Positioning a medical irrigation and tissue collection device in fluid communication with the body cavity;
Injecting an irrigation fluid into the body cavity from the medical irrigation and tissue collection device;
Draining the irrigation fluid from the body cavity into the medical irrigation and tissue collection device such that the drained irrigation fluid comprises tissue and particulate matter from the body cavity;
The drained irrigation fluid is filtered to isolate tissue and particulates in the irrigation fluid and the tissue and particulates are collected in a collection container provided in the medical irrigation and tissue collection system. A method comprising the steps of:
