Abstract
本发明涉及一种从气密封闭的贮仓排出散料的设备。在贮仓的排出口(10)气密地连接一个带进口阀和出口阀(12、13)的容器(11),通过进口阀和出口阀可以在排空过程前将容器抽成真空。此外,在容器(11)内设膜(20),以便在排空过程的起始阶段散料相对于周围气密封闭。
Description
本发明涉及一种从气密封闭的贮仓排出可流动散料的方法。
在农场采用贮仓,用于在其中储存青贮饲料,并按需在贮仓下端处排出。在这里结合可流动的饲料最好利用虹吸原理,所以在排出期间氧气不可能侵入贮仓。也就是说,若有氧气侵入会导致影响饲料质量,尤其在贮仓本身不再满载的情况下。在这种排出过程中还应保证CO2不会从贮仓流出。
迄今在从这种贮仓排出干饲料时必须多少伴随着有巨大的损失。在排出过程中首先CO2可能从贮仓内部逸出或与干饲料一起排出。然后在排出过程结束时氧气可能侵入贮仓内,它们一般会使贮藏在贮仓内的饲料腐烂,这尤其发生在春季的几个月份,也就是说这时青贮饲料仓还只存放有较少的量。
美国专利US4286910公开了一种在不同压力区域之间传输物料的阀。在该阀中,有用于调节阀壳体内的压力的通风口。在该一致装置中,CO2能从贮仓逸出,而氧气能进入贮仓内,结果使其内储存的散料损坏。
本发明的目的是,提供一种具有补救措施的从贮仓排出可流动散料的方法。
为实现上述目的,按本发明提供了这样一种从贮仓排出可流动的散料亦即青贮饲料的方法,贮仓有一个气密地连接在排出口并带有进口阀和出口阀的容器;有一个附加的在容器上的接头;以及有一个在基本上设计为圆柱形的容器内的膜,其中:圆柱形的膜在进口阀打开时贴靠在容器壁上并容纳散料,而在进口阀关闭和出口阀打开时,在膜内部的物料向下方排空。
在一种优选的实施形式中,在进口阀打开时,容器的内腔或围绕着膜的空腔经由接头抽成真空;以及在进口阀关闭和出口阀打开时,容器的内腔或围绕着膜的空腔经由接头加压。以此方式保证不会有任何氧气进到贮仓内。
在本发明的最佳实施形式中此容器固定在一秤上,所以在排出过程可以准确计量排出的饲料。
下面借助于附图举例说明本发明。
图1按本发明排出设备的实施形式处于第一个工作状态;
图2按本发明排出设备处于第二个工作状态。
在图1和2中在贮仓9的下部区内表示了一螺旋卸料器10,它可由电动机驱动并从贮仓9内腔向外输送散料。散料到达一个圆柱形容器11中,容器向上可通过阀12和向下可通过阀13气密地封闭。在容器11下方有一受料设备15,以及输送装置保证能将排出的饲料输送到真正的牲畜饲喂点。
设备的作用方式如下。在排空过程的一开始,关闭下部阀13,打开上部阀12(图1)。以此方式,饲料从贮仓9进入容器11。然后关闭上部阀12,打开下部阀13(图2)。在排空过程重新开始前,下部阀13也关闭并通过口14将容器11内腔抽成真空。然后重新起动一个排空过程,此时上部阀12打开。
在容器11内腔有一圆柱形膜20,它分别在上部和下部密封地固定在容器上。
膜的作用方式如下。
排空过程一开始,物料通过螺旋卸料器10经打开的阀12引入膜20的内腔,与此同时膜最终贴靠在容器11的壁上。然后关闭上部阀12,打开下部阀13,所以处于膜20内部的物料向下排空。此排空过程可通过压力空气给以支持,压力空气经口14引入。图2表示膜处于排空状态,本身干瘪聚合并因而实际上将体积封闭成零,反之,在装载状态20(图1)它紧靠在容器11内壁上。
用30表示秤,容器悬挂在此秤上,所以可以称出排出的饲料量。
Claims (3)
1.从贮仓(9)排出可流动的散料亦即青贮饲料的方法,贮仓(9)有一个气密地连接在排出口(10)并带有进口阀和出口阀(12、13)的容器(11);有一个附加的在容器上的接头(14);以及有一个在基本上设计为圆柱形的容器(11)内的膜,其特征为:圆柱形的膜在进口阀(12)打开时贴靠在容器壁上并容纳散料,而在进口阀关闭和出口阀(13)打开时,在膜内部的物料向下方排空。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征为:在进口阀(12)打开时,容器(11)的内腔或围绕着膜的空腔经由接头(14)抽成真空;以及在进口阀(12)关闭和出口阀(13)打开时,容器(11)的内腔或围绕着膜的空腔经由接头(14)加压。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征为:容器(11)借助于秤称重。
