本发明属于粮食加工技术领域,具体涉及一种粮食加工用过滤系统。
背景技术
在粮食收购后,在粮食中海油大量的稻谷杆叶或其他植物,使得在进行粮食加工前需要对其进行清理,但现有的粮食过滤机的结构不够合理,仅能进行单次过滤筛选,过滤的范围较低,过滤时容易造成浪费,且在进行多次过滤时,浪费了大量的作业时间和作业成本,不适于大范围的推广。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种粮食加工用过滤系统,结构合理,不仅能够进行多次过滤和筛选,节约作业时间,且整体成本较低的粮食加工用过滤系统。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种粮食加工用过滤系统,包括进料口、筛选机构、回收机构和过滤箱,所述进料口位于筛选机构的上方,所述筛选机构内部设置筛选槽,所述筛选槽的上方开口处设置筛选板,所述回收机构呈矩形设置在所述筛选机构的下方,所述过滤箱前后端分别固定有弹簧装置,所述过滤箱两侧对称设置偏心震动器,在过滤箱内中部安装过滤网,所述过滤箱的进口处通过设置套筒与所述进料口连接
优选的,所述过滤箱顶部设置盖板,所述盖板上密布通孔。
优选的,所述筛选机构内还设有电机,所述电机与筛选板电连接,所述筛选板为双层网状设置。
优选的,所述回收机构的内壁覆盖有软垫层。
