Abstract
本发明提供一种布袋除尘机,涉及除尘技术领域。包括:机体、设于所述机体底部侧边的进风口、设于所述机体中部的布袋、设于所述布袋一侧的振动板、与所述振动板连接的电机、设于所述布袋下方的集尘斗、设于所述集尘斗下方的集尘箱、设于所述机体顶部的出风口以及设于所述机体内部上方的数个风机;所述布袋外部设有拉链,内部设有由数个间隔层分隔成的数个布袋腔;由于布袋采用多层设计,增强了对空气的除尘效果;此外,布袋一侧设有振动板,可产生振动使布袋上的灰尘振动掉落至布袋下方的集尘筒内,方便对布袋的除尘。

技术领域
本发明涉及除尘技术领域,尤其涉及一种布袋除尘机。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们的环保意识逐渐增强,为了避免人体吸入过量粉尘,生产者们通常在车间内装有除尘装置,以保障车间内生产工人的身体。布袋除尘机是现有的一种非常常用的除尘设备,但是现有的布袋除尘机通常在除去布袋上的粉尘时显得较为麻烦,需要将布袋拆除后单独进行,不仅容易导致布袋的粉尘外泄,而且拆装不便。此外,现有的布袋除尘机的布袋由于是单层的设计,除尘效果有限。因此,有必要提供一种布袋除尘机,以解决上述问题。
同时,布袋除尘机的布袋,一般都是由尼龙材质的织物编织而成,没有经过任何的预处理,这种材质的布袋在洗满灰尘时,需要通过振动板使其表面吸附的灰尘掉落。倘若在布袋的表层“装载”上有一层“憎灰层”,这时,大部分的灰尘不容易粘附在布袋上,唯有少量的灰尘被吸附在布袋上,这就可以显著降低振动板的工作次数,降低能耗及水产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种布袋除尘机,以解决现有的布袋除尘机对布袋除尘不方便,且布袋除尘机对空气除尘效果有限的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种布袋除尘机的布袋及其制造方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种布袋除尘机,包括:机体、设于所述机体底部侧边的进风口、设于所述机体中部的布袋、设于所述布袋一侧的振动板、与所述振动板连接的电机、设于所述布袋下方的集尘斗、设于所述集尘斗下方的集尘箱、设于所述机体顶部的出风口以及设于所述机体内部上方的数个风机;所述布袋外部设有拉链,内部设有由数个间隔层分隔成的数个布袋腔。
所述间隔层的数量为两个。
所述风机的数量为两个。
一种布袋除尘机的布袋,其外部设有拉链,内部设有由数个间隔层分隔成的数个布袋腔。
一种布袋除尘机的布袋的制造方法,步骤如下:
①、布袋构造及成型方法
布袋采用常规尼龙材质编织而成,并在布袋外部增设拉链,在内部增设数个间隔层;
②、布袋表层预处理
将布袋放入装有预处理液的槽内浸泡24小时,取出后沥干12小时以上;
预处理液是由环氧树脂9份、二聚丙酸8份、甲基纤维素0.1份、固化剂1份、溶剂3份、缬草酸6份和环戊恶草酮4份混合均匀制成;预处理液的使用量为:每平方展开面积的布袋使用20kg预处理液;
③、布袋热处理及烘干
将布袋放入热处理炉中于200℃下热处理2小时,然后以10℃/min的降温速率冷却至室温。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、布袋除尘机,包括:机体、设于所述机体底部侧边的进风口、设于所述机体中部的布袋、设于所述布袋一侧的振动板、与所述振动板连接的电机、设于所述布袋下方的集尘斗、设于所述集尘斗下方的集尘箱、设于所述机体顶部的出风口以及设于所述机体内部上方的数个风机;所述布袋外部设有拉链,内部设有由数个间隔层分隔成的数个布袋腔;由于布袋采用多层设计,增强了对空气的除尘效果;此外,布袋一侧设有振动板,可产生振动使布袋上的灰尘振动掉落至布袋下方的集尘筒内,方便对布袋的除尘。
2)、一种布袋除尘机的布袋及其制造方法,通过特殊方法制造的布袋,使得布袋具有“憎灰”功能,即大部分的灰尘不容易粘附在布袋上,唯有少量的灰尘被吸附在布袋上,这就可以显著降低振动板的工作次数,降低能耗及水产成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种布袋除尘机,包括:机体1、设于机体1底部侧边的进风口2、设于机体1中部的布袋4、设于布袋4一侧的振动板3、与振动板3连接的电机7、设于布袋4下方的集尘斗8、设于集尘斗8下方的集尘箱9、设于机体1顶部的出风口6以及设于机体1内部上方的数个风机5。布袋4外部设有拉链43,内部设有由数个间隔层42分隔成的数个布袋腔41。
布袋4内部由于设有数个间隔层42,因此增加了空气与布袋4的接触面积,提升了除尘效果。同时,若要对布袋4除尘,只需用过电机7控制振动板3产生振动,即可使布袋4上的灰尘掉落至集尘斗8下方的集尘箱9内,需要对布袋4清洗时,可将布袋4取下,拉开拉链43,对间隔层42进行清洁即可。
优选的,间隔层42的数量为两个,风机5的数量为两个。
实施例2
一种布袋除尘机的布袋的制造方法,步骤如下:
①、布袋构造及成型方法
布袋采用常规尼龙材质编织而成,并在布袋外部增设拉链,在内部增设数个间隔层;
②、布袋表层预处理
将布袋放入装有预处理液的槽内浸泡24小时,取出后沥干12小时以上;
预处理液是由环氧树脂9份、二聚丙酸8份、甲基纤维素0.1份、固化剂1份、溶剂3份、缬草酸6份和环戊恶草酮4份混合均匀制成;预处理液的使用量为:每平方展开面积的布袋使用20kg预处理液;

将布袋放入热处理炉中于200℃下热处理2小时,然后以10℃/min的降温速率冷却至室温。

1.一种布袋除尘机,其特征在于,包括:机体(1)、设于所述机体(1)底部侧边的进风口(2)、设于所述机体(1)中部的布袋(4)、设于所述布袋(4)一侧的振动板(3)、与所述振动板(3)连接的电机(7)、设于所述布袋(4)下方的集尘斗(8)、设于所述集尘斗(8)下方的集尘箱(9)、设于所述机体(1)顶部的出风口(6)以及设于所述机体(1)内部上方的数个风机(5);所述布袋(4)外部设有拉链(43),内部设有由数个间隔层(42)分隔成的数个布袋腔(41)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘机,其特征在于,所述间隔层(42)的数量为两个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘机,其特征在于,所述风机(5)的数量为两个。
