本发明公开了一种仿形机的锯台机构,包含支撑架、横梁和切削组件,支撑架固定,横梁设置在支撑架上,横梁的前后两侧上各设置有两组对称的切削组件,横梁上设置有横移驱动组件;切削组件包含横移板、升降板、切削电机和刀轴,横移板与横移驱动组件配合,升降板通过升降驱动组件与横移板配合,切削电机和刀轴均设置在升降板上,刀轴的一端设置有锯片,另一端与切削电机配合;本发明的仿形机的锯台机构,在横梁上设置前后左右4组切削组件,每个切削组件装有一个锯片,即一个锯台机构设置4个对称并且可以相对移动的锯片,以满足多锯片仿形机的要求,多锯片可同时对石材进行仿形加工,锯片磨损低,并且加工效率高,精度好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿形机的锯台机构。
背景技术
石材仿形机是用来加工石材造型的设备,现有的仿形机大多为单锯片、双锯片等较为简单的仿形结构,适用于较为细小的石材原料的仿形加工;现在市面上需求很多较长的石材造型,一般的仿形机难以胜任,对长条形石材仿形加工时,锯片较少会导致磨损加剧,对锯片的损耗非常大,而且单、双锯片仿形在石材走线的过程中,容易产生偏差,导致精度较差,次品率高;现针对上述问题设计一款具有20锯片的仿形机,并相应设计其锯台机构。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种仿形机的锯台机构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种仿形机的锯台机构,包含支撑架、横梁和切削组件,支撑架固定,横梁设置在支撑架上,横梁的前后两侧上各设置有两组对称的切削组件,横梁上还设置有分别控制每组切削组件横向移动的横移驱动组件;每组所述的切削组件均包含横移板、升降板、切削电机和刀轴,横移板与横移驱动组件配合,升降板通过升降驱动组件与横移板配合,切削电机和刀轴均设置在升降板上,刀轴的一端设置有锯片,另一端与切削电机配合。
优选的,所述横梁上同一侧的两个锯片设置在两个刀轴的近端。
优选的,所述横移驱动组件和升降驱动组件均为电机丝杆结构。
优选的,所述横移板与横梁通过燕尾槽结构滑动配合。
优选的,所述升降板的下端设置有水平的轴套,刀轴设置在该轴套中。

本发明的仿形机的锯台机构,在横梁上设置前后左右4组切削组件,每个切削组件装有一个锯片,即一个锯台机构设置4个对称并且可以相对移动的锯片,以满足多锯片仿形机的要求,多锯片可同时对石材进行仿形加工,锯片磨损低,并且加工效率高,精度好。

如附图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种仿形机的锯台机构,包含支撑架11、横梁12和切削组件,横梁12通过两端的支撑架11固定,横梁12的前后两侧上各设置有两组切削组件,横梁12上还设置有分别控制每组切削组件横向移动的多个横移驱动组件13;每组所述的切削组件均包含横移板21、升降板22、切削电机23和刀轴24,横移板21与横梁12通过燕尾槽结构沿横向滑动配合,并由横移驱动组件13控制滑动,升降板22通过升降驱动组件25与横移板21配合,横移驱动组件13和升降驱动组件25均为电机丝杆结构;所述切削电机23设置在升降板22上,刀轴24设置在升降板22下端的轴套上,刀轴24的一端设置有锯片26,另一端通过同步带与切削电机23配合,横梁12上同一侧的两个锯片26设置在两个刀轴24的相近的一端。
