Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,由以下成分制成:去离子水、竹炭粉、消泡剂、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、钛白粉、聚乙二醇、羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子、碳酸钙、硅粉、丙烯酸乳液;本发明提供的耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,采用具有内硬外软型核壳结构的丙烯酸酯乳液协同羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子的作用,尤其是羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子发挥出显著的作用,能够显著提高外墙乳胶漆的耐沾污性。

本发明属于乳胶漆技术领域,具体涉及一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆。
背景技术
耐沾污性一直是考察建筑乳胶漆性能的重要指标之一,针对目前建筑乳胶漆特别是外墙乳胶漆耐沾污性不太理想的情况,具有耐沾污性能的乳胶漆受到了越来越多的关注。但长期以来,耐沾污性外墙的概念经常是消极地与粉化外墙联系在一起。但粉化自洁系统的缺点非常明显,首先它会降低漆膜厚度,使漆膜失去光彩,而且粉化不均匀还会造成漆膜发花的现象,对深色乳胶漆尤其明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,按重量份计由以下成分制成:去离子水 120-200、竹炭粉2-6、消泡剂1-3、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺1-1.5、钛白粉90-120、聚乙二醇2-4、羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子10-15、碳酸钙30-40、硅粉30-50、丙烯酸乳液180-220。
进一步的,所述竹炭粉经过预处理:将竹炭粉采用质量分数为1.5%的氢氧化钠溶液在60-80℃下浸泡40min,然后进行研磨2小时,再过滤,采用去离子水清洗,烘干至恒重,过800目筛,即可。
进一步的,所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂或有机硅类消泡剂中任一种。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯,所述分散剂为氨基磺酸盐分散剂和聚丙烯酸盐分散剂。
进一步的,所述羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子制备方法为:
(1)将硅藻土过1200目筛,选择粒径为60-80nm的纳米二氧化硅;
(2)将硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅按40:1-3的质量比例均匀混合到一起,然后添加硅藻土质量20倍的去离子水,在500r/min转速下搅拌均匀后,静置2min,得到悬浮混合液;
(3)向悬浮混合液中添加其质量1.2-1.5%羧基聚丁二烯,加热至60℃,以1500r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后保温自然静置10min,然后采用功率为200W的超声波处理2min,再调节温度至40℃,以3000r/min转速搅拌40min,然后保温静置10min,再自然冷却至室温,过滤,采用去离子水清洗2min,然后进行真空烘干至恒重,即可。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明提供的耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,采用具有内硬外软型核壳结构的丙烯酸酯乳液协同羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子的作用,尤其是羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子发挥出显著的作用,能够显著提高外墙乳胶漆的耐沾污性,且贮存稳定,使得外墙乳胶漆在经过风吹日晒雨淋还能保持原来的装饰效果,有效延长外墙乳胶漆的使用寿命,本发明所制乳胶漆具有拒水保洁强、性价比好的优点,漆层表面被羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子均匀层叠,使得漆层表面具有仿荷叶表面结构的微观构造,使得漆层表面保持着超疏水性和良好的保洁效果。

实施例1
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,按重量份计由以下成分制成:去离子水 120、竹炭粉2、消泡剂1、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺1、钛白粉90、聚乙二醇2、羧基包覆硅藻土与纳米二氧化硅混合粒子10、碳酸钙30、硅粉30、丙烯酸乳液180。
所述竹炭粉经过预处理:将竹炭粉采用质量分数为1.5%的氢氧化钠溶液在60-80℃下浸泡40min,然后进行研磨2小时,再过滤,采用去离子水清洗,烘干至恒重,过800目筛,即可。
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。

(1)将硅藻土过1200目筛,选择粒径为60-80nm的纳米二氧化硅;
