本发明所述的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:100‑130份;水性树脂:25‑50份;滑石粉:48‑60份;膨润土:12‑18份;消光粉:5‑10份;分散剂:1‑3份;乙二醇胺:2‑6份;助溶剂:5‑15份。本发明提供的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,安全环保,黑度高,可自干或低温烘干,适用于基材的表面消光,对多种基材的附着力强,涂膜光泽柔和。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性自干黑色哑光漆。
背景技术
传统的涂料在制备和施工的时候使用大量的有机溶剂,释放大量的挥发性有机化合物,对人体健康和环境造成危害。
水性哑光漆以水为分散介质,不含有机溶剂,正逐步取代传统的溶剂型溶剂。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种水性自干黑色哑光漆。所述水性自干黑色哑光漆,安全环保,黑度高,可自干或低温烘干,适用于基材的表面消光,对多种基材的附着力强,涂膜光泽柔和。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:100-130份;水性树脂:25-50份;滑石粉:48-60份;膨润土:12-18份;消光粉:5-10份;分散剂:1-3份;乙二醇胺:2-6份;助溶剂:5-15份。
进一步地,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:110-120份;水性树脂:25-35份;滑石粉:48-55份;膨润土:12-15份;消光粉:5-8份;分散剂:1-2份;乙二醇胺:2-4份;助溶剂:8-15份。
进一步地,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:114份;水性树脂:32份;滑石粉:49份;膨润土:14份;消光粉:6份;分散剂:1.5份;乙二醇胺:3份;助溶剂:12份。
进一步地,所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂或水性聚醇树脂或水性环氧树脂。
进一步地,所述分散剂为HPMA。
进一步地,所述助溶剂为DPE助溶剂与BCS助溶剂的混合物。
进一步地,所述水性自干黑色哑光漆在使用时加入水稀释,稀释比例为1:0.4~0.6。

一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:120份;水性树脂:33份;滑石粉:51份;膨润土:12份;消光粉:5份;分散剂:1.5份;乙二醇胺:2份;助溶剂:5份。
实施例2
一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:100份;水性树脂:25份;滑石粉:48份;膨润土:15份;消光粉:7份;分散剂:1份;乙二醇胺:4份;助溶剂:12份。
实施例3
一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:114份;水性树脂:32份;滑石粉:49份;膨润土:14份;消光粉:6份;分散剂:1.5份;乙二醇胺:3份;助溶剂:12份。
实施例4
一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:130份;水性树脂:50份;滑石粉:60份;膨润土:18份;消光粉:8份;分散剂:3份;乙二醇胺:6份;助溶剂:15份。
实施例5
一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:108份;水性树脂:41份;滑石粉:57份;膨润土:16份;消光粉:10份;分散剂:2份;乙二醇胺:5份;助溶剂:11份。
本发明提供的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,安全环保,黑度高,可自干或低温烘干,适用于基材的表面消光,对多种基材的附着力强,涂膜光泽柔和。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:110-120份;水性树脂:25-35份;滑石粉:48-55份;膨润土:12-15份;消光粉:5-8份;分散剂:1-2份;乙二醇胺:2-4份;助溶剂:8-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性MA100黑浆:114份;水性树脂:32份;滑石粉:49份;膨润土:14份;消光粉:6份;分散剂:1.5份;乙二醇胺:3份;助溶剂:12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,其特征在于,所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂或水性聚醇树脂或水性环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,其特征在于,所述分散剂为HPMA。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为DPE助溶剂与BCS助溶剂的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性自干黑色哑光漆,其特征在于,所述水性自干黑色哑光漆在使用时加入水稀释,稀释比例为1:0.4~0.6。
