Abstract

本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息的发送和接收方法、用户设备及基站,用以解决TDD系统在反馈HARQ‑ACK时服务延迟较大的技术问题;本发明实施例中用户设备可以确定服务小区的帧结构,本发明实施例的帧结构中,除了包括上行子帧和下行子帧之外,还包括第一子帧,第一子帧中包括用于下行传输的第一符号、第一GP和用于上行传输的第二符号,通过引入第一子帧引入了比现有技术的帧结构中更多的用于下行传输的符号和用于上行传输的符号,从而改善了下行传输,能够有效降低k的值,也就降低了在反馈HARQ‑ACK时的服务延迟。
