A concentration sensor 2 is arranged in the lower layer of the transverse part of the liquid storage bottle, and the concentration sensor detects the concentration of filtered intestinal juice. The variable frequency controller (not shown in fig. 1 and 2) controls the vibration device 3 to apply a micro-amplitude vibration frequency, such as ultrasonic vibration, to the separation membrane 1 through a concentration signal transmitted by the concentration sensor, so that secondary flow is generated by fluid in the separation process, a flowing laminar bottom layer is damaged, and concentration polarization is relieved. The frequency conversion controller controls the vibration frequency and the amplitude according to the concentration of the separated intestinal juice measured by the concentration sensor 2 so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the concentration of the intestinal juice, ensure that the intestinal juice returned to the human body reaches a proper concentration and improve the intestinal environment of the patient.
When the concentration of intestinal juice transmitted by the concentration sensor 2 is higher than a certain value, the frequency conversion controller can increase the vibration frequency of the vibration device 3 to reduce the concentration at the separation membrane 1, and when the concentration transmitted by the concentration sensor 2 is lower than a certain value, the frequency conversion controller can reduce the vibration frequency of the vibration device 3. The separation membrane in the present invention is preferably a microfiltration membrane (filtration pore size of 0.1 to 1 μm).
The vibration characteristic damages the separation membrane mainly from the resonance of the vibration frequency and the liquid storage bottle, and the vibration frequency of the vibration device is controllable, so that the vibration frequency can be adjusted to be out of the natural frequency of the cavity structure of the liquid storage bottle, and the resonance of the system is avoided.
When the electronic four-way valve is used, the liquid guide tube 21 collects intestinal juice in a patient, the opening A and the opening B of the electronic four-way valve are opened, the needle tube 40 extracts the intestinal juice collected in the liquid guide tube 21, and after the extraction is finished, the opening A of the electronic four-way valve is closed, and the opening B is still opened; the opening of the electronic four-way valve C is opened, the needle tube 40 is communicated with the inlet 11 at the top of the liquid storage bottle 10, and intestinal juice in the needle tube is pushed into the liquid storage bottle; after the intestinal juice is subjected to multistage purification in the liquid storage bottle, the bottom of the transverse part of the liquid storage bottle is stored with the intestinal juice with proper concentration, and the intestinal juice meets the requirement of reinfusion; the electronic four-way valve closes the port C, opens the port D, and the port B is still in an open state, the needle tube is communicated with the outlet 12 at the bottom of the liquid storage bottle, and the needle tube extracts intestinal juice stored at the bottom of the liquid storage bottle into the needle tube cavity; the electronic four-way valve closes the port D, opens the port A, and still opens the port B, the needle tube is communicated with the liquid guide tube 21, and the filtered and regulated intestinal juice is returned to the patient.
