本发明公开一种高机械性能环保塑料,包括如下步骤:将树脂混合物料倒入成型模具中,加入到注射机的料斗里,原料经加热熔化呈流动状态,在注射机的螺杆或活塞推动下,经喷嘴和模具的浇注系统进入模具型腔,在常温或加热条件下使其逐渐固化成为产品,本发明提供一种高机械性能环保塑料,具有其强度高,抗冲击性和耐腐蚀性好,环保性能优异,使用寿命长的优点。

本发明涉及一种高机械性能环保塑料。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,资源、能源日趋紧张,环境问题将更为突出。目前塑料材料的性能虽然获得了飞速发展,但是在某些方面仍存在不足,限制了塑料制品的应用领域。聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,其成型性好,目前已广泛应用于日常生活、工业化生产等各种领域中,但是聚丙烯的脆性较大,现有的聚丙烯材料其强度和抗冲击性不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有其强度高,抗冲击性和耐腐蚀性好,环保性能优异,使用寿命长优点的高机械性能环保塑料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高机械性能环保塑料,包括如下步骤:将树脂混合物料倒入成型模具中,加入到注射机的料斗里,原料经加热熔化呈流动状态,在注射机的螺杆或活塞推动下,经喷嘴和模具的浇注系统进入模具型腔,在常温或加热条件下使其逐渐固化成为产品,所述树脂混合物料包括环氧树脂、聚丙烯、纳米碳纤维、纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙、碳化硅、润滑剂、抗氧剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述模具的温度为25-70℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述树脂混合物料各成分总体分量为环氧树脂占14%、聚丙烯占14%、纳米碳纤维占16%、纳米二氧化钛占16%、纳米碳酸钙占15%、碳化硅占15%、润滑剂占5%、抗氧剂占5%。
本发明的一种高机械性能环保塑料,具有其强度高,抗冲击性和耐腐蚀性好,环保性能优异,使用寿命长的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

进一步说明,所述模具的温度为25-70℃,所述树脂混合物料各成分总体分量为环氧树脂占14%、聚丙烯占14%、纳米碳纤维占16%、纳米二氧化钛占16%、纳米碳酸钙占15%、碳化硅占15%、润滑剂占5%、抗氧剂占5%。
在进一步说明,压制过程中出现的许多质量问题,往往与工艺参数调节不当有关。冷却系统的温度一般设置在5-15℃,而模温中上模的温度要比下模高5℃。压机油温要小于40℃。压机系统气压中的供气气压约为6bar;网带气压为2-4bar,以使网带绷紧;工作气压控制在1-3bar。烘箱中的工艺参数,红外灯循环温度应控制在360-560℃;加热温度控制在160-220℃,因为过高有可能达到的燃点,引起燃烧;加热时间控制在30-70s;上、下加热板的功率一般设在60%-95%;压制参数中的压机压制压力控制在75-120bar;切刀冲切压力控制在70-110bar;压制时间控制在20-30s;切刀冲切保持时间控制在5-15s。 热压成型后的门板必须经过冷却定型才能保证产品的稳定性,接着产品需要通过进行冲孔处理,对于冲孔后的产品,我们通过量具测量来控制孔位不发生偏位。最后按产品类型的不同还要进行摩擦焊机焊接、超声波焊接、高频焊接等工艺完成产品的最终成型。本发明提供一种高机械性能环保塑料,具有其强度高,抗冲击性和耐腐蚀性好,环保性能优异,使用寿命长的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种高机械性能环保塑料,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:将树脂混合物料倒入成型模具中,加入到注射机的料斗里,原料经加热熔化呈流动状态,在注射机的螺杆或活塞推动下,经喷嘴和模具的浇注系统进入模具型腔,在常温或加热条件下使其逐渐固化成为产品,所述树脂混合物料包括环氧树脂、聚丙烯、纳米碳纤维、纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙、碳化硅、润滑剂、抗氧剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高机械性能环保塑料,其特征在于:所述模具的温度为25-70℃。
