Abstract
本发明涉及一种带反冲洗水过滤装置,其包括筒体外壳、过滤网、反冲洗装置,筒体外壳内由过滤网分隔形成进水腔、中间过滤腔、出水腔。反冲洗装置包括贯通各层过滤网的柱状的管筒,管筒内设有并排并相隔的两条通水管,分别为进水管和排污管。进水管的敞口端作为进水口,进水管的管壁设有与筒体外壳内的进水腔、出水腔分别导通的通口A、通口B,进水管内设置滑动的阀芯和复位弹簧,阀芯一端连接控制杆,并伸出至管筒外部连接按钮;通过控制阀芯动作,实现通口A、通口B的切换导通,从而实现过滤和反冲洗的切换。排污管的管壁设有与中间过滤腔、进水腔分别导通的通口C、通口D,排污管的敞口端连接排污阀,以此实现反冲洗时的排污操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水过滤器,是一种带反冲洗水过滤装置。
背景技术
水过滤器是一种用于水质中滤去杂质的装置,其主要是通过过滤芯实现。现有较为常见的过滤芯即为过滤网,利用过滤网的目数不同,可实现相应精度的过滤。但由于过滤网的主要功能在于阻挡过滤,故长时间过滤后,容易因污垢聚积于过滤网,而产生堵塞或过滤效果欠佳的问题。为了解决该技术问题,现有技术通常采用的方法是将过滤网设计为方便拆卸清洗,或者设计为过滤网可进行反向通水冲洗。两者都有其优点,但也存在缺点,主要在于,前者过滤网拆卸清洗操作相对费时费力,而后者自带有反冲洗,虽然滤网可以不拆卸,但是其过滤网的数目极其有限,一般都是单层过滤网,否则反冲洗时同样存在清洗不佳的问题。为此,有待对现有的水过滤器进行改进。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明设计一种带反冲洗水过滤装置,使其解决现有水过滤器滤网拆卸清洗不便,或自带反冲洗时过滤能力欠佳的技术问题。其采用如下技术方案实现。
一种带反冲洗水过滤装置,其包括筒体外壳、过滤网、反冲洗装置,筒体外壳内由进水至出水方向通过设置至少两层过滤网分隔形成进水腔、中间过滤腔、出水腔。所述反冲洗装置包括沿所述筒体外壳内进水腔至出水腔方向贯通各层所述过滤网的柱状的管筒,管筒内设有并排并相隔的两条通水管,两条通水管的同一端均为敞口,另一端均为封闭;该两条通水管的其中一条为进水管,另一条为排污管;所述进水管的敞口端作为进水口,进水管的管壁设有与所述筒体外壳内的进水腔、出水腔分别导通的通口A、通口B,进水管内设置滑动的阀芯和复位弹簧,阀芯一端连接控制杆,控制杆沿进水管封闭端伸出至外部并连接按钮,阀芯另一端相抵复位弹簧,复位弹簧限位于进水管内;当所述阀芯沿进水管滑动至底部限位端时,所述通口B导通进水管与所述出水腔,通口A关闭;当所述阀芯沿进水管滑动至顶部限位端时,所述通口A导通进水管与所述进水腔,通口B关闭;所述排污管的管壁设有与所述中间过滤腔、进水腔分别导通的通口C、通口D,排污管的敞口端连接排污阀;所述管筒的顶部和底部露出于所述筒体外壳的顶部和底部,且管筒与筒体外壳间形成密封。上述结构,初始状态下,阀芯在复位弹簧作用下,通口B关闭,通口A导通进水管和进水腔,水流由进水腔至出水腔依次经过各层过滤网,实现水过滤操作,且设置多层过滤网,过滤效果好。当控制按钮,带动阀芯使通口A关闭,通口B导通进水管和出水腔,同时打开排污阀,水流由出水腔至进水腔反向经过各层过滤网,实现反冲洗操作,反冲洗后的杂质经通口C、通口D进入排污管,实现排污操作,操作较为方便。
上述反冲洗过滤器中,所述阀芯的控制杆连接按钮替换为连接电磁阀,即由电磁阀控制阀芯沿所述进水管滑动。通过该结构,实现自动反冲洗操作。
上述反冲洗过滤器中,所述筒体外壳由上、下两部分螺纹密封连接构成。通过该结构,方便反冲洗装置和过滤网安装至筒体内。
上述反冲洗过滤器中,所述管筒的外壁设有固定所述过滤网的固定座,过滤网与固定座可卸式连接。通过该结构,方便管筒和过滤网一并安装和拆卸,同时也方便过滤网拆卸清洗。
上述反冲洗过滤器中,所述管筒顶部和底部与所述筒体外壳对应的顶部和底部之间通过螺纹密封连接。该连接结构较为简单,方便拆装。
本发明不仅具有多层过滤网,过滤效果好,且能够实现对各层过滤网的反冲洗操作,无需拆卸,省时省力,保持长久的过滤效果。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明作如下描述。
如图1、图2所示,该带反冲洗水过滤装置包括筒体外壳1、过滤网2、反冲洗装置,筒体外壳1由上、下两部分螺纹密封连接构成。筒体外壳1内由进水至出水方向通过设置四层过滤网2分隔形成一个进水腔102、三个中间过滤腔103、一个出水腔104,出水腔104设有排水口101。反冲洗装置包括沿筒体外壳1内进水腔102至出水腔104方向贯通各层过滤网2的柱状的管筒3,管筒3内设有并排并相隔的两条通水管,两条通水管的同一端均为敞口,另一端均为封闭。该两条通水管的其中一条为进水管301,另一条为排污管302。进水管301的敞口端作为进水口303,进水管301的管壁设有与筒体外壳1内的进水腔102、出水腔104分别导通的通口A304、通口B305,进水管301内设置滑动的阀芯4和复位弹簧6,阀芯4一端连接控制杆,控制杆沿进水管301封闭端伸出至外部并连接按钮5,阀芯4另一端相抵复位弹簧6,复位弹簧6通过进水管301敞口端连接限位盖限位于进水管301内,在复位弹簧6初始作用下,阀芯4保持上述通口A304导通进水管301与进水腔102,即此时的阀芯4位于进水管301内的上限位端。当阀芯4沿进水管301滑动至底部限位端时,通口B305导通进水管301与出水腔104,通口A304关闭。上述阀芯4的结构以能实现上述目的为准,例如本发明中的阀芯4设有内孔,依靠内孔实现通口B305与进水管301的导通。排污管302的管壁设有与三个中间过滤腔103导通的三个筒口C,以及与进水腔102导通的通口D307,排污管302的敞口端连接排污阀7。管筒3的顶部和底部露出于筒体外壳1的顶部和底部,且管筒3顶部和底部与筒体外壳1对应的顶部和底部之间通过螺纹连接并配合密封垫形成密封。
为了方便过滤网2的安装,管筒3的外壁设有固定过滤网2的固定座,过滤网2与固定座通过卡扣形成可卸式连接。
为了方便反冲洗的控制操作,上述阀芯4的控制杆连接按钮5亦可替换为连接电磁阀,即由电磁阀控制阀芯4沿进水管301滑动,从而实现反冲洗的自动控制。
本发明的工作方法为:初始状态下,阀芯4控制通口A304导通进水管301与进水腔102,通口B305关闭,水流沿进水腔102至出水腔104依次经过各层过滤网2,实现过滤操作。当需要反冲洗时,按压按钮5,使阀芯4沿进水管301向下运动到位,阀芯4控制通口B305导通进水管301与出水腔104,通口A304关闭,水流沿出水腔104至进水腔102依次经过各层过滤网2,实现对各层过滤网2的反冲洗,反冲洗所形成的的污垢沿各通口C306及通口D307流入排污管302内,打开排污阀7,实现排污操作。在排污状态下,亦可进行不间断的供水操作,只是该状态下的水未经过滤。
Claims (5)
1.一种带反冲洗水过滤装置,其包括筒体外壳(1)、过滤网(2)、反冲洗装置,筒体外壳(1)内由进水至出水方向通过设置至少两层过滤网(2)分隔形成进水腔(102)、中间过滤腔(103)、出水腔(104);其特征在于所述反冲洗装置包括沿所述筒体外壳(1)内进水腔(102)至出水腔(104)方向贯通各层所述过滤网(2)的柱状的管筒(3),管筒(3)内设有并排并相隔的两条通水管,两条通水管的同一端均为敞口,另一端均为封闭;该两条通水管的其中一条为进水管(301),另一条为排污管(302);所述进水管(301)的敞口端作为进水口(303),进水管(301)的管壁设有与所述筒体外壳(1)内的进水腔(102)、出水腔(104)分别导通的通口A(304)、通口B(305),进水管(301)内设置滑动的阀芯(4)和复位弹簧(6),阀芯(4)一端连接控制杆,控制杆沿进水管(301)封闭端伸出至外部并连接按钮(5),阀芯(4)另一端相抵复位弹簧(6),复位弹簧(6)限位于进水管(301)内;当所述阀芯(4)沿进水管(301)滑动至底部限位端时,所述通口B(305)导通进水管(301)与所述出水腔(104),通口A(304)关闭;当所述阀芯(4)沿进水管(301)滑动至顶部限位端时,所述通口A(304)导通进水管(301)与所述进水腔(102),通口B(305)关闭;所述排污管(302)的管壁设有与所述中间过滤腔(103)、进水腔(102)分别导通的通口C(306)、通口D(307),排污管(302)的敞口端连接排污阀(7);所述管筒(3)的顶部和底部露出于所述筒体外壳(1)的顶部和底部,且管筒(3)与筒体外壳(1)间形成密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带反冲洗水过滤装置,其特征在于所述阀芯(4)的控制杆连接按钮(5)替换为连接电磁阀,即由电磁阀控制阀芯(4)沿所述进水管(301)滑动。
3.上根据权利要求1所述的带反冲洗水过滤装置,其特征在于所述筒体外壳(1)由上、下两部分螺纹密封连接构成。
4.上根据权利要求1所述的带反冲洗水过滤装置,其特征在于所述管筒(3)的外壁设有固定所述过滤网(2)的固定座,过滤网(2)与固定座可卸式连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带反冲洗水过滤装置,其特征在于所述管筒(3)顶部和底部与所述筒体外壳(1)对应的顶部和底部之间通过螺纹密封连接。
