本发明涉及高耐磨哑光涂料的制备技术领域,一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料及其制备方法。其中所述涂料重量组份百分比如下:水性氟碳树脂10‑15份、聚乙烯蜡乳液5‑10份、丙二醇20‑60;水性消泡剂0.05‑1;水性增稠剂0.5‑4;聚结溶剂0.3‑2.5;防沉剂0.5‑1.5份;水性消光剂0.5‑3;硬脂酸锌0.05‑1.5;有机胺1‑5;水余量。本发明的涂料各项性能指标能完全达到甚至部分超过油性涂料的指标,同时,本发明所得漆膜生产工序安全、环保、简单,施工比较环保方便;耐磨性好、耐黄变性佳、抗冲击性好、耐水性好和附着力好。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性高耐磨哑光涂料的制备技术领域,尤其是一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性材料是以水代替有机溶剂,可以在很大程度上减少有机溶剂的使用和挥发,其有效性、成本和环境可接受性是显而易见的。
油性材料不仅有很大的气味,而且很容易失火燃烧,同时二甲苯和苯等溶剂对人身体中血液的危害非常大。此时,用水性材料的发明创造,不仅减少了大量二甲苯和苯的使用,而且水性材料为不易燃烧涂料,以水为稀释剂,无需再添加有机溶剂,涂层各项性能能保持甚至超过溶剂型涂层,漆膜硬度更高,耐磨性更佳。减少了有机溶剂的使用,提高了设备运行的安全性,同时对操作人员的身体也没有危害;是一种环保的新型涂料。
发明内容
为了克服现有的涂料的使用缺陷,本发明提供了一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料及其制备方法。
一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于,重量百分比的组分如下:水性氟碳树脂10-15份、聚乙烯蜡乳液5-10份、丙二醇20-60;水性消泡剂0.05-1;水性增稠剂0.5-4;聚结溶剂0.3-2.5;防沉剂0.5-1.5份;水性消光剂0.5-3;硬脂酸锌0.05-1.5;有机胺1-5;水余量。
作为优选,所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述水性消泡剂为非硅聚合物。
作为优选,所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述水性增稠剂为复配型聚酰胺蜡。
作为优选,所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述硬脂酸锌为乳化改性有机硅。
作为优选,所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述防沉剂和水性消光剂的重量百分比之和不超过4%。
作为优选,一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将丙二醇、水性氟碳树脂和有机胺按比例配比好,放入已经加好水的高速分散机,以700转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟,得预分散物料;
(2)将聚乙烯蜡乳液、水性增稠剂、聚结溶剂按比例配好,放入高速分散机,以900转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟;再加入上述预分散物料、水性消泡剂、硬脂酸锌、防沉剂、水性消光剂,放入高速分散机上,以600-800转/分钟的转速搅拌15-30 分钟;
(3)最后静置,调整pH值为7.0-8.0即得。
本发明的涂料各项性能指标能完全达到甚至部分超过油性涂料的指标,同时,本发明所得漆膜生产工序安全、环保、简单,施工比较环保方便;耐磨性好、耐黄变性佳、抗冲击性好、耐水性好和附着力好。
具体实施方式
一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于,重量百分比的组分如下:水性氟碳树脂10-15份、聚乙烯蜡乳液5-10份、丙二醇20-60;水性消泡剂0.05-1;水性增稠剂0.5-4;聚结溶剂0.3-2.5;防沉剂0.5-1.5份;水性消光剂0.5-3;硬脂酸锌0.05-1.5;有机胺1-5;水余量。
作为优选,所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述水性消泡剂为非硅聚合物。

1.一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于,重量百分比的组分如下:水性氟碳树脂10-15份、聚乙烯蜡乳液5-10份、丙二醇20-60;水性消泡剂0.05-1;水性增稠剂0.5-4;聚结溶剂0.3-2.5;防沉剂0.5-1.5份;水性消光剂0.5-3;硬脂酸锌0.05-1.5;有机胺1-5;水余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述水性消泡剂为非硅聚合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述水性增稠剂为复配型聚酰胺蜡。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料,其特征在于:所述硬脂酸锌为乳化改性有机硅。

6.一种水性高耐磨哑光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将丙二醇、水性氟碳树脂和有机胺按比例配比好,放入已经加好水的高速分散机,以700转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟,得预分散物料;
(2)将聚乙烯蜡乳液、水性增稠剂、聚结溶剂按比例配好,放入高速分散机,以900转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟;再加入上述预分散物料、水性消泡剂、硬脂酸锌、防沉剂、水性消光剂,放入高速分散机上,以600-800转/分钟的转速搅拌15-30 分钟;
