the dish outlet;
when the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle is arranged on the blades through the bracket, the cover is pressed on the cylinder bottom;
wherein, after the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle is arranged on the blades through the bracket, the opening direction of the cover is the same as the rotating direction of the impeller.
Preferably, the above-mentioned seasoning tank or bottle has a feeding hole at the upper part.
In order to achieve the aim, the dish adding device for the cooker comprises a dish adding rotary disc and a dish discharging control plate; wherein,
the dish adding rotary disc comprises a dish cylinder with a downward opening; a plurality of dish grids with downward openings for containing dishes or seasonings are arranged on the periphery of the dish cylinder;
the dish discharging control plate is a circular cover plate or an annular cover plate with the diameter matched with that of the dish adding turntable, and the circular cover plate or the annular cover plate is coaxially arranged on one side of an opening of the dish adding turntable; a dish outlet is arranged on the annular cover plate corresponding to the dish grids and is smaller than the opening of the dish grids;
the dish adding rotary disc can rotate relative to the dish discharging control plate or the dish discharging control plate can rotate relative to the dish adding rotary disc.
Preferably, the dish feeding device also comprises a driving device and a control device, wherein the driving device is arranged on the upper surface of the middle part of the dish discharging control plate and is in transmission connection with the dish feeding turntable; or the driving device is arranged at one side of the dish discharging control plate and is in transmission connection with the dish adding turntable; or the driving device is arranged on one side of the dish adding turntable and is in transmission connection with the dish discharging control plate;
the control device outputs a driving signal to the driving device according to preset time so that the driving device drives the dish box and/or the annular cover plate to rotate a sector grid.
Preferably, a cover plate which is hermetically arranged with the fan-shaped grids is arranged at the position, close to the opening, of each fan-shaped grid; a discharge hole is formed in the cover plate;
a movable cover is hinged at the opening of each fan-shaped grid; the movable cover is provided with a sealing gasket corresponding to the discharge hole;
wherein, the opening direction of the movable cover is the same as the rotating direction of the dish adding turntable.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a dish adding device for a cooker, comprising: a bottom plate for bearing the dish adding device; one side of the bottom plate is provided with a driving device; the dish adding device is arranged on the bottom plate; the driving device is in transmission connection with the dish adding device to drive the dish adding turntable or the dish discharging control plate to rotate.
In order to achieve the aim, the dish adding device for the cooker comprises a dish adding rotary disc and a dish discharging control ring; wherein,
the vegetable adding turntable comprises an inner cylinder; two annular cover plates are integrally arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inner cylinder; a division plate with the height equivalent to that of the inner cylinder is arranged between the two annular cover plates along the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder; the vegetable adding turntable is equally divided into a plurality of vegetable grids by the grid plate;
the dish discharging control ring is a circular ring with the diameter matched with the dish adding turntable, and is coaxially arranged outside the dish adding turntable; the dish outlet control ring is provided with a dish outlet corresponding to the opening of the dish grid; the size of the dish outlet is smaller than that of the opening of the fan-shaped grid;
wherein, the dish adding turntable can rotate relative to the dish discharging control ring.

each adds dish carousel includes: the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are coaxially arranged and have the same height; an annular bottom plate is arranged on the same side between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; a dividing plate with the height equivalent to that of the inner cylinder is arranged in the height direction between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the dividing plate divides the dish adding turntable into a plurality of fan-shaped grids with the same size, and two adjacent fan-shaped grids are not communicated with each other;

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a cooking machine, which comprises an electric heating device and a cooker arranged on the electric heating device; a supporting upright post is integrally arranged on the electric heating device at one side of the pot, and a stirring driving device and/or a dish adding driving device are/is arranged on the supporting upright post;
a support arm is arranged on the support upright post, and the far end of the support arm away from the upright post is positioned above the pot; a stirring driving shaft is arranged at the far end of the upright column of the support arm downwards and/or a dish adding driving shaft is arranged upwards; the driving shaft is in transmission connection with a corresponding driving device.
Preferably, the support arm is provided with the dish adding device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and the dish adding driving shaft is in transmission connection with the dish adding device; the dish outlet of the dish adding device is positioned above the pot.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a cooking machine, which comprises an electric heating device and a cooker arranged on the electric heating device; a control device is arranged in the electric heating device, a supporting upright post is integrally arranged on the electric heating device at one side of the cooker, and a contact electrically connected with the control device is arranged at the upper end of the supporting upright post; a pot cover is arranged on the pot, a strip-shaped handle is arranged on the pot cover, wherein a contact is arranged at one end of the handle close to the edge of the pot cover, and the contact arranged on the handle is electrically connected with the contact of the supporting upright post; a stirring driving device and/or a dish adding driving device are/is arranged in the handle;
the other end of the handle is arranged near the center of the pot cover; one end of the handle close to the center of the pot cover is provided with a stirring driving shaft downwards and/or is provided with a dish adding driving shaft upwards, and the driving shafts are in transmission connection with corresponding driving devices.
Preferably, the support arm is provided with the dish adding device, and the dish adding driving shaft is in transmission connection with the dish adding device; the dish outlet of the dish adding device is positioned above the pot.
By adopting the dish adding device, the control device outputs the driving signal to the driving device according to the preset time, so that the driving device drives the dish adding device and/or the annular cover plate to rotate one fan-shaped grid, the dishes and seasonings in each fan-shaped grid fall down according to the preset time, and the automatic dish adding is realized. Therefore, different dishes and seasonings can be controlled to be added in a preset time according to the factors such as the temperature in the pot, the maturation time, the firepower and the like, and the level of a chef can be reproduced.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6: the invention relates to a dish adding device for a cooker, which comprises a dish cylinder 2 for containing dishes and/or seasonings, wherein the dish cylinder is composed of a circular cylinder bottom and a cylinder edge which are integrally arranged; the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller 1, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the dish cylinder is divided into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are circularly distributed by the blades of the impeller; the impeller and the vegetable cylinder can rotate relatively. The driving device is used for driving the impeller to rotate in the vegetable cylinder according to time sequence; a dish outlet 21 is arranged at the position of the cylinder bottom corresponding to the containing space or at the cylinder side. Wherein, when the vegetable outlet is positioned at the bottom of the cylinder, the vegetable adding device is preferably arranged horizontally; when the dish outlet is positioned at the side of the cylinder, the dish adding device is preferably arranged in an inclined way, such as an inclined way of 45 degrees.
There are many ways in which the above-mentioned driving means drives the impeller or the transmission connection described herein, and as shown in fig. 11, a driving motor 3 is installed in the middle of the vegetable cylinder 2, and the output shaft of the driving motor 3 directly drives the impeller 1 to rotate. As shown in fig. 12, a driving device 3 may be attached to one side of the dish cylinder 2, and the impeller 1 may be rotated by the driving motor 3 through a belt. The driving device can also be in transmission connection with the gears (rings) arranged on the peripheral side of the vegetable cylinder through the gears, and the transmission connection mode is not repeated here.
The following examples are further illustrated.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dish adding device of the present embodiment includes:
the dish cylinder 2 is used for containing dishes and/or seasonings and consists of a circular cylinder bottom and a cylinder edge which are integrally arranged; a through hole through which the driving shaft passes is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder;
the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller 1, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the dish cylinder is divided into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are circularly distributed by the blades of the impeller; a dish outlet 21 is arranged at the position of the cylinder bottom corresponding to the accommodating space.
Therefore, when the impeller is driven by the driving device to rotate one accommodating space, the dishes in the accommodating space corresponding to the dish outlet can fall into the frying pan below through the dish outlet along with the rotation of the impeller; when the impeller is driven by the driving device to rotate again, the next accommodating space moves relative to the dish outlet, and all dishes in the accommodating space fall into the frying pan below through the dish outlet; thus, the dish throwing is only finished.
Example 2
This embodiment is a cooker which is a further application of embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, it comprises a frying pan, the dish adding device is arranged above the opening of the frying pan,

driving a disk: the device comprises a bottom plate 32, a driving shaft 34 is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate, a control box 31 is arranged on one side of the bottom plate, a driving device 31 is arranged in the control box and is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 34, wherein the driving device is suitable for selecting a stepping motor, a servo motor and the like; the transmission connection can be selected from gear connection, stepping belt connection and the like.
The dish cylinder 2 is used for containing dishes and/or seasonings and consists of a circular cylinder bottom and a cylinder edge which are integrally arranged; a through hole through which the driving shaft passes is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder; the vegetable cylinder is arranged on the bottom plate through the through hole;
the dish cylinder is rotatably arranged in the dish cylinder and used for separating dishes and/or seasonings to separate the impeller 1, a plurality of blades are arranged on the impeller, and the dish cylinder is divided into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are circularly distributed by the blades of the impeller; a dish outlet 21 is arranged at the position of the cylinder bottom corresponding to the accommodating space.
Example 3
This embodiment is a cooker which is a further application of embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment includes an electric heating device and a pot 45 provided on the electric heating device; a supporting upright post is integrally arranged on the electric heating device at one side of the pot, and a driving device 42 is arranged on the supporting upright post;
the vegetable cylinder 2 is arranged on the upright post and is used for containing vegetables and/or seasonings;
the vegetable separating device comprises a separating impeller 1, a plurality of separating blades and a plurality of separating blades, wherein the separating impeller 1 is rotatably arranged in a vegetable cylinder and is used for separating vegetables and/or seasonings; a vegetable outlet 21 is arranged at the position of the cylinder bottom corresponding to the opening of the pot and is matched with the accommodating space;
a drive gear 41 is attached to the drive device 42, and the drive gear 41 meshes with a ring gear in the hollow portion of the impeller.
An electric heating plate 44 is installed in the electric heating device, and a control device 43 controls the electric heating plate and the driving device to operate.
When in use, a specific cooking program is selected, and seasonings, dishes and the like are put into the empty space in the dish cylinder according to the requirements of the cooking program; and starting a cooking program, wherein the cooking program can perform cooking according to preset steps. The following is a simple example.
Taking fried bean sprouts as an example, the dishes to be prepared are as follows: 50 g of green onion, 10 g of ginger and 500 g of bean sprout, wherein the seasonings comprise: 50 g of oil, 50 g of vinegar and 5 g of salt.
Sequentially placing oil, shallot, ginger, bean sprout, vinegar and salt into the accommodating space according to the cooking sequence,
after the cooking program is started, the control device controls the driving device to rotate so as to drive the impeller to rotate, so that the oil arranged in the first grid falls into the pot, and meanwhile, the electric heating disc 44 is started to heat; after the heating is continuously carried out for 1 minute, the control device controls the driving device to rotate again to drive the impeller to rotate, so that the green onions arranged in the second grid fall into the pot; after 1 second, the control device controls the driving device to rotate again to drive the impeller to rotate, so that the ginger arranged in the third grid falls into the pot; after continuously heating for 30 seconds, the control device controls the driving device to rotate again to drive the impeller to rotate, so that the bean sprouts arranged in the fourth grid fall into the pot, and meanwhile, the stirring device is started to stir or a cook is prompted to stir; after the continuous heating is carried out for 90 seconds, the control device controls the driving device to rotate again to drive the impeller to rotate, so that the vinegar in the fifth grid falls into the pot, and meanwhile, the stirring device is continuously controlled to stir or a cook is prompted to stir; after the heating is continuously carried out for 60 seconds, the heating is controlled to stop, and the bean sprout frying procedure is finished.
Example 4
The present embodiment is a modification of the above-described embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, a holder 51 detachably mounted on the blade, on which a seasoning can or a seasoning bottle is detachably mounted; the bottom of the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle is provided with a discharge hole, the support is hinged with a cover 52 corresponding to the discharge hole, and the cover 52 is provided with a sealing gasket.

As further described below in conjunction with fig. 7-10, (for ease of illustration, fig. 7-10 depict the drum as rotating, but the impeller as not moving.)
In the initial state, as shown in fig. 7, the bracket 51 is installed on the blade, a seasoning tank or a seasoning bottle is installed on the bracket 51, and a discharge port is arranged at the bottom of the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle. At this time, a cover 52 hinged on the bracket is pressed on the cylinder bottom, the seasoning pot or the seasoning bottle is pressed on the cover, and the seasoning in the seasoning pot or the seasoning bottle is sealed in the seasoning pot or the seasoning bottle by the cover.

As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the upper part of the seasoning tank or the seasoning bottle can be provided with a feeding hole, so that the seasoning can be conveniently added for practical use.

The driving of the dish adding turntable is shown in figure 16. The driving motor 61 transmits power to the driving shaft 62 through a gear, and the driving shaft 62 drives the teeth in the inner cylinder through the teeth on the driving shaft, so that the rotation of the dish adding turntable can be accurately controlled as long as the rotating speed of the motor is accurately controlled.

As shown in fig. 16, the adding device for the cooker of the present embodiment includes: a bottom plate 6 for bearing the dish adding turntable; one side of the bottom plate is provided with a driving device 61; the bottom plate is correspondingly provided with a driving shaft 62 which is in transmission connection with a driving device, and the driving shaft is in transmission connection with an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder or a dish discharging control plate of the dish adding device.

As shown in fig. 20, this embodiment is an improvement on embodiment 5.
In the embodiment, a cover plate 31 is arranged at the part of the fan-shaped grid close to the opening; the cover plate is provided with an opening; a movable cover 81 is hinged at the opening of each fan-shaped grid; a sealing gasket 82 is arranged on the movable cover corresponding to the opening; when the device is arranged, the opening direction of the movable cover is opposite to the rotating direction of the dish adding turntable.
Thus, when the fan-shaped grid is rotated to the dish outlet, the movable cover is opened under the action of gravity, so that the opening on the cover plate 31 is in an open state, and the seasonings in the cover plate can flow out.

This embodiment is another cooker. As shown in fig. 21, the present embodiment includes an electric heating device and a pot 45 provided on the electric heating device; a supporting upright 481 is integrally arranged on the electric heating device at one side of the pot, a supporting arm 482 is hinged on the supporting upright, and the far end of the supporting arm is positioned above the pot; a stirring driving shaft is arranged at the far upright column end of the support arm downwards and is used for being connected with a stirrer 46; the stirring driving shaft is in transmission connection with a stirring driving device 47 on the upright post through a belt; a driving device 42 for driving the dish adding turntable is arranged upwards at the far upright post end of the support arm;
the vegetable cylinder 2 is arranged on the upright post and is used for containing vegetables and/or seasonings;
the vegetable separating device comprises a separating impeller 1, a plurality of separating blades and a plurality of separating blades, wherein the separating impeller 1 is rotatably arranged in a vegetable cylinder and is used for separating vegetables and/or seasonings; a vegetable outlet 21 is arranged at the position of the cylinder bottom corresponding to the opening of the pot and is matched with the accommodating space;
