Abstract

本发明是一种有机多元素过磷酸钙,其原料由磷矿、赖氨酸废液(也称液肥)和硫酸组合而成。产品的制法是先将赖氨酸废液加入磷矿中制成矿浆,再用硫酸分解、化成、经熟化后即为成品。它的特点是利用赖氨酸生产过程中产生的废液来生产磷肥,不仅在磷肥中引入了氮、磷、钾、硫和腐植酸,成为多元素肥料,增加肥料品质和肥效;而且为赖氨酸生产过程中产生的废液处理开辟了一条新途径,是环境保护的一项有效措施。

Description

一种过磷酸钙肥料
本发明涉及一种有机磷肥,特别是一种有机多元素过磷酸钙肥料。
据申请人所知:目前国内大量生产的普通过磷酸钙,原料为磷矿和硫酸组合而成,其常规方法是先将磷矿磨细成矿浆,再经硫酸分解化成,经熟化后即为成品。该产品有效成份为磷酸二氢钙、磷酸氢钙,含P2O512-18%。由于产品有效养份单一、浓度低,在国外经济发达的国家该产品已被淘汰。虽然国内已有新的磷肥品种开发成功,如用稀土矿生产的稀土磷肥、用家禽粪便生产的有机磷肥等,但尚在推广运用阶段。
本发明的目的意在克服上述普通过磷酸钙有效养份单一、浓度低的不足,发明人经潜心研究,成功地研制了一种有机过磷酸钙肥料。
本发明的目的是以这样的方式来达到:原料由磷矿、赖氨酸废液(也称液肥)和硫酸组合而成。其废液是赖氨酸生产过程中产生的废液(含有机质、氨基酸、氮、磷、钾、硫等有用物质)。产品的制法是:先将赖氨酸废液加入磷矿中制成矿浆,再用硫酸分解、化成,最后经熟化后即为有机多元素过磷酸钙肥料。
本过磷酸钙肥料的原料配比按重量百分比计:磷矿石为35-65%、赖氨酸废液为12-40%、浓硫酸为20-26%。
本过磷酸钙肥料的原料配比按重量百分比计:磷矿粉为35-58%、赖氨酸废液为20-40%、浓硫酸为20-25%。
本过磷酸钙肥料中含P2O5≥12%、N1-4%、K2O0.05-0.2%、腐植酸4-16%。
本发明与普通过磷酸钙相比:其特点是用赖氨酸废液生产磷肥,不仅在磷肥中引入了氮、磷、钾、硫和腐植酸,成为多元素肥料;而且,为赖氨酸生产过程中产生的废液处理开辟了一条新渠道,是环境保护的一项有效措施。
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:

实施例一:原料配磷矿石100kg、赖氨酸废液20-100kg、浓硫酸40-60kg。
本发明产品的生产工序(参见图1):按上述重量配料,在磷矿石中加入赖氨酸废液和水经球磨将磷矿石磨细→再补加赖氨酸废液置浆池内制成矿浆(矿浆含水量为30-35%)→加入浓硫酸经搅拌混合→化成→熟化后即为成品。其工序中的球磨、制浆、混合、化成、熟化均为现有生产普通过磷酸钙的常规方法。本成品经测试:含P2O5≥12%、N1-4%、K2O0.05-0.2%、腐植酸4-16%(测试报告待补)。
实施例二:原料配磷矿石100kg、赖氨酸废液50kg、浓硫酸50kg。本发明产品的生产工序(参见图1)同实施例一。
实施例三:原料配磷矿石100kg、赖氨酸废液100kg、浓硫酸40kg。本发明产品的生产工序(参见图1)同实施例一。
实施例四:原料配磷矿石100kg、赖氨酸废液25kg、浓硫酸60kg。本发明产品的生产工序(参见图1)同实施例一。
实施例五:原料配磷矿粉100kg、赖氨酸废液40-100kg、浓硫酸40-60kg。
本发明产品的生产工序(参见图2):按上述重量配料,在磷矿粉中加入赖氨酸废液和水置浆池内制成矿浆(矿浆含水量为30-35%)→加入浓硫酸经搅拌混合→化成→熟化后即为成品。其工序中的制浆、混合、化成、熟化均为现有生产普通过磷酸钙的常规方法。本成品经测试:含P2O5≥12%、N1-4%、K2O0.05-0.2%、腐植酸4-16%(测试报告待补)。
实施例六:原料配磷矿粉100kg、赖氨酸废液50kg、浓硫酸50kg。本发明产品的生产工序(参见图2)同实施例五。
实施例七:原料配磷矿粉100kg、赖氨酸废液100kg、浓硫酸40kg。本发明产品的生产工序(参见图2)同实施例五。
实施例八:原料配磷矿粉100kg、赖氨酸废液40kg、浓硫酸60kg。本发明产品的生产工序(参见图2)同实施例五。

Claims (2)

1.一种过磷酸钙肥料,原料由磷矿石或磷矿粉、赖氨酸废液和浓硫酸组成,其特征在于:当采用磷矿石时原料配比按重量百分比计:
磷矿石为    35-65%、
赖氨酸废液为12-40%、
浓硫酸为    20-26%;
当采用磷矿粉时原料配比按重量百分比计:
磷矿粉为    35-58%、
赖氨酸废液为20-40%、
浓硫酸为    20-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过磷酸钙肥料,其特征在于:该肥料中含P2O5≥12%、N1-4%、K2O0.05-0.2%、腐植酸4-16%。
