Abstract

一种正脊下滑折叠式大棚通风装置,与上折叠架连接的限位轮安装在大棚外框架的限位轮滑道中,上折叠架与下折叠架通过合页连接,可折叠,并通过支撑底板、保温被、保槽钢架连接固定,下折叠架通过合页与槽钢架连接,电机、定位轴套固定在槽钢架上,电机的方轴连接牵引杆并与上折叠架的上边框连接。优点在于,启动电机,即可采用折叠方式,并配合保温被使用,定时对大棚内通风、通气,本装置开关自如、非常方便,从而解决了养殖户最头疼的大棚通风、通气问题,避免传染病的发生,将养殖风险降到最低。

本发明为一种正脊下滑折叠式大棚通风装置。
背景技术
目前,植物、动物、蔬菜养殖大棚,在冬季,大棚需要定时通风,现有的大棚通风装置,无论是蔬菜大棚需拉保温被边缘的绳索,而将保温被整体卷到最高点才能通风,从而影响大棚内的正常保温,且费时,费力。而在夏季,养殖大棚,也需要将保温被放下,遮阴避光,棚上部无法打开,大棚内热量与养殖物粪便等产出的氨气无法排出,易中署,易诱发各种传染病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,解决上述现有所存在的问题,提供一种可灵活开启的正脊下滑折叠式大棚通风装置。
本发明是这样实现的:在大棚外框架的窗口上设有限位轮滑道,限位轮滑道中安装限位轮,限位轮连接在上折叠架上,上折叠架与下折叠架通过合页连接,可折叠,上大棚外框架连接支撑底板,支撑底板上安装保温被端部,保温被覆盖上折叠架与下折叠架,并安装上折叠架外板、下折叠架外板,槽钢架两端连接在大棚外框架上,下折叠架通过合页与槽钢架连接,电机、定位轴套固定在槽钢架上,电机的端部方轴连接牵引杆,定位轮滑杆的两端连接在支撑底板上,定位轮安装在定位轮滑杆上,定位轮与上折叠架的边框连接,牵引杆的另一端与上折叠架的上边框连接,支撑底板上连接有连接有接雨槽,当处于打开状态时,可保持内部气流始终处于上升,又能接雨。当电机正反转转动时,通过牵引杆带动上折叠架与下折叠架折叠或开启,大棚的窗口封闭、通风。
本发明的优点在于,在大棚上安装使用本装置,启动电机,即可采用折叠方式,并配合保温被使用,定时对大棚内通风、通气。本装置开关自如、非常方便,从而解决了养殖户最头疼的大棚通风、通气问题,避免传染病的发生,将养殖风险降到最低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明:在大棚外框架11的窗口上设有限位轮滑道10,限位轮滑道10中安装限位轮6,限位轮6连接在上折叠架2上,上折叠架2与下折叠架3通过合页连接,可折叠,上大棚外框架11连接支撑底板1,支撑底板1上安装保温被15端部,保温被15覆盖上折叠架2与下折叠架3,并安装上折叠架外板2-1、下折叠架外板3-1,槽钢架14两端连接在大棚外框架11上,下折叠架3通过合页12与槽钢架14连接,电机9、定位轴套5固定在槽钢架14上,电机9的端部方轴4连接牵引杆16,定位轮滑杆8的两端连接在支撑底板1上,定位轮7安装在定位轮滑杆8上,定位轮7与上折叠架2的边框连接,牵引杆16的另一端与上折叠架2的上边框连接,支撑底板1上连接有连接有接雨槽13,当处于打开状态时,可保持内部气流始终处于上升,又能接雨。当电机9正反转转动时,通过牵引杆16带动上折叠架2与下折叠架3折叠或开启,大棚的窗口封闭、通风。

1.一种正脊下滑折叠式大棚通风装置,其特征在于,在大棚外框架的窗口上设有限位轮滑道,限位轮滑道中安装限位轮,限位轮连接在上折叠架上,上折叠架与下折叠架通过合页连接,可折叠,上大棚外框架连接支撑底板,支撑底板上安装保温被端部,保温被覆盖上折叠架与下折叠架,并安装上折叠架外板、下折叠架外板,槽钢架两端连接在大棚外框架上,下折叠架通过合页与槽钢架连接,电机、定位轴套固定在槽钢架上,电机的端部方轴连接牵引杆,定位轮滑杆的两端连接在支撑底板上,定位轮安装在定位轮滑杆上,定位轮与上折叠架的边框连接,牵引杆的另一端与上折叠架的上边框连接,支撑底板上连接有连接有接雨槽,当处于打开状态时,可保持内部气流始终处于上升,又能接雨;当电机正反转转动时,通过牵引杆带动上折叠架与下折叠架折叠或开启,大棚的窗口封闭、通风。
