本发明公开了一种废聚丙烯改性工艺:1)按重量组成百分比进行混料:废聚丙烯63%,氯化聚乙烯11%,废橡胶粉9%,三元乙丙胶11%,废陶瓷细粉6%;2)将上述配料加温180℃‑185℃混合后,用挤出机挤出造粒。采用本发明的改性工艺,实现废旧塑料的改性,为有效利用废旧塑料打下基础。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种废聚丙烯改性工艺。
背景技术
现代社会,废旧塑料越来越多,如何对废旧塑料进行改性,是有效利用废旧塑料的前提。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种废聚丙烯改性工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
废聚丙烯改性工艺,其改进之处在于:
1)按重量组成百分比进行混料:
废聚丙烯63%,氯化聚乙烯11%,废橡胶粉9%,三元乙丙胶11%,废陶瓷细粉6%;
2)将上述配料加温180℃-185℃混合后,用挤出机挤出造粒。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:采用本发明的改性工艺,实现废旧塑料的改性,为有效利用废旧塑料打下基础。

1.一种废聚丙烯改性工艺,其特征在于:
1)按重量组成百分比进行混料:
废聚丙烯63%,氯化聚乙烯11%,废橡胶粉9%,三元乙丙胶11%,废陶瓷细粉6%;
2)将上述配料加温180℃-185℃混合后,用挤出机挤出造粒。
