本发明公开了一种电缆,包括有二根缆芯,所述二根缆芯的外部分别包覆有内护套,所述二根缆芯外部的内护套之间一体连接有连接环,二根缆芯外部的内护套和连接环的外部包覆有耐高温绝缘层,所述耐高温绝缘层的外部包覆有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层的外部包覆有防护层,所述防护层的外部包覆有热敏变色层。本发明的优点在于:本发明的电缆结构简单,有效的提高了缆芯的抗拉性能,能有效保证电缆不易因高温而软化,防止被过载的电流击穿,且能起到信号屏蔽作用,避免干扰其他信号线的信号传输,在使用过程中可根据热敏变色层的颜色十分方便的了解导线外表面的温度,以便电缆过热时能迅速切断电源,确保使用安全和方便。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,特别涉及一种电缆。
背景技术
电缆有电力电缆、控制电缆、补偿电缆、屏蔽电缆、高温电缆、计算机电缆、信号电缆、同轴电缆、耐火电缆、船用电缆、矿用电缆、铝合金电缆等等。它们都是由单股或多股导线和绝缘层组成,用来连接电路、电器等。
传统的电缆护套料存在耐老化性和耐候性较差的缺点,使用寿命较短。电缆在使用过程中安全性也是另外一个问题,容易由于电路故障或者其他的原因,导致电缆发热过高,没有任何安全保障,容易发生安全事故。因此,本发明人设计了一种电缆。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够延长使用寿命且使用安全的电缆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种电缆,其创新点在于:包括有二根缆芯,所述二根缆芯的外部分别包覆有内护套,所述二根缆芯外部的内护套之间一体连接有连接环,二根缆芯外部的内护套和连接环的外部包覆有耐高温绝缘层,所述耐高温绝缘层的外部包覆有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层的外部包覆有防护层,所述防护层的外部包覆有热敏变色层。
进一步的,所述二根缆芯分别由一根导体或多根导体相绞合组成。
进一步的,所述热敏变色层位于所述防护层外表面的一侧。
进一步的,还包括透明保护层,所述透明保护层套设于所述热敏变色层外。
进一步的,所述耐高温绝缘层为二甲基硅橡胶层、甲基氟硅橡胶层、三氟丙基氟硅橡胶层或乙烯基氟硅橡胶层。
进一步的,所述屏蔽层为铝箔屏蔽层。
本发明的优点在于:本发明结构简单,采用连接环将电缆内部的缆芯连接在一起,有效的提高了缆芯的抗拉性能,电缆通过由内向外依次设置导线、耐高温绝缘层、屏蔽层和防护层,能有效保证电缆不易因高温而软化,防止被过载的电流击穿,且能起到信号屏蔽作用,避免干扰其他信号线的信号传输,同时在防护层表面设置热敏变色层,在使用过程中可根据热敏变色层的颜色十分方便的了解导线外表面的温度,以便电缆过热时能迅速切断电源,确保使用安全和方便。

如图1所示,一种电缆,包括有二根缆芯1,二根缆芯1分别由一根导体或多根导体相绞合组成,二根缆芯1的外部分别包覆有内护套2,二根缆芯1外部的内护套2之间一体连接有连接环3,二根缆芯1外部的内护套2和连接环3的外部包覆有耐高温绝缘层4,耐高温绝缘层4为二甲基硅橡胶层、甲基氟硅橡胶层、三氟丙基氟硅橡胶层或乙烯基氟硅橡胶层,耐高温绝缘层4的外部包覆有屏蔽层5,屏蔽层5为铝箔屏蔽层,屏蔽层5的外部包覆有防护层6,防护层6的外部包覆有热敏变色层7,热敏变色层7位于防护层6外表面的一侧,该电缆还包括透明保护层8,透明保护层8套设于热敏变色层7外。

1.一种电缆,其特征在于:包括有二根缆芯,所述二根缆芯的外部分别包覆有内护套,所述二根缆芯外部的内护套之间一体连接有连接环,所述二根缆芯外部的内护套和连接环的外部包覆有耐高温绝缘层,所述耐高温绝缘层的外部包覆有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层的外部包覆有防护层,所述防护层的外部包覆有热敏变色层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆,其特征在于:所述二根缆芯分别由一根导体或多根导体相绞合组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电缆,其特征在于:所述热敏变色层位于所述防护层外表面的一侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电缆,其特征在于:还包括透明保护层,所述透明保护层套设于所述热敏变色层外。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电缆,其特征在于:所述耐高温绝缘层为二甲基硅橡胶层、甲基氟硅橡胶层、三氟丙基氟硅橡胶层或乙烯基氟硅橡胶层。
6.根据权利要求5 所述的一种电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层为铝箔屏蔽层。
