Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the mobile terminal back case 10 is a back case of a mobile phone. Referring to fig. 3 together, the mobile terminal rear case 10 includes a case body 100, a partition strip 200, and a decoration layer 300. The housing 100 is made of metal, and the housing 100 has an outer surface 110 and a second surface (not shown). Specifically, in one embodiment, the housing 100 is made of aluminum alloy, the outer surface 110 is configured to be held by a user, and the inner surface is disposed opposite to the outer surface 110. In one embodiment, one side of the inner surface may be provided with a screen assembly fixedly connected with the mobile terminal rear case 10, and both the screen assembly and the mobile terminal rear case 10 are part of the mobile terminal. The housing 100 is formed with a slit (not shown) that extends through the outer surface 110 and the inner surface of the housing 100. In one embodiment, the housing 100 is substantially rectangular, and a mounting hole 120 is formed at one end of the housing 100, and the mounting hole 120 is used for light transmission of the camera module. A slit is located at one end of the case 100 near the mounting hole 120, the slit extends in the width direction of the case 100, and the slit penetrates the outer surface 110 and the inner surface of the case 100. In one embodiment, there are two slots, one at the end of the housing 100 near the mounting hole 120 and the other at the other end of the housing 100.

In one embodiment, the two slits are substantially double-C-shaped, and the slits are located near the edges of the housing 100 and extend along the contour of the housing 100 from one side of the housing 100 to the other side of the housing 100. In other embodiments, the slot may have other shapes. For example, one of the slits may be C-shaped, and the other slit may be straight. The partition strip 200 is embedded in the gap, the partition strip 200 is made of an insulating material, and the partition strip 200 is fixedly connected to the housing 100. In one embodiment, the material of the partition bar 200 is plastic. In one embodiment, the plastic is filled in the gap by injection molding, so that the housing 100 is tightly connected with the partition bar 200. The decoration layer 300 covers the side of the partition strip 200 close to the outer surface 110 and is fixedly connected with the housing 100. In an embodiment, the decoration layer 300 may also be fixedly connected with the partition strip 200. The decorative layer 300 has a certain light transmittance, and the color difference Δ E between the color of the partition strip 200 covered by the decorative layer 300 and the color of the outer surface 110 is in the range of 0 to 2.5.
In the mobile terminal rear case 10, the partition strip 200 is embedded in the gap, and the decorative layer 300 is disposed on the side of the partition strip 200 close to the outer surface 110 of the casing 100, so that the color difference Δ E between the color of the surface of the partition strip 200 covered by the decorative layer 300 and the color of the outer surface 110 of the casing 100 is in the range of 0 to 2.5, and the color of the surface of the partition strip 200 covered by the decorative layer 300 and the color of the outer surface of the casing 100 tend to be the same. When the partition strip 200 is made of a plastic material, the plastic part and the metal part of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal do not have obvious color difference by covering the decorative layer 300 on the plastic part, so that the appearance of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal is approximately integrally formed, and the integrity and the attractiveness of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal are improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the decoration layer 300 includes an adhesive layer 310 adhered to a surface of the partition strip 200 facing away from the inner surface, and a colored paint layer 320 adhered to a surface of the adhesive layer 310 facing away from the inner surface, wherein a color difference Δ E between a color of the colored paint layer 320 and a color of the outer surface 110 is in a range of 0 to 2.5. Specifically, in one embodiment, the material of the adhesive layer 310 has plastic-like characteristics, and the material of the adhesive layer 310 has metal-like characteristics. The adhesive layer 310 is adhered to the partition bar 200 in the slit and can be closely attached to the surface of the partition bar 200. The color paint layer 320 is adhered to the adhesive layer 310 and can be tightly connected with the surface of the adhesive layer 310. The colored paint layer 320 has a color, and the material of the colored paint layer 320 can be prepared according to the color of the outer surface 110 of the mobile terminal rear housing 10, so that the color difference value Δ E between the color of the prepared colored paint layer 320 covered on the surface of the partition strip 200 and the color of the outer surface 110 of the mobile terminal rear housing 10 is in the range of 0-2.5, i.e., the color of the partition strip 200 covered with the colored paint layer 320 and the color of the outer surface 110 of the mobile terminal rear housing 10 have almost no difference in vision, so as to improve the integrity and the aesthetic property of the mobile terminal rear housing 10.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is 3 to 9 micrometers, which is advantageous for the connection stability of the adhesive layer 310 and the partition bar 200 and the connection stability of the adhesive layer 310 and the color paint layer 320 when the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is within the above range. In an embodiment, the thickness of the color paint layer 320 is 3 to 9 micrometers, which is beneficial for the color paint layer 320 to present a uniform color and can ensure that the color paint layer 320 is stably connected with the adhesive layer 310 when the thickness of the color paint layer 320 is within the above range. Further, in an embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is 7.5 to 8.5 microns, and when the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is within this range, not only can the stability of the connection between the adhesive layer 310 and the partition strip 200 and the colored paint layer 320 be achieved, but also the molding process of the adhesive layer 310 is facilitated, and the material usage of the adhesive layer 310 is saved. In an embodiment, the thickness of the colored paint layer 320 is 7.5 micrometers to 8.5 micrometers, and when the thickness of the colored paint layer 320 is within the range, the colored paint layer 320 can present a uniform color, the colored paint layer 320 and the adhesive layer 310 can be stably connected, the molding processing of the colored paint layer 320 is facilitated, and the material usage of the colored paint layer 320 is saved.
In one embodiment, the decorative layer 300 further includes a reinforcing layer 330, the reinforcing layer 330 is adhered to the surface of the colored paint layer 320 facing away from the inner surface, and the material of the reinforcing layer 330 is a transparent material. The reinforcement layer 330 functions to improve the surface hardness and strength of the decorative layer 300 and prevent the colored paint layer 320 from being easily damaged during use. In one embodiment, the strengthening layer 330 is made of UV (Ultraviolet) curable adhesive, which is easy to use and can be cured only by irradiation of Ultraviolet light after being coated on the colored paint layer 320. The cured strengthening layer 330 is transparent and has little effect on the color of the pigmented paint layer 320. In one embodiment, the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is 3 mm to 9 mm, which is favorable for the stable connection between the reinforcing layer 330 and the color paint layer 320 when the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is within the above range. Further, in an embodiment, the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is 7.5 micrometers to 8.5 micrometers, and when the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is within this range, not only the stability of the connection between the reinforcing layer 330 and the color paint layer 320 can be achieved, but also the hardness and strength of the reinforcing layer 330 can be ensured, so that the reinforcing layer 330 can provide good protection for the color paint layer 320.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the decorative layer is 7 to 50 microns. In one embodiment, the thickness of the decorative layer is 8-45 microns. When the thickness of the decoration layer 300 is within the above range, it is favorable for the decoration layer 300 and the partition strip 200 in the gap to form a tight connection, which can not only ensure the stability of the decoration layer 300, but also avoid the adverse effect of the decoration layer 300 on the appearance of the mobile terminal rear case 10 due to too large thickness. Specifically, in one embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 can be 8 microns, the thickness of the color paint layer 320 can be 8 microns, the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 can be 8 microns, and the thickness of the decorative layer 300 after the adhesive layer 310, the color paint layer 320, and the reinforcing layer 330 are stacked and cured in sequence is approximately 24 microns. The decorative layer 300 having the above-mentioned structure can be firmly connected with the partition bars 200 in the slits, thereby ensuring the hardness and strength of the decorative layer 300, and also achieving that the color difference value of the decorative layer 300 and the outer surface 110 of the case 100 is within a predetermined range, so that the outer surface of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal exhibits good integrity. It is understood that the reinforcing layer 330 may be omitted from the decorative layer 300 without affecting the function of the decorative layer 300 by omitting the reinforcing layer 330. In other embodiments, a material for increasing the strength and hardness of the colored paint layer 320 may be added to the material of the colored paint layer 320, so that the colored paint layer 320 has sufficient strength and hardness.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the gap includes a first receiving groove (not shown) near the inner surface of the housing 100 and a second receiving groove (not shown) near the outer surface 110 of the housing 100, and the first receiving groove and the second receiving groove are communicated. The partition strip 200 is located in the first receiving groove, the decoration layer 300 is located in the second receiving groove, and a surface of the decoration layer 300 close to the outer surface 110 is flush with the outer surface 110. By processing the second receiving groove on the housing 100 of the rear case and disposing the decoration layer 300 in the second receiving groove, it is beneficial to align the decoration layer 300 with the gap on the one hand, so as to facilitate the processing of the decoration layer 300 and the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal. On the other hand, by providing the second receiving groove, the surface of the decoration layer 300 is easily aligned with the outer surface 110 of the mobile terminal rear case 10, so that the light reflection caused by the protrusion generated on the mobile terminal rear case 10 can be prevented, and the integrity of the appearance of the mobile terminal rear case 10 can be ensured. It is understood that the depth of the second receiving groove can be adaptively adjusted according to the thickness of the decoration layer 300. Further, since the decoration layer 300 is disposed in the second receiving groove, when the decoration layer 300 fills the second receiving groove, the groove wall of the second receiving groove can protect the decoration layer 300 well. The thickness of the decoration layer 300 can be very small, and it is only necessary to ensure that the color difference Δ E between the color of the color paint layer 320 in the decoration layer 300 covering the surface of the partition bar 200 and the color of the outer surface 110 of the casing 100 is in the range of 0 to 2.5. It can be understood that, when the second receiving groove is formed on the outer surface 110 of the casing 100, the decoration layer 300 may not contact with the partition strip 200, that is, a gap may exist between the decoration layer 300 and the partition strip 200, the decoration layer 300 is fixedly connected to the casing 100, and after the decoration layer 300 covers the partition strip 200, a color difference value Δ E between a color formed by the light reflected by the decoration layer 300 and the partition strip 200 and a color of the outer surface 110 of the casing 100 may also be in a range of 0 to 2.5.
In one embodiment, the covering area of the decoration layer 300 exceeds the area of the gap, i.e. the decoration layer 30 covers both the gap and the outer surface 110 of the casing 100, and the decoration layer 300 is fixedly connected to the casing 100. Specifically, in one embodiment, the area of the decoration layer 300 is approximately equal to the area of the outer surface 110 of the casing 100, and the decoration layer 300 is covered on the outer surface 110 of the casing 100 by the adhesive layer 310, so that the decoration layer 300 can completely cover the area around the gap. In an embodiment, the decoration layer 300 is fixedly connected to the partition strip 200 in the gap and fixedly connected to the casing 100, and the surface of the entire mobile terminal rear shell 10 for the user to hold substantially presents the color formed by covering the color paint layer 320 on the outer surface 110 of the casing 100, so that the appearance of the mobile terminal rear shell 10 is nearly integrated, and the gap at the connection position of the gap and the casing 100 is also shielded.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in an embodiment, a method of manufacturing the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal is also provided. The method of manufacturing the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal includes the following steps.
Step S100, the decoration layer 300 is processed on the film carrier 400 to prepare the adhesive film 20.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the material of the film carrier 400 is PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), and the PET film carrier 400 has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, and the electrical insulation property of the PET film carrier 400 is excellent, and the creep resistance, the fatigue resistance, the friction resistance, and the dimensional stability are all good. The film carrier 400 functions to provide support for the decoration layer 300, so as to facilitate coating of the decoration layer 300 on the film carrier 400, and the film carrier 400 can also be smoothly torn off from the decoration layer 300, so that the decoration layer 300 covers the partition strip 200 of the mobile terminal rear case 10.
In an embodiment, the step S100 may further specifically include the following steps.
Step S110, a strengthening layer 330 is coated on the surface of the membrane carrier 400.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the strengthening layer 330 is directly coated on the surface of the membrane carrier 400, and the material of the strengthening layer 330 is a transparent material. In one embodiment, the strengthening layer 330 is directly exposed to the environment, and therefore the strengthening layer 330 is required to have a high hardness and strength to prevent the strengthening layer 330 from being easily worn or damaged. In an embodiment, the strengthening layer 330 is made of UV (Ultraviolet ray) curable adhesive, which is easy to use and can be cured by irradiation of Ultraviolet ray, and the cured UV layer is transparent and is beneficial to the transmission of light. In one embodiment, the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is 3 mm to 9 mm, and the reinforcing layer 330 has better strength and hardness when the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is within the above range. Further, in one embodiment, the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is 7.5 microns to 8.5 microns, and when the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 is within this range, the hardness and strength of the reinforcing layer 330 can be ensured, so that the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 does not need to be too large to save material of the reinforcing layer 330.
Step S120, a colored paint layer 320 is coated on the reinforcing layer 330, and the color of the colored paint layer 320 should ensure that the color difference Δ E between the color formed by the reflected light after the colored paint layer 320 covers the partition strip 200 and the color of the outer surface 110 is within a range of 0 to 2.5.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the pigmented paint layer 320 is coated on the reinforcing layer 330, and the pigmented paint layer 320 can be tightly coupled to the surface of the reinforcing layer 330 facing away from the film carrier 400. The colored paint layer 320 has a color and a certain light transmittance, and the material of the colored paint layer 320 can be prepared according to the color of the outer surface 110 of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal, so that the color difference value Δ E between the color of the prepared colored paint layer 320 covered on the partition strip 200 and the color of the outer surface 110 of the case 100 is in the range of 0-2.5, i.e., the color of the colored paint layer 320 covered on the partition strip 200 and the color of the outer surface 110 of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal are almost not different visually. Since the reinforcing layer 330 is transparent, the color of the colored paint layer 320 is not substantially affected by the reinforcing layer 330, and therefore the color of the colored paint layer 320 can be well matched with the color of the outer surface 110 of the housing 100. In one embodiment, the thickness of the color paint layer 320 is 3 to 9 micrometers, which is beneficial to the color paint layer 320 to present a uniform color and ensure a stable connection between the color paint layer 320 and the reinforcing layer 330 when the thickness of the color paint layer 320 is within the above range. Further, in an embodiment, the thickness of the colored paint layer 320 is 7.5 micrometers to 8.5 micrometers, and when the thickness of the colored paint layer 320 is within the range, the colored paint layer 320 can present a uniform color, and the stable connection between the colored paint layer 320 and the reinforcing layer 330 is ensured, which is also beneficial to the processing of the colored paint layer 320, and since the color of the colored paint layer 320 can be uniformly distributed without further increasing the thickness of the colored paint layer 320, the material usage of the colored paint layer 320 can be saved. It is understood that the color paint layer 320 may also be coated on the strengthening layer 330 by ink-jet or silk-screen printing.
In step S130, an adhesive layer is coated on the surface of the colored paint layer 320 facing away from the film carrier 400 to prepare the adhesive film 20.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the material of the adhesive layer 310 has plastic-like properties. The adhesive layer 310 adheres to the colored lacquer layer 320 and can be tightly connected to the surface of the colored lacquer layer 320 facing away from the film carrier 400. The adhesive layer 310 functions to be firmly connected with the partition bars 200 in the gap of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal, thereby facilitating the colored paint layer 320 and the reinforcing layer 330 to be firmly connected to the rear case to prevent the colored paint layer 320 and the reinforcing layer 330 from falling off the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal. In one embodiment, the material of the adhesive layer 310 also has a metal-philic property, so that the adhesive layer 310 can be adhered to the metal part of the mobile terminal rear case 10 to form a more tight connection between the adhesive layer 310 and the mobile terminal rear case 10. In an embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is 3 to 9 micrometers, which facilitates the stable connection between the adhesive layer 310 and the partition strip 200 of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal when the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is within the above range, and facilitates the stable connection between the adhesive layer 310 and the colored paint layer 320. In an embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is 7.5 to 8.5 microns, and when the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 is within this range, the adhesive layer 310 can be stably connected with the partition bar 200 and the colored paint layer 320, and the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 does not need to be increased continuously, so as to save the material of the adhesive layer 310.
In one embodiment, the film carrier 400 is coated with the strengthening layer 330, the paint layer 320 and the adhesive layer 310 in sequence, and then the film 20 is prepared. In an embodiment, the decoration layer 300 includes a strengthening layer 330, a colored paint layer 320 and an adhesive layer 310, the thickness of the decoration layer 300 is 8 micrometers to 50 micrometers, when the thickness of the decoration layer 300 is within this range, it is beneficial for the decoration layer 300 and the partition strips 200 in the gaps to form a tight connection, the stability of the decoration layer 300 can be ensured, and the adverse effect of the too large thickness of the decoration layer 300 on the appearance of the mobile terminal rear case 10 can be avoided. In one embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive layer 310 can be 8 microns, the thickness of the color paint layer 320 can be 8 microns, the thickness of the reinforcing layer 330 can be 8 microns, and the thickness of the decorative layer 300 after the adhesive layer 310, the color paint layer 320 and the reinforcing layer 330 are stacked and cured in sequence is approximately 24 microns. The decorative layer 300 having the above-described configuration can be stably connected to the partition bars 200 in the slits, ensure the hardness and strength of the decorative layer 300, and achieve a color difference value between the decorative layer 300 and the outer surface 110 of the case 100 within a predetermined range, so that the slits and the outer surface 110 of the case 100 exhibit good integrity.
It is understood that the above step S110 may be omitted. That is, the reinforcing layer 330 may be omitted from the decorative layer 300, and the function of the decorative layer 300 is not affected by the omission of the reinforcing layer 330. In other embodiments, a material for increasing the strength and hardness of the colored paint layer 320 may be added to the material of the colored paint layer 320, so that the colored paint layer 320 has sufficient strength and hardness.
Step S200, a second receiving groove is formed in the outer surface 110, an extending direction of the second receiving groove is the same as an extending direction of the first receiving groove, the first receiving groove is communicated with the second receiving groove, and the first receiving groove is used for filling the partition bar 200.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the width of the decoration layer 300 matches the width of the second receiving groove, the decoration layer 300 is located in the second receiving groove, and the surface of the decoration layer 300 close to the outer surface 110 of the casing 100 is flush with the outer surface 110. By processing the second receiving groove on the housing 100 of the rear housing, the second receiving groove and the first receiving groove are both part of the gap, and the decoration layer 300 can be disposed in the second receiving groove, which is favorable for aligning the decoration layer 300 with the gap, so as to be favorable for processing the decoration layer 300 and the rear housing 10 of the mobile terminal. On the other hand, by providing the second receiving groove, the surface of the reinforcing layer 330 or the surface of the colored paint layer 320 is easily aligned with the outer surface 110 of the housing 100, so that the projection generated on the mobile terminal rear case 10 can be prevented from affecting the reflection of light, and the integrity of the appearance of the mobile terminal rear case 10 can be ensured. It can be understood that the depth of the second receiving groove can be adaptively adjusted according to the thickness of the decoration layer 300. Further, since the decoration layer 300 is disposed in the second receiving groove, when the decoration layer 300 fills the second receiving groove, the groove wall of the second receiving groove can protect the decoration layer 300 well. The thickness of the decoration layer 300 can be very small, and it is only necessary to ensure that the color difference Δ E between the color of the decoration layer 300 covered above the partition bar 200 and the color of the outer surface 110 of the mobile terminal rear case 10 is in the range of 0 to 2.5. It is understood that step S200 may also be performed before preparing the adhesive film 20.
It is understood that step S200 may be omitted. In the embodiment omitting step S200, the shape of the film 20 matches the shape of the outer surface 110, the decoration layer 300 covers both the gap and the outer surface 110, and the decoration layer 300 is fixedly connected to the housing 100. Specifically, in an embodiment, the area of the decoration layer 300 is approximately equal to the area of the outer surface 110 of the casing 100, the decoration layer 300 is completely covered on the outer surface 110 of the mobile terminal rear case 10 through the adhesive layer 310, and after the decoration layer 300 is fixedly connected with the casing 100, the entire outer surface 110 of the mobile terminal rear case 10 is in the color of the colored paint layer 320 covered above the outer surface 110, so that the appearance of the mobile terminal rear case 10 can be nearly integrated, and the gap at the connection position of the gap and the casing 100 can be also shielded.
In step S300, the adhesive film 20 is adhered to one side of the partition strip 200 of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal, which is close to the outer surface 110 of the case 100, so that the decoration layer 300 is tightly connected with the case 100.
Specifically, during use, it is necessary to face the adhesive layer 310 of the decoration layer 300 to the outer surface 110 of the case 100 and attach the adhesive film 20 above the partition strip 200 in the gap so that the adhesive layer 310 is tightly attached to the case 100. It is understood that, during the use of the sticker 20, it is necessary to allow the colored paint layer 320 of the decorative layer 300 to completely cover the surface of the partition strip 200 to prevent the partition strip 200 from being exposed, resulting in color difference between the partition strip 200 and the metal portion of the mobile terminal rear case 10. Since the outer surface 110 of the case 100 is curved, it is necessary to apply an external force to deform the adhesive sheet 20 and then to tightly connect the adhesive sheet with the outer surface 110, and to prevent air from remaining between the adhesive layer 310 and the surface of the partition strip 200, or even to prevent air bubbles from occurring. After the adhesive film 20 is attached to the partition bar 200 of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal, the surface of the adhesive film 20 may be irradiated with a suitable temperature, for example, infrared rays, to enable the adhesive film 20 to be softened so as to be closely attached to the partition bar 200 and smoothly discharge air between the adhesive film 20 and the partition bar 200.
Step S400, the film carrier 400 is torn off.
The film 20 is tightly attached to the partition strip 200, so that after the adhesive layer 310 of the decorative layer 300 is tightly connected to the surface of the partition strip 200, the film carrier 400 of the film 20 can be torn off, and the colored paint layer 320 or the strengthening layer 330 of the decorative layer 300 is exposed to the environment. After tearing off membrane carrier 400, the surface of partition strip 200 in the antenna groove is covered by decorative layer 300, the color of colored paint layer 320 after covering to the top of partition strip 200 appears, because the range of the color difference value delta E between the color of colored paint layer 320 after covering to the top of partition strip 200 and the color of outer surface 110 of casing 100 is in the range of 0 ~ 2.5, consequently, the outer surface of whole mobile terminal backshell 10 can be made to be nearly integrated, make the appearance of mobile terminal backshell 10 more pleasing to the eye, succinct.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, a mobile terminal is further provided, where the mobile terminal includes a screen assembly 30 and a mobile terminal rear case 10, and the mobile terminal rear case 10 is fixedly connected with the screen assembly 30. The partition strip 200 is disposed in the gap of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal, and in an embodiment, the partition strip 200 is made of plastic. A decorative layer 300 is disposed on one side of the partition strip 200 close to the outer surface 110 of the housing 100, and a color difference value Δ E between a color formed by the reflected light above the partition strip 200 covered by the decorative layer 300 and a color of the outer surface 110 of the housing 100 of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal is in a range of 0 to 2.5. Therefore, the appearance of the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal has excellent integrity, and the appearance of the mobile terminal is more beautiful and concise.
