Abstract

本发明提供一种具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,包括由内向外依次叠加的基膜层、剥离层、防伪复合层以及胶粘层,所述防伪复合层包括由内向外依次叠加的保护层、塑性层、功能层、色层和衬底铝层,所述色层中间隔布置有黄色荧光颜料区,所述塑性层的相同一侧上设置有至少两个颜色不同的气相沉积金属层。本发明特殊的保护层与黄色荧光颜料区配合使用,同时采用不同颜色的气相沉积金属层进行视觉区分,与黄色荧光颜料区的识别功能一同提高了产品的防伪性能;具有荧光防伪性能的签名箔在图像质量、隐藏讯息、信息不可更改性、附着力等方面均达到或优于国标要求,剥离度达到18cN,附着力≥96%,色差ΔE<1.5。

技术领域
本发明涉及转印技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔。
背景技术
签名箔烫印区域是各种卡片上记录和承载的需要发卡部门在使用中甄别卡用户个人签名鉴信的功能模块,它的防伪功能很大程度上取决于印刷涂层中的防伪油墨印刷层,高品质的防伪印刷层不仅能更好的起到防伪的作用,而且对提升卡的品位十分重要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,通过多种防伪功能与黄色荧光防伪油墨配合,提高产品的性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,包括由内向外依次叠加的基膜层、剥离层、防伪复合层以及胶粘层,所述防伪复合层包括由内向外依次叠加的保护层、塑性层、功能层、色层和衬底铝层,所述色层中间隔布置有黄色荧光颜料区,所述塑性层的相同一侧上设置有至少两个颜色不同的气相沉积金属层。所述塑性层的另一侧设置有第三种颜色的气相沉积金属层。所述气相沉积金属层的表面为凹凸不平的衍射结构。
所述保护层包括相邻布置的背景层和金属反射层,该背景层对应色层中没有黄色荧光颜料区的区域,金属反射层对应色层中有黄色荧光颜料区的区域。
所述功能层采用金属压花漆层。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明特殊的保护层与黄色荧光颜料区配合使用,同时采用不同颜色的气相沉积金属层进行视觉区分,与黄色荧光颜料区的识别功能一同提高了产品的防伪性能;具有荧光防伪性能的签名箔在图像质量、隐藏讯息、信息不可更改性、附着力等方面均达到或优于国标要求,剥离度达到18cN,附着力≥96%,色差ΔE<1.5。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种优选实施方式作详细的说明。
本发明提供一种具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,参照图1,该烫印箔包括由内向外依次叠加的基膜层1、剥离层2、防伪复合层3以及胶粘层4,所述防伪复合层3包括由内向外依次叠加的保护层31、塑性层32、功能层33、色层34和衬底铝层35,其中功能层采用金属压花漆层。
所述色层34中间隔布置有黄色荧光颜料区341,荧光颜料是防伪油墨的关键,在选择油墨树脂时,注意排除了易发黄变等不良作用的树脂基料,保证了终端箔产品的耐候性,耐化学性等一系列物理性能。
为了配合黄色荧光颜料使用,提高其防伪性能,所述保护层31采用相邻布置的背景层311和金属反射层312,其中背景层对应色层中没有黄色荧光颜料区的区域,金属反射层对应色层中有黄色荧光颜料区的区域,提高视觉效果。
所述塑性层32的相同一侧上设置有两个颜色不同的气相沉积金属层321、322,两个气相沉积金属层可以间隔,也可以相连,述塑性层的另一侧设置有第三种颜色的气相沉积金属层323,第三个气相沉积金属层323与同侧的两个气相沉积金属层错开布置。三个气相沉积金属层的颜色可区分,金属层中具有字母数字、图形等识别物,在气相沉积金属层的表面形成凹凸不平的衍射结构。
传统的防伪印刷油墨主要采用聚氯乙烯树脂,长时间使用容易黄变,并且不能和新型荧光黄色防伪颜料兼容。选择新型改性丙烯酸树酯作为主体树脂,并复配其他树脂,可以很好的与新型荧光黄色防伪颜料兼容并改善一系列物理性能如耐黄变特效,耐化学性等。

1.一种具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,包括由内向外依次叠加的基膜层、剥离层、防伪复合层以及胶粘层,其特征在于,所述防伪复合层包括由内向外依次叠加的保护层、塑性层、功能层、色层和衬底铝层,所述色层中间隔布置有黄色荧光颜料区,所述塑性层的相同一侧上设置有至少两个颜色不同的气相沉积金属层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,其特征在于,所述保护层包括相邻布置的背景层和金属反射层,该背景层对应色层中没有黄色荧光颜料区的区域,金属反射层对应色层中有黄色荧光颜料区的区域。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,其特征在于,所述塑性层的另一侧设置有第三种颜色的气相沉积金属层。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,其特征在于,所述气相沉积金属层的表面为凹凸不平的衍射结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有荧光防伪功能的签名箔,其特征在于,所述功能层采用金属压花漆层。
