本发明公开了一种耐水洗印花面料,包括:面料基层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层,所述面料基层的正面设置有印花图案,所述印花图案设置在面料基层正面的局部位置或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面,所述防水透气层设置在印花图案上或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面和背面,所述面料基层为竹纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺的透气面料,所述竹纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为6~15份,所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为5~14份。通过上述方式,本发明所述的耐水洗印花面料,利用防水透气层对印花图案加强保护,减少印花图案的磨损,提升水洗过程中的防护性,而且防水透气层的结构牢固,不易脱落,使用稳定性高。

一种耐水洗印花面料
技术领域
本发明涉及印花面料领域,特别是涉及一种耐水洗印花面料。
背景技术
印花面料是将坯布漂炼处理,去掉杂质后印上各种花纹图案,再经过后整理,生产出人们喜爱的带有图案的面料。坯布是不能直接用于印花的,不容易上色,必须经过漂炼后,去除杂质和织造浆料,去除纤维上面的蜡质、油脂等等才能保证印花的质量以及上色的牢度。
印花面料上的花纹图案在使用时比较牢固,色彩鲜艳,但是不耐水洗,水洗时容易褪色或者损坏,需要改良。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐水洗印花面料,提升耐水洗性能,确保花纹图案的稳定性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐水洗印花面料,包括:面料基层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层,所述面料基层的正面设置有印花图案,所述印花图案设置在面料基层正面的局部位置或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面,所述防水透气层设置在印花图案上或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面和背面,所述面料基层为竹纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺的透气面料,所述竹纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为6~15份,所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为5~14份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防水透气层为防水透气膜或者高弹有机硅涂层胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防水透气膜底面阵列设置有点状防水胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料基层和印花图案上设置有与点状防水胶对应的磨毛点。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述竹纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为6份,所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为14份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述竹纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为15份,所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种耐水洗印花面料,利用防水透气层对印花图案加强保护,减少印花图案的磨损,提升水洗过程中的防护性,而且防水透气层的结构牢固,不易脱落,使用稳定性高。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例包括:
一种耐水洗印花面料,包括:面料基层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层,所述面料基层的正面设置有印花图案,所述印花图案设置在面料基层正面的局部位置或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面,装饰性好。
所述防水透气层设置在印花图案上或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面和背面,加强对印花图案的保护,减少磨损,避免水洗损伤或者褪色问题,所述面料基层为竹纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺的透气面料,所述竹纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为6~15份,竹纤维的吸湿性好,而且容易染色,所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为5~14份。聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维的大分子上存在亲水性基团羟基和疏水性基团缩醛基,所以对大多数染料都有不同程度的亲和力,不容易褪色。
所述防水透气层为防水透气膜或者高弹有机硅涂层胶,防水透气膜可以确保面料的防水透气性,但是耐水洗效果没有高弹有机硅涂层胶好,高弹有机硅涂层胶对印花图案进行水洗保护,效果更持久。
所述防水透气膜底面阵列设置有点状防水胶,所述面料基层和印花图案上设置有与点状防水胶对应的磨毛点,磨毛点与点状防水胶的配合,使得防水透气膜的结构更加稳定,不易脱落。
实施例1:
取竹纤维6份(重量份)、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维14份,混纺制成透气面料,对透气面料进行漂炼,去除纤维上面的蜡质和油脂,然后进行正面的印花,得到印花图案,利用高弹有机硅涂层胶对印花图案的表面和背面进行处理,提升防水效果。
实施例2:
取竹纤维15份(重量份)、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维5份,混纺制成透气面料,对透气面料进行漂炼,去除纤维上面的蜡质和油脂,然后进行正面的印花,得到印花图案,利用磨毛机对透气面料表面进行点状磨毛处理,得到磨毛点,然后在磨毛点滴加点状防水胶,把防水透气膜铺在透气面料表面,进行压合,干固成型。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种耐水洗印花面料,特别增加了结构牢固的防水透气层,利用防水透气层加强对印花图案的保护,提升耐水洗的效果,经久耐用,保持印花图案的视觉效果。

1.一种耐水洗印花面料,其特征在于,包括:面料基层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层,所述面料基层的正面设置有印花图案,所述印花图案设置在面料基层正面的局部位置或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面,所述防水透气层设置在印花图案上或者完全覆盖面料基层的正面和背面,所述面料基层为竹纤维与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺的透气面料,所述竹纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为6~15份,所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为5~14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐水洗印花面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气层为防水透气膜或者高弹有机硅涂层胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐水洗印花面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气膜底面阵列设置有点状防水胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐水洗印花面料,其特征在于,所述面料基层和印花图案上设置有与点状防水胶对应的磨毛点。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐水洗印花面料,其特征在于,所述竹纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为6份,所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在透气面料中所占的重量份数为14份。
