技术领域
本发明涉及处理部件的方法,其能够在同一个部件中结合不同的饰面(finishes),这些饰面例如为光泽、缎纹(satin)、纹理和不同颜色。
背景技术
目前,利用电解槽形成的铬涂层被用作防腐蚀的装饰层。这些涂层通常是利用电解槽完成的。
在这些常规电解槽中,由于塑料不是导体,因此,它们需要经受复杂的预处理工艺以便涂覆涂层。
目前,正在开发可以使用较少有毒产品、通过物理气相沉积(PVD)进行镀铬的新方法。PVD技术直接从待沉积的固体材料开始,然后通过加热或用能量离子对其进行轰击来将其转化为蒸气。所产生的蒸气在基底表面上冷凝,形成薄层。该方法在真空或在受控气氛中进行,以防止金属蒸汽与空气之间的相互作用。在公开号为ES 2239 907 A1的专利申请中描述了通过该方法进行的涂覆工艺。
为了在塑料或金属表面上形成镀铬,首先要将铜沉积在产品表面上。该层的厚度约为20至25微米。然后实施约15微米的镍沉积,最后施加通常0.5微米厚度的铬。在想要赋予无光泽外观的情况下,在施加铬之前,对最后一层镍进行着色。然而,如果部件要具有无光泽区域和有光泽区域,则应单独插入具有与大部分部件外观不同的该一个或多个区域,从而导致额外的复杂性。目前,通过在有光泽的镀铬表面局部地施加有机层,可以实现无光泽区域。这种解决方案具有不同饰面的边界清晰度(definition)问题以及有关机动车应用中所需的户外要求的粘附性、抗划性等耐受性问题。
为了解决这些不便,本申请的申请人曾设计了专利申请WO2011023798中描述的方法。
在该申请中描述的方法允许在单个部件中结合某些饰面,如有光泽和无光泽,但不允许获得其他类型的饰面。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种处理部件的方法,其允许获得和结合较前述方法更多的饰面。
发明内容
本发明的处理部件的方法解决了上述缺点,并且具有下述其他优点。
本发明的处理部件的方法,其特征在于,包括以下阶段:
-在部件上涂覆铬电镀层(electrolytic chromium plating layer);
-在所述部件的整个外表面涂覆涂层;
-选择性地剥离所述涂层,以使所述部件具有至少一个涂覆部分和至少一个未涂覆部分;
-在所述未涂覆部分的至少一部分中的所述铬电镀层上进行选择性蚀刻(etching);
-使用另一颜色对所述部件的整个外表面进行金属化处理;及
-去除其余的涂层。
根据优选实施例,所述涂层为涂料(paint),其可包括非反应性聚氨酯、深色固体颜料(pigment)和稀释剂(thinner)。
有利的,所述选择性剥离和所述选择性蚀刻是通过激光实施的。
此外,所述金属化优选通过物理气相沉积实施。
如果需要,所述金属化可以通过结合多种金属来实施,例如,以提高防腐性能。
例如,去除所述涂层可使用异丙醇作为清洁介质通过超声波浴来实现。
此外,本发明的处理部件的方法可包括在所述选择性蚀刻之后和在所述金属化之前清洁所述部件的步骤。
通过本发明的方法,可以获得具有光泽、缎纹、纹理和几种颜色等差异化饰面的部件的最终外观。
具体实施方式
为了帮助使前述描述更容易理解,以下通过根据本发明的方法的非限制性示例进行描述。
该方法从在一部件上涂覆第一层常规的电镀铬(electrolytic chromiumplating)开始,所述部件优选由塑料材料制成。所述涂覆特别是在所述部件的整个外表面上实施的。
根据优选实施例,该金属层可包括第一铜子层,第二镍子层和第三铬子层。
然后,将涂层(例如黑色涂料(paint))涂覆在所述部件的整个外表面上,该涂层用作掩模(masking)。
根据优选实施例,所述涂料具有以下组成,但其可具有其它合适的组成:
-50重量%的4340X/iB,其是的非反应性聚氨酯;
-10重量%的Adisolvent Negro 1,P.Black7,其是基于Grupo的炭黑的黑色颜料基料;
-40重量%的稀释剂A-2005,其是基于二甲苯、乙酸丁酯和正丁醇的溶剂的制剂。
选择该配方是为了获得对基材的粘附性和随后的被剥离能力(在材料的非侵蚀性条件下)之间的良好平衡。然而,很明显,只要能够实现这种平衡,所述配方可以变化。
然后,进行所述涂层的选择性剥离,使所述部件的某些选定区域中的镀铬露出。所述涂层可以通过激光器(例如通过1064nm Nd-YAG激光器)予以去除。
在该剥离阶段结束时,获得部分带有涂料(如果使用涂料用作涂层)以及部分镀铬的部分。
然后,在至少一些没有涂覆的区域上进行选择性蚀刻。
这种选择性蚀刻可以通过激光进行纹理化、通过去除前述金属层来再现纹理,例如通过去除所述铬和镍子层。
如果需要,根据选择性蚀刻的侵蚀性和所述部件的脏污程度,可以随后对所述部件进行一般的清洁。
然后,例如通过物理气相沉积(PVD)对所述部件进行金属化,这能够实现使不同饰面获得金属色。这种金属化在所述部件的整个外表面上进行。
所述金属化可以用不同的金属实施,如Cr、Zr、Mo、Al、Ti等,这些层的这种沉积金属化工艺与真空室内的气体的结合使得反应能够发生,以获得可通过一个或多个金属纳米层形成的颜色。
最后,除去用作掩模的剩余涂层或涂料。
该除去可以使用异丙醇通过超声波浴进行,但其可以以另一类似的方式和/或用其它合适的溶剂或清洁溶液进行。
去除所述涂层后,可以获得具有不同饰面(例如光泽、缎面、无光泽、纹理和多种颜色)的部件。

Claims (10)

1.一种处理部件的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
-在部件上涂覆铬电镀层;
-在所述部件的整个外表面涂覆涂层;
-选择性地剥离所述涂层,以使所述部件具有至少一个涂覆部分和至少一个未涂覆部分;
-在所述未涂覆部分的至少一部分中的铬电镀层上进行选择性蚀刻;
-对所述部件的整个外表面进行金属化处理;及
-去除其余的涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的处理部件的方法,其中所述铬电镀层包括第一铜子层,第二镍子层和第三铬子层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的处理部件的方法,其中所述涂层是涂料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的处理部件的方法,其中所述涂料包括非反应性聚氨酯、固体深色颜料、和稀释剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的处理部件的方法,其中所述选择性剥离是通过激光进行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的处理部件的方法,其中所述金属化处理是通过物理气相沉积进行。
