Abstract

本发明公开了一种再生新闻纸及其制备工艺,所用的原料包括50%wt~90%wt的回收新闻纸、0~50%wt的回收书本纸、0~20%wt的未漂草浆、0.05%wt~0.5%wt的火碱、0.01%wt~0.1%wt的生物酶脱墨剂、1%wt~3%wt的PVPP、0.05%wt~0.5%wt的分散剂和2%wt~5%wt的白色粉末填料;经过粉碎、筛分、洗分、制浆、填料处理、抄纸、表面处理、包装等步骤制得再生新闻纸。本发明的再生新闻纸及其制备工艺,成本低廉,效率高,获得的再生新闻纸质地紧密、厚薄均匀、强度高、表面平滑,不会出现掉粉、掉毛等问题,可作为一种高档新闻纸使用。

一种再生新闻纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及制浆造纸领域,特别是涉及一种再生新闻纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
以新闻纸为载体的印刷出版物是人们日常生活中阅读频率非常高的产品,新闻纸的社会需求量很大。但是,从现有的生产技术来看,新闻纸主要以木浆为原料。虽然有很多科技人员致力于制浆技术的研发,开发新的纤维原料,但由于技术所限,还不能解决用非木材纤维代替木材纤维制造新闻纸的难题,同样也没有解决新闻纸白度对人的视力产生不利影响的问题。有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种再生新闻纸及其制备方法,,通过本制作工艺生产的再生新闻纸,质地紧密、厚薄均匀、强度高、表面平滑,不会出现掉粉、掉毛等问题,可作为一种高档新闻纸高档白板纸使用,并且成本低廉。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种再生新闻纸,所用的原料包括50%wt~90%wt的回收新闻纸、0~50%wt的回收书本纸、0~20%wt的未漂草浆、0.05%wt~0.5%wt的火碱、0.01%wt~0.1%wt的生物酶脱墨剂、1%wt~3%wt的PVPP、0.05%wt~0.5%wt的分散剂和2%wt~5%wt的白色粉末填料。
一种制备权利再生新闻纸的制作工艺,包括如下制作流程:
Step.1、粉碎,将回收新闻纸、回收书本纸进行粉碎;
Step.2、筛分,将粉碎后的纸屑通过多级筛分装置去除渣料;
Step.3、洗分,将筛分后的纸屑置入制浆池,按质量比1:5~10的比例加入水,并充分搅拌后静置,去掉底层沉积物;
Step.4、制浆,将洗分后的原始浆料,加入火碱、生物酶脱墨剂,以及未漂草浆制成初浆流入面浆池;通过高速除砂机、中浓筛制成中浆流入面浆池二,排出废渣;依次通过冲浆泵、低速除砂机、一段压力筛、浮选脱墨槽、多盘浓缩机制成成浆流入成浆池,在成浆池中加入PVPP,搅拌均匀待用;
Step.5、填料处理,将分散剂和白色粉末填料混合加入2~5倍质量的水搅拌并通过胶体磨,磨后加入5~10倍质量的水搅拌后待用;
Step.6、抄纸,将成浆池中的浆液依次进行挂浆、填料喷雾、压榨、二次挂浆、二次填料喷雾、压榨、三次挂浆、压榨处理,然后送入烘干部进行烘干处理;
Step.7、表面处理,烘干后的纸张进行涂布、修边后送入卷纸机;
Step.8、包装,卷纸机收卷后将纸卷进行包装。
本发明较现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
通过该制作工艺生产再生新闻纸,成本低廉,效率高,获得的再生新闻纸质地紧密、厚薄均匀、强度高、表面平滑,不会出现掉粉、掉毛等问题,可作为一种高档新闻纸使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
一种再生新闻纸,所用的原料包括70%wt的回收新闻纸、20%wt的回收书本纸、15%wt的未漂草浆、0.25%wt的火碱、0.05%wt的生物酶脱墨剂、1.5%wt的PVPP、0.2%wt的分散剂和3%wt的白色粉末填料。
一种制备权利再生新闻纸的制作工艺,包括如下制作流程:
Step.1、粉碎,将回收新闻纸、回收书本纸进行粉碎;
Step.2、筛分,将粉碎后的纸屑通过多级筛分装置去除渣料;
Step.3、洗分,将筛分后的纸屑置入制浆池,按质量比1:5~10的比例加入水,并充分搅拌后静置,去掉底层沉积物;
Step.4、制浆,将洗分后的原始浆料,加入火碱、生物酶脱墨剂,以及未漂草浆制成初浆流入面浆池;通过高速除砂机、中浓筛制成中浆流入面浆池二,排出废渣;依次通过冲浆泵、低速除砂机、一段压力筛、浮选脱墨槽、多盘浓缩机制成成浆流入成浆池,在成浆池中加入PVPP,搅拌均匀待用;

1.一种再生新闻纸,其特征在于:所述再生新闻纸所用的原料包括50%wt~90%wt的回收新闻纸、0~50%wt的回收书本纸、0~20%wt的未漂草浆、0.05%wt~0.5%wt的火碱、0.01%wt~0.1%wt的生物酶脱墨剂、1%wt~3%wt的PVPP、0.05%wt~0.5%wt的分散剂和2%wt~5%wt的白色粉末填料。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述再生新闻纸的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下制作流程:
Step.1、粉碎,将回收新闻纸、回收书本纸进行粉碎;
