Abstract
本发明公开了一种双层中空节能玻璃,包括两片平行设置的平板玻璃以及设置于所述两片平板玻璃之间的密封间隔体,所述密封间隔体与所述平板玻璃之间形成密封空腔,所述密封空腔内充有惰性气体,所述平板玻璃外侧还包裹设置保护层。本发明结构简单,保温性能与透光性能高度统一,填充惰性气体,大大提高了玻璃整体节能效果;保护层的设置,提升玻璃强度的同时,避免了气体泄露造成的隔热保温性能下降问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能玻璃,具体涉及一种双层中空节能玻璃。
背景技术
在我国北方地区,冬季雨雪天气较多,气温较低,需要消耗大量能源以满足采暖需求。玻璃作为一种建筑材料,具有一定的御寒保温节能功能。现有的节能玻璃多为两层中空结构,中间抽成真空或填充惰性气体,对密封技术要求高。然而,实际应用中,密封效果达不到要求,容易造成漏气,导致节能玻璃隔热保温性能的下降,实际寿命的缩短。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单、效果突出的双层中空节能玻璃。
技术方案:一种双层中空节能玻璃,包括两片平行设置的平板玻璃以及设置于所述两片平板玻璃之间的密封间隔体,所述密封间隔体与所述平板玻璃之间形成密封空腔,其特征在于,所述密封空腔内充有惰性气体,所述平板玻璃外侧还包裹设置保护层。
所述平板玻璃为钢化玻璃、着色玻璃、镀膜玻璃中的一种,所述平板玻璃的厚度为3-15mm。所述密封间隔体和所述平板玻璃之间采用单道胶密封,所述单道胶为丁基胶。所述密封空腔内所充气体为氮气或二氧化碳,所述密封空腔的厚度为5-20mm。所述保护层为透明离型纸,厚度为0.5-1mm。
有益效果:本发明结构简单,保温性能与透光性能高度统一,填充惰性气体,大大提高了玻璃整体节能效果;保护层的设置,提升玻璃强度的同时,避免了气体泄露造成的隔热保温性能下降问题。

实施例1
一种双层中空节能玻璃,包括两片平行设置的平板玻璃1以及设置于所述两片平板玻璃1之间的密封间隔体2,所述密封间隔体2与所述平板玻璃1之间形成密封空腔3,其特征在于,所述密封空腔3内充有惰性气体,所述平板玻璃1外侧还包裹设置保护层5。
所述平板玻璃1为钢化玻璃,所述平板玻璃1的厚度为3mm。所述密封间隔体2和所述平板玻璃1之间采用单道胶4密封,所述单道胶4为丁基胶。所述密封空腔3内所充气体为氮气,所述密封空腔3的厚度为5mm。所述保护层5为透明离型纸,厚度为0.5mm。
实施例2
一种双层中空节能玻璃,包括两片平行设置的平板玻璃1以及设置于所述两片平板玻璃1之间的密封间隔体2,所述密封间隔体2与所述平板玻璃1之间形成密封空腔3,其特征在于,所述密封空腔3内充有惰性气体,所述平板玻璃1外侧还包裹设置保护层5。
所述平板玻璃1为着色玻璃,所述平板玻璃1的厚度为6mm。所述密封间隔体2和所述平板玻璃1之间采用单道胶4密封,所述单道胶4为丁基胶。所述密封空腔3内所充气体为氮气,所述密封空腔3的厚度为8mm。所述保护层5为透明离型纸,厚度为0.6mm。
实施例3
一种双层中空节能玻璃,包括两片平行设置的平板玻璃1以及设置于所述两片平板玻璃1之间的密封间隔体2,所述密封间隔体2与所述平板玻璃1之间形成密封空腔3,其特征在于,所述密封空腔3内充有惰性气体,所述平板玻璃1外侧还包裹设置保护层5。
所述平板玻璃1为镀膜玻璃,所述平板玻璃1的厚度为12mm。所述密封间隔体2和所述平板玻璃1之间采用单道胶4密封,所述单道胶4为丁基胶。所述密封空腔3内所充气体为二氧化碳,所述密封空腔3的厚度为15mm。所述保护层5为透明离型纸,厚度为0.8mm。
实施例4
一种双层中空节能玻璃,包括两片平行设置的平板玻璃1以及设置于所述两片平板玻璃1之间的密封间隔体2,所述密封间隔体2与所述平板玻璃1之间形成密封空腔3,其特征在于,所述密封空腔3内充有惰性气体,所述平板玻璃1外侧还包裹设置保护层5。
所述平板玻璃1为钢化玻璃,所述平板玻璃1的厚度为15mm。所述密封间隔体2和所述平板玻璃1之间采用单道胶4密封,所述单道胶4为丁基胶。所述密封空腔3内所充气体为二氧化碳,所述密封空腔3的厚度为20mm。所述保护层5为透明离型纸,厚度为1mm。

1.一种双层中空节能玻璃,包括两片平行设置的平板玻璃(1)以及设置于所述两片平板玻璃(1)之间的密封间隔体(2),所述密封间隔体(2)与所述平板玻璃(1)之间形成密封空腔(3),其特征在于,所述密封空腔(3)内充有惰性气体,所述平板玻璃(1)外侧还包裹设置保护层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层中空节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述平板玻璃(1)为钢化玻璃、着色玻璃、镀膜玻璃中的一种,所述平板玻璃(1)的厚度为3-15mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层中空节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述密封间隔体(2)和所述平板玻璃(1)之间采用单道胶(4)密封,所述单道胶(4)为丁基胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层中空节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述密封空腔(3)内所充惰性气体为氮气或二氧化碳,所述密封空腔(3)的厚度为5-20mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层中空节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述保护层(5)为透明离型纸,厚度为0.5-1mm。
