A flexible water washing label and a manufacturing process thereof belong to the technical field of electronic labels. According to the invention, a layer of opaque film material is coated on the PET, then the antenna is arranged on the film material, and the electronic tag is still on the PET substrate during binding, so that the original production process flow and specification are maintained. After the label and the cloth are attached, the PET is peeled off, and the film material, the electronic label and the flexible material are left. The number of layers is reduced by one layer, the thickness is reduced, no PET material is used, and the softness of a finished product can be kept consistent with that of a flexible material to the greatest extent. The electronic tag has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure and easiness in production and manufacturing, and the thickness and the number of layers of materials are reduced by changing the tag production and compounding process, so that the problem that the whole material of the attached electronic tag becomes rigid is solved.

Background
As shown in fig. 1, the existing RFID tag is usually used in combination with other materials. When the product needs to have high stiffness, the product can be finished only by selecting other materials with good stiffness and the composite rubber material with good stiffness. When the product needs to be soft, other materials and composite adhesive materials can be as soft as possible, but the base material of the electronic tag is usually made of a PET material, and the material is required to have the characteristics of temperature resistance, compactness and stretch resistance due to the characteristics of the material, so that the material is difficult to be soft enough. And usually, the RFID electronic tags are compounded from top to bottom to form a sandwich structure, so that the thickness is larger and larger (more than 0.3 mm), the stiffness is higher and higher, and the requirements cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a flexible water-washing label and a manufacturing process thereof. The invention is applied to the condition that the product has special requirements on softness, and the thickness and the number of layers of the material are reduced by changing the label production and compounding process, so that the problem that the whole material becomes rigid after being attached is solved.

After the label and the cloth are attached, the PET is peeled off, leaving the film material, the electronic label and the flexible material (cloth, water-washed cloth). The number of layers is reduced by one layer, the thickness is reduced, no PET material is used, and the softness of a finished product can be kept consistent with that of a flexible material to the greatest extent.
The innovation points of the invention are as follows:
1) reducing the number of layers and the thickness of the product, replacing PET with a layer of film material, and then removing the composite material and the rubber material on the upper layer;
2) the special requirement of softness can be realized by utilizing the characteristic of the film material to be attached to a soft substrate;
3) the film is made of a non-transparent material, so that the appearance of the built-in antenna cannot be directly seen.
The electronic tag has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure and easiness in production and manufacturing, and the thickness and the number of layers of materials are reduced by changing the tag production and compounding process, so that the problem that the whole material of the attached electronic tag becomes rigid is solved.

The film pulp contains plant fiber, the prepared film is not easy to break, and the film also has a waterproof function.

The invention does not adopt pressure-sensitive adhesive, uses thermal transfer adhesive instead, the adhesive material is water-based material, is solid at normal temperature and has no viscosity, the solid is changed into gas after heating, and simultaneously the film is adhered to the cloth and is restored to the state without viscosity after cooling, the use is convenient, and the adhesive can also prevent adhesive overflow.
