流体贮存器18通常利用流体软管36的方式连接至安全阀10,如本领域中众所周知。这允许流体贮存器18和工具头部16及阀10之间的一些分离。流体贮存器18可为大而笨重的,并且该分离允许工具头部16访问以其它形式不可访问的位置。
图6至图8示出了双向回转接头40的一个实例,双向回转接头40发现特别适用于将安全阀10布置成与软管36流体连通以允许安全阀10相对于此类软管36的回转(swivelling)。
通常,双向回转接头40包括下部42,下部42限定流体入口46和流体出口48,如所示。入口46和出口48通常附接至软管36,如图8所示。此外,回转接头40包括上部44,上部44操作性地附接至安全阀10,如所示。
回转接头40的上部44通常包括内部通道50和52,如所示,内部通道50和52布置成分别与入口46和出口48流体连通。上部44和下部42均配置成和适配成使得,所述部分42和44将通道50和52布置成与入口46和出口48流体连通,同时允许所述部分42和44相对于彼此回转。通常,回转接头40还包括多个O型圈密封件以密封此类通道、入口和出口以免于流体泄漏。
图9示出了具有把手34和相关转向器22的安全阀10的一个实例,相关转向器22处于无效位置,由以不同颜色着色的进入通路14和返回通路20表示。因此,操作流体能够穿过工具16并且返回至贮存器。
相反地,图10示出了具有把手34和相关转向器22的安全阀10,相关转向器22处于有效位置,由以相同颜色着色的进入通路14和返回通路20表示。操作流体由转向器22进行转向,使得所述流体不传至工具16,而直接地返回至贮存器。
应当理解,本发明的范围不限于所描述实施例的范围。可对所描述实施例做出各种修改和改善而不脱离本发明的范围。
据信,本文所公开的本发明能够提供一种用于气动或液压工具头部的安全阀,该安全阀对工具头部的操作员提供额外安全性,特别地在其中流体贮存器的致动不在他/她的直接控制下的情况下。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于液压或气动工具的安全阀(10),所述安全阀包括:
本体(12),所述本体(12)限定进入流体通路(14)和返回流体通路(20),流体经由进入流体通路(14)能够从流体贮存器(18)穿过所述本体至工具头部(16),流体经由返回流体通路(20)能够从所述工具头部(16)返回通过所述本体至所述流体贮存器(18);
转向器(22),所述转向器(22)可移位地布置于有效位置和无效位置之间,在有效位置,所述转向器(22)经由分流通路将流体从所述进入流体通路(14)重新导向至所述返回流体通路(20)以防止所述工具头部(16)的操作,在无效位置,允许流体自由地穿过所述进入流体通路(14)和所述返回流体通路(20)以允许所述工具头部(16)的操作;
偏置装置(26),所述偏置装置(26)将所述转向器(22)操作性地偏置于所述无效位置;以及
致动器(34),所述致动器(34)在所述本体(12)的外侧部分上,所述致动器(34)配置成使得其致动抵抗所述偏置装置(26)并且将所述转向器(22)致动至所述有效位置,其中所述本体(12)被成形为、被设计尺寸成和被配置成以人体工程学方式接合所述工具头部(16),使得操作者能够在所述致动器(34)位于容易地手动可致动位置使用所述工具头部(16);
其中所述偏置装置(26)配置用于故障-危险操作,使得所述安全阀(10)当所述致动器(34)未致动时允许所述工具头部(16)的操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀(10),其中所述本体(12)限定工具头部(16)连接,由此所述工具头部(16)布置成与所述进入流体通路(14)和所述返回流体通路(20)流体连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的安全阀(10),其中所述工具头部(16)连接包括流体软管连接器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀(10),其中所述本体(12)限定流体贮存器(18)连接,由此所述流体贮存器(18)布置成与所述进入流体通路(14)和所述返回流体通路(20)流体连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的安全阀(10),其中所述流体贮存器(18)连接包括流体软管连接器。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的安全阀(10),其中所述转向器(22)当处于所述有效位置时限定导管,导管限定所述分流通路。
7.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀(10),其中所述转向器(22)当处于所述有效位置时配置成将流体重新导向至由所述本体(12)所限定的分流通路。
8.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀(10),其中所述偏置装置(26)包括弹簧。
9.一种液压或气动工具组件,包括:
工具头部(16);
流体贮存器(18),所述流体贮存器(18)用于向所述工具头部(16)操作性地供应液压或气动流体;和
安全阀(10),所述安全阀(10)装配至所述工具头部(16),所述阀具有本体(12)、转向器(22)、偏置装置(26)和致动器(34),所述本体(12)限定进入流体通路(14)和返回流体通路(20),流体经由进入流体通路(14)能够从所述流体贮存器(18)穿过所述本体(12)至所述工具头部(16),所述流体经由返回流体通路(20)能够从所述工具头部(16)返回通过所述本体(12)至所述流体贮存器(18);转向器(22)可移位地布置于有效位置和无效位置之间,在有效位置,所述转向器(22)经由分流通路(24)将流体从所述进入流体通路(14)重新导向至所述返回流体通路(20)以防止所述工具头部(16)的操作,在无效位置,允许流体自由地穿过所述进入流体通路和所述返回流体通路以允许所述工具头部(16)的操作;偏置装置(26)将所述转向器(22)操作性地偏置于所述无效位置;致动器(34)在所述本体(12)的外侧部分上,所述致动器(34)配置成使得其致动抵抗所述偏置装置(26)并且将所述转向器(22)致动至所述有效位置,其中所述本体(12)成形为、被设计尺寸成和配置成以人体工程学方式接合所述工具头部(16),使得操作者能够在所述致动器(34)位于容易地手动可致动位置使用所述工具头部(16),以及其中所述偏置装置(26)配置用于故障-危险操作,使得所述安全阀(10)当所述致动器(34)未致动时允许所述工具头部(16)的操作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的工具组件,其中所述流体贮存器(18)包括流体存储装置和泵,泵用于在压力下经由所述安全阀(10)将所述流体供应至所述工具头部(16)。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的工具组件,其中所述流体贮存器(18)布置成通过软管的方式与所述安全阀(10)流体连通。
12.根据权利要求11所述的工具组件,所述工具组件包括双向回转接头,所述双向回转接头布置成与所述安全阀(10)和所述软管流体连通以允许所述安全阀(10)相对于此类软管的回转。
