本发明公开了一种新型激振器,本发明的技术方案是,一种新型激振器,它包括壳体,在激振器壳体的下部设有油池,油池的上方设有与中轴啮合的齿轮,齿轮的位置与中轴上套装的轴承平行,齿轮的底部与油池内的润滑油接触,在轴承的下方激振器壳体上开有油路通道,油路通道与油池联通;在轴承的外侧设有甩油盘,甩油盘与轴承之间留有空隙,该空隙与油路通道联通,在甩油盘的外侧设有挡套,挡套上设有毛毡,在挡套下部设有端盖,端盖的外侧设有迷宫盖。本发明结构合理,本发明的可靠使用寿命较长,使用期内不用维修,只需定期更换油池内的润滑油即可,从而大大提高了振动筛的可靠作业。

技术领域:
本发明涉及激振装置,特别是一种后期使用中极少需要维护的激振器。
背景技术:
振动筛是钢铁、煤炭、矿山等行业的物料筛分使用较普遍的设备。激振器是振动筛的主要功能部件,是产生振动的激振源;所以激振器的使用寿命直接影响振动筛的正常运行;而国内目前使用较多的激振器多采用润滑脂结构,由于润滑的影响,激振器容易出现轴承发热抱死的情况。因此,国内多家尝试设计稀油润滑激振器,但会频繁出现稀油润滑激振器的密封处漏油和密封圈不耐用,需经常更换的问题,这样就增加了振动筛的维修工作量和停机时间,因此极大地影响了振动筛的正常使用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理、使用效果好的新型激振器。
本发明的技术方案是,一种新型激振器,它包括壳体,其特征在于:在激振器壳体的下部设有油池,油池的上方设有与中轴啮合的齿轮,齿轮的位置与中轴上套装的轴承平行,齿轮的底部与油池内的润滑油接触,在轴承的下方激振器壳体上开有油路通道,油路通道与油池联通;在轴承的外侧设有甩油盘,甩油盘与轴承之间留有空隙,该空隙与油路通道联通,在甩油盘的外侧设有挡套,挡套上设有毛毡,在挡套下部设有端盖,端盖的外侧设有迷宫盖。
本发明结构合理,本发明的可靠使用寿命较长,使用期内不用维修,只需定期更换油池内的润滑油即可,从而大大提高了振动筛的可靠作业。

结合附图详细描述实施例,本发明的结构是,一种新型激振器,它包括壳体10,在激振器壳体的下部设有油池11,油池的上方设有与中轴2啮合的齿轮1,齿轮的位置与中轴上套装的轴承3平行,齿轮的底部与油池内的润滑油接触,在轴承的下方激振器壳体上开有油路通道9,油路通道与油池联通;在轴承的外侧设有甩油盘4,甩油盘与轴承之间留有空隙,该空隙与油路通道联通,在甩油盘的外侧设有挡套5,挡套上设有毛毡6,在挡套下部设有端盖8,端盖的外侧设有迷宫盖7。
本发明在使用时,本发明采用齿轮高速旋转从油池带上润滑油,润滑油从齿轮端飞溅到轴承上,轴承经润滑油润滑,同时还可带走热量,润滑油从轴承两侧飞溅流出,内侧的润滑油直接回流油池,外侧由甩油盘把润滑油甩到端盖内侧,经过甩油盘与轴承之间的空隙后,从油路通道润滑油回流到油池。本发明采用机械密封配合专门的油路设计结构,使润滑油根本不会流到轴伸处,不用再设橡胶密封圈,并且始终可以对轴承进行润滑,保证了激振器的正常工作。
