本发明属于棕垫加工制造领域,具体涉及一种棕垫切割装置,包括工作台和滑动设置在工作台上方的切刀,切刀连接有第一驱动机构,工作台上滑动设置有用于夹持棕垫的左夹板和右夹板,左夹板连接有第二驱动机构,右夹板一侧设置有装有溶液的导液管,导液管内滑动设置有第一活塞,第一活塞与右夹板连接;导液管上方连通有带有刻度的可视管,可视管内滑动设置有浮块,浮块与可视管顶部之间连接有第一弹簧,浮块上方滑动设置有用于控制第二驱动机构关闭、第一驱动机构开启的开关,工作台下方设置有除杂机构。本发明实现了棕垫的自动切割,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及棕垫加工制造领域,具体涉及一种棕垫切割装置。
背景技术
随着现在人们生活水平的提高,越来越多人使用床垫,床垫有利于缓解疲劳,现在的床垫多种多样,其中透气防潮的棕垫得到了许多人的青睐。在棕垫的生产过程中,棕垫经由多道工序制作。根据人们对棕垫大小的需求,则需要对棕垫进行切割。但是由于棕垫的重量比较大,在对其进行切割的时候需要很大劳动力,费时费力,大大增加了生产的成本。
为了解决上述问题,中国专利,授权号为CN205219329U的实用新型公开了一种用于棕垫的切割装置,包括基座,定位台、切割机构和夹持机构,基座上设有滑轨,定位台的底面设有与滑轨相适应的滑槽,定位台通过滑槽和滑轨与基座滑动连接,切割机构与夹持机构固定在定位台的同一侧,夹持机构包括固定在定位台两侧上的支杆,支杆上滑动连接有压板,压板与定位台平行设置,夹持机构还包括用于驱动压板的驱动部件。该方案通过刻度表放置好棕垫,然后利用气缸驱动压板下压,将棕垫压紧固定在定位台上,最后推动定位台,切割刀对棕垫进行切割。该方案结构简单,减少了工人劳动量,节约了生产成本。
上述方案虽然一定程度减少了棕垫切割过程中的劳动成本,但是上述方案需要人工根据需要切割的尺寸通过刻度表放置棕垫,然后还需人工推动工作台对棕垫进行切割,自动化程度不高,生产效率仍然较低。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种自动化程度较高的棕垫切割装置,以减少人工劳动成本,提高生产效率。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种棕垫切割装置,包括工作台和滑动设置在工作台上方的切刀,所述切刀连接有第一驱动机构,工作台上滑动设置有用于夹持棕垫的左夹板和右夹板,所述左夹板连接有第二驱动机构,所述右夹板一侧设置有装有溶液的导液管,导液管内滑动设置有第一活塞,第一活塞与所述右夹板连接;导液管上方连通有带有刻度的可视管,可视管内滑动设置有浮块,所述浮块与可视管顶部之间连接有第一弹簧,浮块上方滑动设置有用于控制所述第二驱动机构关闭、第一驱动机构开启的开关,工作台下方设置有除杂机构。
本发明的工作原理为:
根据刻度将开关调整到棕垫所需切割长度对应的位置,通过左夹板和右夹板将棕垫固定,利用第二驱动机构推动左夹板、棕垫和右夹板整体在工作台上滑动,右夹板推动第一活塞在导液管内滑动,利用溶液从导液管内被压到可视管内,带动浮块向上运动,从而浮块触发开关,开关控制第二驱动机构停止推动棕垫,并控制第一驱动机构带动切刀对棕垫进行切割,由此实现了对棕垫的切割;最后利用除杂机构对棕垫切割时产生的粉尘进行清除。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过第一活塞将溶液压到可视管内,从而触发开关,由开关控制第二驱动机构停止推动棕垫,并由开关控制第一驱动机构带动切刀对棕垫进行切割,与现有技术中由人工推动工作台对棕垫进行切割相比,本发明自动化程度较高,节约了人工成本,提高了生产效率。
进一步,除杂机构包括气管,气管内转动连接有负压叶片,气管内滑动设置有第二活塞,第二活塞与切刀之间连接有连杆,连杆连接有第一楔杆,第一楔杆一侧设置有第二楔杆,第二楔杆连接有可在气管内滑动的带有通孔的静电板,静电板与气管之间连接有第二弹簧。
利用切刀下落时带动连杆向下运动,使得第二活塞在气管内向下滑动,从而在气管内产生气流,同时利用第一楔杆推动第二楔杆,使静电板滑入气管内,通过负压叶片转动将切割时产生的粉尘从气管内吸到静电板上,实现了对粉尘的清除;由于静电板带有通孔,因此静电板不影响气体流动。
进一步,工作台上方设置有导向槽,切刀滑动设置在导向槽内。利用导向槽来限定切刀的运动轨迹,避免了棕垫切割产生偏差。
进一步,第一活塞上套设有橡胶圈。通过橡胶圈增加导液管内的密封性,防止溶液泄露。
进一步,静电板下方设置有收集箱。利用收集箱对粉尘进行收集。
进一步,第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构均为气缸。利用气缸带动切刀、棕垫和开关运动,自动化程度高。

本发明一种棕垫2切割装置,包括工作台1,工作台1上方安装有导向槽(图中未画出),导向槽内滑动设置有切刀5,切刀5连接有第一气缸51;工作台1下方安装有气管6,气管6入口处转动连接有负压叶片61,气管6内滑动设置有第二活塞 53,第二活塞 53与切刀5之间连接有连杆52,连杆52上连接有第一楔杆62,第一楔杆62右边安装有第二楔杆63,第二楔杆63连接有带有通孔的静电板64,该静电板64可以在气管6内横向滑动,静电板64与气管6右侧壁之间连接有第二弹簧65;工作台1上滑动设置有左夹板3和右夹板32,左夹板3左边连接有第二气缸31,右夹板32右边安装有装有水46的导液管4,导液管4内滑动设置有第一活塞33,第一活塞33与右夹板32固定连接;导液管4右上方连通有带有刻度的可视管41,可视管41内滑动设置有浮块42,浮块42与可视管41顶部之间连接有第一弹簧43,浮块42上方滑动安装有用于控制第二气缸31停止工作、第一气缸51开始工作的开关44,开关44连接有第三气缸45;静电板64下方放置有收集箱(图中未画出)。
使用本发明一种棕垫切割装置时,将棕垫2放置在左夹板3和右夹板32之间,启动第三气缸45,根据刻度将开关44调节到棕垫2所需切割长度对应的高度,然后启动第二气缸31,第二气缸31推动左夹板3、棕垫2和右夹板32整体向右滑动,右夹板32推动第一活塞33将导液管4内的水46挤压到可视管41中,可视管41内液面上升,水46带动浮块42在可视管41内向上滑动,当浮块42触发开关44时,开关44控制第二气缸31停止推动棕垫2,并控制第一气缸51驱动切刀5向下运动,对棕垫2进行切割;
切刀5在向下运动的同时带动连杆52向下运动,因此第二活塞 53在气管6内向下滑动,气管6内形成气流,负压叶片61在气流的作用下转动起来,使得棕垫2切割产生的粉尘被吸入到气管6内,由于连杆52下滑的同时带动第一楔杆62下滑,第一楔杆62推动第二楔杆63压缩第二弹簧65向右运动,静电板64滑入气管6内,由于静电板64带有通孔,静电板64不影响气管6内气体流动,被吸入气管6的粉尘吸附到静电板64上,由此实现了对粉尘的清理,切刀5在完成切割后上升的同时带动第一楔杆62向上运动,并与第二楔杆63脱离接触,第二弹簧65推动静电板64向左运动回到初始位置,此时,断掉静电板64的电,粉尘从静电板64上掉落到收集箱内。

1.一种棕垫切割装置,包括工作台和滑动设置在工作台上方的切刀,所述切刀连接有第一驱动机构,工作台上滑动设置有用于夹持棕垫的左夹板和右夹板,所述左夹板连接有第二驱动机构,其特征在于:所述右夹板一侧设置有装有溶液的导液管,导液管内滑动设置有第一活塞,第一活塞与所述右夹板连接;导液管上方连通有带有刻度的可视管,可视管内滑动设置有浮块,所述浮块与可视管顶部之间连接有第一弹簧,浮块上方滑动设置有用于控制所述第二驱动机构关闭、第一驱动机构开启的开关,工作台上设置有第三驱动机构,第三驱动机构与所述开关连接,工作台下方设置有除杂机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的棕垫切割装置,其特征在于:所述除杂机构包括气管,所述气管内转动连接有负压叶片,气管内滑动设置有第二活塞,第二活塞与所述切刀之间连接有连杆,所述连杆连接有第一楔杆,第一楔杆一侧设置有第二楔杆,第二楔杆连接有可在气管内滑动的带有通孔的静电板,所述静电板与气管之间连接有第二弹簧。
3.如权利要求2所述的棕垫切割装置,其特征在于:所述工作台上方设置有导向槽,所述切刀滑动设置在导向槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的棕垫切割装置,其特征在于:所述第一活塞上套设有橡胶圈。
5.如权利要求4所述的棕垫切割装置,其特征在于:所述静电板下方设置有收集箱。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的棕垫切割装置,其特征在于:所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构均为气缸。
