本发明公开了一种面料裁剪平台，包括支撑杆，所述支撑杆顶部外壁焊接有桌面，所述桌面的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有剪刀架，且桌面另一侧外壁焊接有置物盒，所述置物盒顶部开设有开口，所述桌面的顶部外壁焊接有轴承，所述轴承远离桌面的一端焊接有操作台，所述桌面顶部外壁焊接有连杆，所述连杆外壁焊接有连接块，且连杆通过连接块焊接有卡扣，所述卡扣远离连接块的一端与操作台的外壁滑动连接，所述连杆远离桌面的一端焊接有底刀架，所述底刀架顶部外壁焊接有底刀。本发明操作台通过轴承与桌面连接，因此操作台可以旋转，需要裁剪手臂长度够不着的地方，只要旋转操作台即可，不用倾斜身体或者旋转布料。

技术领域
本发明涉及裁剪技术领域，尤其涉及一种面料裁剪平台。
背景技术
裁剪工序是服装制作过程中必不可少的一步，并且裁剪质量的好坏直接影响到服装成品的质量好坏，因此好的裁剪工序对服装制作是及其重要的。传统的剪裁工序是将面料放置在操作台上，需要先一手掀起面料，然后一手用剪刀按照线条裁剪面片，在裁剪手臂长度够不着的面料或者裁剪的角度不正时，需要倾斜身体或者旋转面料来完成裁剪工作，这样的裁剪工序复杂，且工作人员用剪刀进行裁剪时会不可避免地出现手臂抖动等情况，从而影响裁剪布料的质量，裁剪布料用的剪刀、量尺等工具随意地放在裁剪台上，影响工作效率，并且可能会对布料造成损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种面料裁剪平台。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种面料裁剪平台，包括支撑杆，所述支撑杆顶部外壁焊接有桌面，所述桌面的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有剪刀架，且桌面另一侧外壁焊接有置物盒，所述置物盒顶部开设有开口，所述桌面的顶部外壁焊接有轴承，所述轴承远离桌面的一端焊接有操作台，所述桌面顶部外壁焊接有连杆，所述连杆外壁焊接有连接块，且连杆通过连接块焊接有卡扣，所述卡扣远离连接块的一端与操作台的外壁滑动连接，所述连杆远离桌面的一端焊接有底刀架，所述底刀架顶部外壁焊接有底刀，且底刀架的一端焊接有铰链，且底刀架通过铰链铰接有刀柄，所述刀柄底部外壁焊接有裁刀。
优选的，所述剪刀架为环形铁片，且剪刀架的宽度与剪刀的宽度配合，置物盒的顶部与桌面的顶部处于同一高度，置物盒的底部高于支撑杆的底部5cm-10cm。
优选的，所述轴承位于操作台的圆心处，且操作台为圆形。
优选的，所述连杆与操作台的边缘设有5cm-10cm的间隙，且连杆的顶部比操作台的顶部高3cm-5cm。
优选的，所述连杆与底刀架的焊接处靠近铰链，且底刀架远离铰链的一端位于操作台的上方。
优选的，所述刀柄位于底刀架的上方，且裁刀与底刀配合。
本发明的有益效果为：
1.操作台通过轴承与桌面连接，因此操作台可以旋转，需要裁剪手臂长度够不着的地方，只要旋转操作台即可，不用倾斜身体或者旋转布料。
2.用铰接的裁刀和底刀代替平常用的剪刀，裁剪速度快，并且可以避免手臂抖动时下裁剪质量下降等问题。
3.桌面两侧设置有剪刀架和置物盒，节约空间的同时防止工具放在操作台上损坏布料。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2，一种面料裁剪平台，包括支撑杆1，支撑杆1顶部外壁焊接有桌面2，桌面2的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有剪刀架3，且桌面2另一侧外壁焊接有置物盒4，置物盒4顶部开设有开口，桌面2的顶部外壁焊接有轴承5，轴承5远离桌面2的一端焊接有操作台6，桌面2顶部外壁焊接有连杆7，连杆7外壁焊接有连接块8，且连杆7通过连接块8焊接有卡扣9，卡扣9远离连接块8的一端与操作台6的外壁滑动连接，连杆7远离桌面2的一端焊接有底刀架13，底刀架13顶部外壁焊接有底刀14，且底刀架13的一端焊接有铰链10，且底刀架13通过铰链10铰接有刀柄11，刀柄11底部外壁焊接有裁刀12。
本发明中，剪刀架3为环形铁片，且剪刀架3的宽度与剪刀的宽度配合，置物盒4的顶部与桌面2的顶部处于同一高度，置物盒4的底部高于支撑杆1的底部5cm-10cm，轴承5位于操作台6的圆心处，且操作台6为圆形，连杆7与操作台6的边缘设有5cm-10cm的间隙，且连杆7的顶部比操作台6的顶部高3cm-5cm，连杆7与底刀架14的焊接处靠近铰链10，且底刀架14远离铰链10的一端位于操作台6的上方，刀柄11位于底刀架13的上方，且裁刀12与底刀14配合。
工作原理：将布料置于操作台6上，用划线工具划好线后，旋转工作台1，将划线部位放置于底刀14上方，调整好位置后拨动固定杆9，使操作台6稳定，然后手握刀柄11，向下按压进行裁剪，剪刀刀尖向下放置在剪刀架3内，置物盒4可以放置量尺等工具。

1.一种面料裁剪平台，包括支撑杆（1），其特征在于，所述支撑杆（1）顶部外壁焊接有桌面（2），所述桌面（2）的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有剪刀架（3），且桌面（2）另一侧外壁焊接有置物盒（4），所述置物盒（4）顶部开设有开口，所述桌面（2）的顶部外壁焊接有轴承（5），所述轴承（5)远离桌面（2）的一端焊接有操作台（6），所述桌面（2）顶部外壁焊接有连杆（7），所述连杆（7）外壁焊接有连接块（8），且连杆（7）通过连接块（8）焊接有卡扣（9），所述卡扣（9）远离连接块（8）的一端与操作台（6）的外壁滑动连接，所述连杆（7）远离桌面（2）的一端焊接有底刀架（13），所述底刀架（13）顶部外壁焊接有底刀（14），且底刀架（13）的一端焊接有铰链（10），且底刀架（13）通过铰链（10）铰接有刀柄（11），所述刀柄（11）底部外壁焊接有裁刀（12）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料裁剪平台，其特征在于，所述剪刀架（3）为环形铁片，且剪刀架（3）的宽度与剪刀的宽度配合，置物盒（4）的顶部与桌面（2）的顶部处于同一高度，置物盒（4）的底部高于支撑杆（1）的底部5cm-10cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料裁剪平台，其特征在于，所述轴承（5）位于操作台（6）的圆心处，且操作台（6）为圆形结构，。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料裁剪平台，其特征在于，所述连杆（7）与操作台（6）的边缘设有5cm-10cm的间隙，且连杆（7）的顶部比操作台（6）的顶部高3cm-5cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料裁剪平台，其特征在于，所述连杆（7）与底刀架（14）的焊接处靠近铰链（10），且底刀架（14）远离铰链（10）的一端位于操作台（6）的上方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料裁剪平台，其特征在于，所述刀柄（11）位于底刀架（13）的上方，且裁刀（12）与底刀（14）配合。
