技术领域:
本发明涉及营养补充剂技术领域,具体涉及一种营养补充剂及制备方法。
背景技术:
亚健康状态是由于遗传因素和/或环境因素造成生理功能低下或不适的、介于健康与不健康之间的生理状态,即人们常说的慢性疲劳综合征。由于其不能归咎到病态,所以一般被称做亚健康状态。
随着科学的进步揭示出:造成亚健康状态一个重要原因就是基因缺陷而导致重要的生物活性物质不能产生或缺乏,因而导致人体处于亚健康状态,如果这种亚健康状态不及时纠正,很可能会转变成顽固性病变而导致疾病。
亚健康人群的躯体性症状集中表现在:1、记忆力下降,注意力不集中;2、思维缓慢、反应迟钝,睡眠多梦,倦怠;3、长时间的不良情绪,精力下降,腰酸背痛,体力不足。现代医学调查显示,男性亚健康的发生率达到了65.70%。女性多出现一些不明原因的情绪波动、困倦乏力、减退、烦躁易怒、心慌气短、腰酸腿疼、头晕头痛等,其中大部分患者虽无器质性病变,但机体的健康指数明显下降,其生理状态处于“亚健康”状态。有研究资料表明:我国主流城市白领(社会精英阶层)亚健康76%,真正意义上的健康不足3%。科学建立亚健康保健,是完善我国保健功能体系必须急迫解决的事,时代意义强烈。
亚健康是生理平衡的功能性障碍,是否发展为严重器质性病变具有不确定性。但是,亚健康本身就是需要解决的问题。这是医学界的共识。
另外,除了亚健康之外,原发缺血性中风也对人的健康有着重大威胁,目前解决这种营养缺乏的症状的方法是营养补充剂,但是现有的营养补充剂一般都是固体的颗粒或液体状态,当是固体颗粒时一般是利用水冲剂,但是有时在没有热水的情况下营养补充剂就没有办法食用,而液态的往往存在携带不便的特点,给使用者带来诸多不便,为了解决上述技术问题,特提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足之处,而提供一种营养补充剂及制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种营养补充剂,该补充剂的组份及各组份的重量份为固态营养剂10-70份及液态营养剂20-80份,所述的固态营养剂包括A营养剂5-10份、B营养剂15-30份及C营养剂20-40份;所述的液态营养剂包括制剂A10-20份、制剂B25-40份、制剂C15-30份及制剂D10-30份。
所述的A营养剂由麦芽糊精5-7份、碳酸钙5-10份、海藻糖0-5份、抗性糊精1-10份、樱桃粉2-5份、固态麦精5-8份、焦磷酸铁1-7份及纯碱10-30份组成;所述的B营养剂由乙二胺四乙酸铁钠2-4份、葡萄糖酸锌5-7份、醋酸视黄酯6-8份、盐酸硫胺素5-9份、核黄素1-6份及盐酸吡哆醇0-6份;所述的C营养剂由L-抗坏血酸钠0-9份、叶酸3-10份、D-泛酸钙5-10份、烟酰胺7-15份、氰钴胺10-20份、低聚半乳糖5-10份、酪蛋白磷酸肽6-10份、酵母10-15份、甘氨酸亚铁15-30份及乳双歧杆菌35-40份组成。
所述的制剂A由Ca(NO3)2·H2O、KNO3、硼酸、FeSO4·7H2O及硫酸锰组成;所述的制剂B由硫酸锌、水、硫酸铜及钼酸钠组成;所述的制剂C由硝酸钾、硫酸镁、营养素、磷酸二氢铵、硝酸钙及高脂膜乳液组成;所述的制剂D由醋酸组成。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、固态营养剂制备:将A营养剂中的麦芽糊精、碳酸钙、海藻糖、抗性糊精、樱桃粉、固态麦精、焦磷酸铁及纯碱,放置到粉碎机中,利用粉碎机将A营养剂中的物质分别进行粉碎,将粉碎之后的物质均倒入到容器A内部,并通过搅拌装置将其搅拌均匀;将B营养剂中的乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、葡萄糖酸锌、醋酸视黄酯、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素及盐酸吡哆醇,利用粉碎机将B营养剂中的物质分别进行粉碎,将粉碎之后的物质均倒入到容器B内部,并对容器B内部的混合物通过搅拌装置搅拌均匀;同时将C营养剂中的L-抗坏血酸钠、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、烟酰胺、氰钴胺、低聚半乳糖、酪蛋白磷酸肽、酵母、甘氨酸亚铁及乳双歧杆菌,利用粉碎机将C营养剂中的物质分别进行粉碎,将粉碎之后的物质倒入到容器C内部,并对容器C内部的混合物通过搅拌装置搅拌均匀;将容器A中的A营养剂,容器B中的B营养剂,容器C中的C营养剂,均倒入到容器D中,在容器D中加入水,对容器D进行加热,使容器D中的物体变成浆糊状,然后将浆糊状物质倒入到成粒机中,利用成粒机将浆糊状物质变为颗粒状,将颗粒装入到纸袋或塑料袋中并将其进行封装;
步骤二、液态营养剂制备:将制剂A中的Ca(NO3)2·H2O、KNO3、硼酸、FeSO4·7H2O及硫酸锰放置到容器E中,将制剂B中的硫酸锌、水、硫酸铜及钼酸钠加入到容器E中,将制剂C中的硝酸钾、硫酸镁、营养素、磷酸二氢铵、硝酸钙及高脂膜乳液加入到容器E中;将制剂D中的醋酸加入到容器E中,通过搅拌装置将加入到容器E中的溶液进行搅拌,将容器E中的溶液搅拌均匀,然后将溶液取出装入到塑料袋中。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将装有固态营养剂的纸袋或塑料袋撕开,将固态营养剂倒入到杯子中,并利用搅拌匙进行搅拌;
步骤二、将装有液态营养剂的塑料袋撕开,将液态营养剂倒入到步骤一中的杯子中,然后利用步骤一中的搅拌匙搅拌;
步骤三、将杯子静置2-3分钟,此时可以饮用。
所述的装有固态营养剂的纸袋或塑料袋内装有10g固态营养剂,所述的步骤二中装有液态营养剂的塑料袋装有100ml的液态营养剂。

一种营养补充剂,该补充剂的组份及各组份的重量份为固态营养剂30份及液态营养剂50份,所述的固态营养剂包括A营养剂6份、B营养剂17份及C营养剂25份;所述的液态营养剂包括制剂A17份、制剂B27份、制剂C17份及制剂D12份。
所述的A营养剂由麦芽糊精6份、碳酸钙7份、海藻糖2份、抗性糊精3份、樱桃粉3份、固态麦精6份、焦磷酸铁3份及纯碱12份组成;所述的B营养剂由乙二胺四乙酸铁钠2份、葡萄糖酸锌5份、醋酸视黄酯6份、盐酸硫胺素6份、核黄素2份及盐酸吡哆醇3份;所述的C营养剂由L-抗坏血酸钠3份、叶酸5份、D-泛酸钙6份、烟酰胺8份、氰钴胺11份、低聚半乳糖6份、酪蛋白磷酸肽7份、酵母12份、甘氨酸亚铁17份及乳双歧杆菌36份组成。
实施例二:
一种营养补充剂,该补充剂的组份及各组份的重量份为固态营养剂60份及液态营养剂70份,所述的固态营养剂包括A营养剂8份、B营养剂20份及C营养剂38份;所述的液态营养剂包括制剂A18份、制剂B38份、制剂C28份及制剂D28份。
所述的A营养剂由麦芽糊精6份、碳酸钙8份、海藻糖4份、抗性糊精8份、樱桃粉3份、固态麦精6份、焦磷酸铁6份及纯碱28份组成;所述的B营养剂由乙二胺四乙酸铁钠4份、葡萄糖酸锌7份、醋酸视黄酯8份、盐酸硫胺素8份、核黄素5份及盐酸吡哆醇5份;所述的C营养剂由L-抗坏血酸钠8份、叶酸7.5份、D-泛酸钙6份、烟酰胺13份、氰钴胺18份、低聚半乳糖8份、酪蛋白磷酸肽8份、酵母13份、甘氨酸亚铁28份及乳双歧杆菌38份组成。
实施例三:
一种营养补充剂,该补充剂的组份及各组份的重量份为固态营养剂70份及液态营养剂80份,所述的固态营养剂包括A营养剂10份、B营养剂30份及C营养剂40份;所述的液态营养剂包括制剂A20份、制剂B40份、制剂C30份及制剂D30份。
所述的A营养剂由麦芽糊精7份、碳酸钙10份、海藻糖5份、抗性糊精10份、樱桃粉5份、固态麦精8份、焦磷酸铁7份及纯碱30份组成;所述的B营养剂由乙二胺四乙酸铁钠4份、葡萄糖酸锌7份、醋酸视黄酯8份、盐酸硫胺素9份、核黄素6份及盐酸吡哆醇6份;所述的C营养剂由L-抗坏血酸钠9份、叶酸10份、D-泛酸钙10份、烟酰胺15份、氰钴胺20份、低聚半乳糖10份、酪蛋白磷酸肽10份、酵母15份、甘氨酸亚铁30份及乳双歧杆菌40份组成。
以上三个实施例均使用以下制备方法和使用方法
该制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、固态营养剂制备:将A营养剂中的麦芽糊精、碳酸钙、海藻糖、抗性糊精、樱桃粉、固态麦精、焦磷酸铁及纯碱,放置到粉碎机中,利用粉碎机将A营养剂中的物质分别进行粉碎,将粉碎之后的物质均倒入到容器A内部,并通过搅拌装置将其搅拌均匀;将B营养剂中的乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、葡萄糖酸锌、醋酸视黄酯、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素及盐酸吡哆醇,利用粉碎机将B营养剂中的物质分别进行粉碎,将粉碎之后的物质均倒入到容器B内部,并对容器B内部的混合物通过搅拌装置搅拌均匀;同时将C营养剂中的L-抗坏血酸钠、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、烟酰胺、氰钴胺、低聚半乳糖、酪蛋白磷酸肽、酵母、甘氨酸亚铁及乳双歧杆菌,利用粉碎机将C营养剂中的物质分别进行粉碎,将粉碎之后的物质倒入到容器C内部,并对容器C内部的混合物通过搅拌装置搅拌均匀;将容器A中的A营养剂,容器B中的B营养剂,容器C中的C营养剂,均倒入到容器D中,在容器D中加入水,对容器D进行加热,使容器D中的物体变成浆糊状,然后将浆糊状物质倒入到成粒机中,利用成粒机将浆糊状物质变为颗粒状,将颗粒装入到纸袋或塑料袋中并将其进行封装;
步骤二、液态营养剂制备:将制剂A中的Ca(NO3)2·H2O、KNO3、硼酸、FeSO4·7H2O及硫酸锰放置到容器E中,将制剂B中的硫酸锌、水、硫酸铜及钼酸钠加入到容器E中,将制剂C中的硝酸钾、硫酸镁、营养素、磷酸二氢铵、硝酸钙及高脂膜乳液加入到容器E中;将制剂D中的醋酸加入到容器E中,通过搅拌装置将加入到容器E中的溶液进行搅拌,将容器E中的溶液搅拌均匀,然后将溶液取出装入到塑料袋中。
该使用方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将装有固态营养剂的纸袋或塑料袋撕开,将固态营养剂倒入到杯子中,并利用搅拌匙进行搅拌;
步骤二、将装有液态营养剂的塑料袋撕开,将液态营养剂倒入到步骤一中的杯子中,然后利用步骤一中的搅拌匙搅拌;
步骤三、将杯子静置2-3分钟,此时可以饮用。
所述的装有固态营养剂的纸袋或塑料袋内装有10g固态营养剂,所述的步骤二中装有液态营养剂的塑料袋装有100ml的液态营养剂
使用效果实验:
本研究通过100名使用者连续试用1年,考察该营养补充剂各方面的效果。测试项目评分标准为:非常满意5分,满意4分,一般3分,不满意2分,非常不满意1分。其中普通组为普通营养补充剂;
综上所述,本发明为两包装,其中一包装有固态营养剂,另一包装有液态营养剂,液态营养剂为固态营养剂的10倍,此发明在使用者测试过后具有使用方便,记忆力明显增强,思维敏捷、反应迟钝度下降、睡眠多梦的状况减少,精力增加,腰痛背痛的症状明显减轻,在本发明的固定营养剂中具有存在,在本发明的液态营养剂中具有醋酸,在将醋酸倒入到纯碱中会出现放热反应,在此放热反应的过程中会使营养补充剂进行加热,加热的温度不会超过40度,但是40度足以实现营养补充剂溶解,从而让使用者可以进行饮用,从而实现方便使用的目的。
