Referring to fig. 10 and 14, a positioning column 1-1b is arranged at a position of the pot lid 2 corresponding to the pressing portion 3-2b of the switch button 3b, a positioning notch is arranged on the positioning column 1-1b, and a positioning sheet embedded into the positioning notch is arranged at the lower side of the pressing portion 3-2b of the switch button 3b; the return spring 3-4b is sleeved on the positioning column 1-1b, the lower end of the return spring 3-4b acts on the kettle cover 2, and the upper end of the return spring acts on the positioning sheet. Through the structure, the switch button 3b is positioned on the sliding cover by utilizing the matching of the positioning notch and the positioning sheet, so that the kettle cover 1b is prevented from deviating when being pressed; the positioning columns 1-1b are arranged, so that the reset springs 3-4b can be conveniently arranged.
Referring to fig. 3, the pot lid 2 is provided with a pressing opening 1-3b, and the pressing portion 3-2b of the switch button 3b extends out of the pressing opening 1-3 b. The pressing part 3-2b can extend out from the pressing opening 1-3b by arranging the pressing opening 1-3b, and other parts of the switch button 3b are hidden in the kettle cover 2, so that the appearance is attractive, and the normal use of the switch button 3b is not influenced.
Referring to fig. 3, the pot cover 2 is provided with a switch button receiving groove 1-4b, and the switch button 3b is disposed in the switch button receiving groove 1-4b, such that the side wall of the switch button receiving groove 1-4b can be rotatably connected with the switch button 3 b.
Referring to fig. 10 and 14, the lower portion of the fastening block 5b is provided with a circular arc-shaped guide surface 5-1b, and the top surface of the fastening step 3-1b is provided with an inclined guide surface 3-6b. Thus, the circular-arc-shaped guide surface 5-1b is brought into contact with the inclined guide surface 3-6b during the closing of the inlet cover 3, thereby facilitating the smooth crossing of the fastening block 5b under the fastening step 3-1 b.
Referring to fig. 2, 20 and 22, the pot lid 2 is composed of an upper lid body 2-1 and a lower lid body 2-2; a water outlet guide piece 5 is arranged between the upper cover body 2-1 and the lower cover body 2-2, a water inlet opening is arranged at the bottom of the water outlet guide piece 5, and the water inlet opening is communicated with the filtering device 4; one end of the water outlet guide piece 5 is provided with a water guide pipe 5-1, the water guide pipe 5-1 extends to the edge of the kettle cover 2 to form a water outlet, and the water guide pipe 5-1 is communicated with the water inlet opening. Through the arrangement of the water outlet guide piece 5, the water filtered in the filtering device 4 is conveniently led out to the edge of the kettle cover 2 and poured out.
Referring to fig. 19-22, a lower connecting groove for connecting with the filtering device 4 is formed in the lower side of the lower cover body 2-2, an upper connecting groove 2-23 for connecting with the water outlet guide 5 is formed in the upper side of the lower cover body 2-2, the upper connecting groove 2-23 is formed above the lower connecting groove, and two water passing grooves 2-21 are formed between the lower connecting groove and the upper connecting groove 2-23; the upper part of a filter element support of the filter device 4 is provided with a connecting end cover 4-1, the top of the connecting end cover 4-1 is provided with a filtered water outlet, the edge of the filtered water outlet is provided with four lower lock catches 4-11 which are oppositely arranged in pairs and extend upwards, wherein the outer sides of the tops of the two opposite lower lock catches 4-11 are provided with a clasp, and the inner side and the outer side of the tops of the other two pairs of the two lower lock catches 4-11 are provided with a clasp; the upper side edges of the two water through grooves 2-21 are respectively provided with a fastening convex strip 2-22; the water outlet and guiding piece 5 is provided with two upper lock catches 5-2 and two positioning pieces 5-3 which extend downwards at the positions corresponding to the water inlet openings, wherein the two upper lock catches 5-2 are oppositely arranged, and the outer sides of the lower ends of the two upper lock catches 5-2 are provided with clasps; four lower lock catches 4-11 on the connecting end cover 4-1 pass through the water passing grooves 2-21 upwards, and the clasps on the outer sides of the lower lock catches 4-11 are fastened on the fastening convex strips 2-22; the two upper lock catches 5-2 and the two positioning pieces 5-3 on the water outlet and guide piece 5 downwards pass through the water passing grooves 2-21, wherein the hooks on the two upper lock catches 5-2 are fastened on the inner hooks of the two lower lock catches 4-11, and the two positioning pieces 5-3 are tightly attached to the inner sides of the other two lower lock catches 4-11. Through the structure, the fixing of the filtering device 4 and the water outlet guide piece 5 in the kettle cover 2 is realized, the water passing grooves 2-21 are arranged, the water passing grooves can be used for passing water, the upper lock catch 5-2 and the lower lock catch 4-11 can be connected through the water passing grooves, the upper lock catch 5-2 and the lower lock catch 4-11 are connected with each other, the water outlet guide piece 5 and the filtering device 4 are directly connected, and the connection reliability is good.
Referring to fig. 7 and 19-24, the lower side of the lower cover 2-2 for the filter unit 4 has a water outlet plane a which is inclined at an acute angle with respect to the horizontal plane B in the direction of the water pouring of the kettle; the central axis L of the filtering device 4 is perpendicular to the water outlet plane A, the bottom surface C of the connecting end cover 4-1 is flush with the water outlet plane A, and water filtering holes are formed in the filtering device 4 below the bottom surface C of the connecting end cover 4-1.
The purpose of adopting the structure is to lead out the filtered water easily, when pouring water is needed, the kettle needs to incline towards the direction of the water outlet, because the water outlet plane A deflects relative to the horizontal plane B by an acute angle towards the inclination direction of the kettle when pouring water, and the central axis L of the filter device 4 is perpendicular to the water outlet plane A, namely when the kettle is horizontally placed, the filter device 4 already has a certain inclination, and when pouring water, the inclination of the filter device 4 is increased, the included angle between the filter device and the horizontal plane is further reduced, and the water outlet in the kettle is basically horizontal, so the flowing direction of the water flowing through the filter device 4 is closer to the water outlet direction of the water outlet, the resistance of water flow is reduced, and the pouring speed is accelerated; if the filtering device 4 is vertically arranged, the turning angle of the water flow is large, the flow resistance is large, and the water pouring speed is low during water pouring; in addition, it is convenient to pour out all the water in the kettle, so as to avoid residual water in the kettle, and all the poured water is filtered by the filtering device 4 (see fig. 23).
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, an upper portion of one end of the fastening member 5a facing the trip top plate 4a is provided with a first inclined surface 5-1a, and a bottom surface of the fastening member 2-4a is provided with a second inclined surface 2-5a. The effect is that when the kettle lid 2 is covered on the kettle body 1, the second inclined surface 2-5a of the fastening part 2-4a acts on the first inclined surface 5-1a of the fastening part 5a, which is beneficial to generating lateral component force to push the fastening part 5a to move, so that the fastening part 2-4a can smoothly cross the fastening part 5a to realize locking.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the guide groove 1-2a is provided therein with a limiting surface 1-3a for limiting the limit position of the forward movement of the fastening member 5a, and the fastening member 5a is provided with a limiting portion engaged with the limiting surface 1-3 a. The limiting surfaces 1-3a are used for blocking the limiting part of the fastening piece 5a, so that the elastic force of the spring 6a is counteracted, and the fastening piece 5a is reliably positioned at the set position to lock the fastening parts 2-4 a.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the fastening member 5a is provided with a spring installation groove 5-2a at one end connected with the spring 6a, and the spring 6a is disposed in the spring installation groove 5-2 a; two guide lugs 5-3 are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the fastening piece 5a, and two limiting grooves matched with the guide lugs 5-3a are arranged in the guide grooves 1-2 a. A spring mounting groove 5-2a is arranged, so that the mounting and positioning of a spring 6a are facilitated; the guide lug 5-3a is matched with the limiting groove to limit and guide the movement of the fastening piece 5a, so that the fastening piece 5a cannot deviate in position in the working process.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the trip top plate 4a is provided with an upward limit projection 4-1a at an end corresponding to the driving portion 3-2a, so that the trip top plate 4a is blocked from further movement when the limit projection 4-1a reaches the end of the sliding groove 2-3a during the process of pushing the clasp 5a for unlocking, thereby defining a movement stroke of the trip top plate 4 a.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the driving portion 3-2a of the switch handle 3a is a flat surface, and the flat surface is attached to the end surface of the trip top plate 4a, so that the contact area can be increased, and the driving reliability can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4, 6, 12 and 13, the fastening member 5a is provided on the upper portion of the handle 1-1a of the pot body 1. Thus, the whole locking switch is positioned at the upper part of the handle 1-1a, and the operation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the pot lid 2 comprises an upper lid body 2-1 and a lower lid body 2-2, wherein a mounting groove 2-3a for accommodating a switch handle 3a is formed in the lower lid body 2-2, and the switch handle 3a is hinged to two side walls of the mounting groove 2-3a through a rotating shaft 3-3 a; an avoiding opening 2-4a is formed in the position, corresponding to the mounting groove 2-3a, of the upper cover body 2-1, and the operating portion 3-1a of the switch handle 3a extends out of the avoiding opening 2-4 a. Through the arrangement of the mounting grooves 2-3a and the avoiding openings 2-4a, the switch handle 3a is conveniently hinged on the kettle cover 2, and the switch handle 3a is conveniently extended out of the kettle cover 2.
Referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, the upper positioning step 6a on the kettle body 1 comprises a stopper 7-1a for clamping the lower positioning step 7a on the kettle lid 2, the stopper 7-1a is arranged on the inner wall of the water outlet part of the kettle body 1 and extends outwards relative to the inner wall, and the lower part of the stopper 7-1a forms a clamping surface for clamping the lower positioning step 7 a; the stop block 7-1a is provided with a reinforcing block 7-2a for connecting the upper surface of the stop block 7-1a with the inner wall. Through setting up such upper positioning step 6a, can more firmly with lower positioning step 7a blocks, avoids leading to upper positioning step 6a to damage because of long-time use, can't realize anti-drop effect.
Referring to fig. 1 to 24, the operation principle of the water outlet filtering type water purifying kettle of the embodiment is as follows:
when in use, unpurified and filtered water is poured into the kettle body 1 by opening the kettle cover 2 or through a water inlet arranged on the kettle cover 2; when drinking water is needed, the water kettle is inclined towards one side of the water outlet, and water in the water kettle is filtered by the filtering device 4 and then poured out of the water outlet. The connection structure between kettle body 1 and pot lid 2 is used for ensuring that pot lid 2 connects on kettle body 1 reliably, can not accidentally drop when pouring, and easy and simple to handle when opening pot lid 2 simultaneously, light laborsaving, this connection structure's theory of operation is: when the kettle cover 2 is covered on the kettle body 1, the fastening part 2-4a on the kettle cover 2 pushes the fastening piece 5a to overcome the elastic force of the spring 6a and move outwards under the guidance of the guide groove 1-2a, after the fastening part 2-4a passes over the fastening piece 5a, the fastening piece 5a returns to the initial position under the action of the spring 6a, at the moment, the fastening piece 5a is positioned above the fastening part 2-4a, and the upward movement of the kettle cover 2 is limited, so that the kettle cover 2 is locked; when the kettle cover 2 needs to be opened, the operating part 3-1a of the switch handle 3a is pulled upwards, so that the switch handle 3a rotates around a hinge point with the kettle cover 2, the driving part 3-2a of the switch handle 3a drives the tripping top plate 4a to move towards the buckling piece 5a and pushes the buckling piece 5a to move outwards against the elastic force of the spring 6a, and when the buckling piece 5a moves to a position separated from the buckling part 2-4a, the locking state of the kettle cover 2a is released; then, upwards rotate certain angle with the one end that corresponds with locking switch in the pot lid 2 round anti-disengaging connection structure's one end for pot lid 2 has lateral shifting's space, lets pot lid 2 keep away from the direction lateral shifting of last location step 6a after that, makes lower location step 7a on the pot lid 2 leave the last location step 6a on the kettle body 1, takes up pot lid 2 at last, can open pot lid 2.

Claims (8)
1. A water outlet filtering type water purifying kettle comprises a kettle body, a kettle cover, a connecting structure for connecting the kettle body and the kettle cover and a filtering device for purifying and filtering water; wherein:
the filtering device is arranged at the water outlet of the kettle cover and comprises a filter element fixing frame and a filter element arranged in the filter element fixing frame;
the connecting structure comprises a locking switch and an anti-falling connecting structure which are arranged between the kettle cover and the kettle body, wherein the locking switch and the anti-falling connecting structure are oppositely arranged at the connecting part of the kettle cover and the kettle body; the locking switch comprises a switch handle, a tripping top plate, a buckling part and a spring, wherein the switch handle is arranged on the kettle cover, the buckling part and the spring are arranged on the kettle body, the switch handle is hinged on the kettle cover, one end of the switch handle extends out of the kettle cover to form an operating part, and the other end of the switch handle forms a driving part for driving the tripping top plate; the tripping top plate is arranged in a sliding groove in the kettle cover; the buckling piece is arranged in a guide groove of the kettle body, one end of the spring acts on the kettle body, the other end of the spring acts on the buckling piece, the elastic force of the spring enables the buckling piece to move forwards to be positioned above the buckling part, one end of the tripping top plate faces the buckling piece, and the other end of the tripping top plate is in contact with the driving part of the switch handle; the anti-falling connecting structure comprises an upper positioning step arranged on the kettle body and a lower positioning step arranged on the kettle cover;
the water inlet cover is connected to the kettle cover through a locking structure, the locking structure comprises a rotary connecting structure arranged between one end of the water inlet cover and the kettle cover and a fastening switch arranged between the other end of the water inlet cover and the kettle cover, the fastening switch comprises a switch button arranged on the kettle cover and a fastening block arranged on the water inlet cover, the switch button is connected to the kettle cover through the rotary structure, a fastening step used for fastening the fastening block is arranged on the switch button, a return spring is arranged between the switch button and the kettle cover, and the elastic force of the return spring enables the fastening step to be fastened above the fastening block;
the front end of the switch button is provided with two downwards extending rotary connecting blocks, the rotary structure between the switch button and the kettle cover comprises second rotary shafts arranged on the two rotary connecting blocks, and the two second rotary shafts are respectively and rotatably connected with the kettle cover; the fastening step is arranged at the upper part of the front end of the switch button and protrudes forwards relative to the two rotary connecting blocks; the upper part of the rear end of the switch button is provided with an arc-shaped pressing part;
the upper positioning step on the kettle body comprises a stop block used for clamping the lower positioning step on the kettle cover, the stop block is arranged on the inner wall of the water outlet part of the kettle body and extends outwards relative to the inner wall, and the lower part of the stop block forms a clamping surface for clamping the lower positioning step.

The water filtering type water purifying kettle according to claim 1, wherein the upper positioning step on the kettle body comprises a stopper for locking the lower positioning step on the kettle cover, the stopper is arranged on the inner wall of the water outlet portion of the kettle body and extends outwards relative to the inner wall, and the lower part of the stopper forms a clamping surface for locking the lower positioning step; the stop block is provided with a reinforcing block used for connecting the upper surface of the stop block with the inner wall.

The water outlet filter type water purifying kettle according to claim 1, wherein the rotary connection structure between the water inlet cover and the kettle cover comprises a first rotary shaft and two connection lugs arranged on the water inlet cover, two ends of the first rotary shaft are rotatably connected to the kettle cover, and the two connection lugs on the water inlet cover are connected to the first rotary shaft; and a torsion spring for promoting the water inlet cover to be automatically opened is arranged on the first rotating shaft.

The water outlet filtering type water purifying kettle according to claim 1, wherein the kettle cover is provided with a positioning column at a position corresponding to the pressing part of the switch button, the positioning column is provided with a positioning notch, and the switch button is provided with a positioning sheet embedded into the positioning notch at the lower side of the pressing part; the return spring is sleeved on the positioning column, the lower end of the return spring acts on the kettle cover, and the upper end of the return spring acts on the positioning sheet.

The water outlet filtering type water purifying kettle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the kettle cover is composed of an upper cover body and a lower cover body; a water outlet guide piece is arranged between the upper cover body and the lower cover body, a water inlet opening is formed in the bottom of the water outlet guide piece, and the water inlet opening is communicated with the filtering device; one end of the water outlet guide piece is provided with a water guide pipe, the water guide pipe extends to the edge of the kettle cover to form a water outlet, and the water guide pipe is communicated with the water inlet opening.

The water outlet filtering type water purifying kettle as claimed in claim 5, wherein a lower connecting groove for connecting with a filtering device is formed on the lower side of the lower cover body, an upper connecting groove for connecting with a water outlet guide is formed on the upper side of the lower cover body, the upper connecting groove is formed above the lower connecting groove, and two water passing grooves are formed between the lower connecting groove and the upper connecting groove; the upper part of a filter element support of the filtering device is provided with a connecting end cover, the top of the connecting end cover is provided with a filtered water outlet, the edge of the filtered water outlet is provided with four lower lock catches which are oppositely arranged in pairs and extend upwards, wherein the outer sides of the tops of the two opposite lower lock catches are provided with hooks, and the inner and outer sides of the tops of the other two pairs of lower lock catches are provided with hooks; the upper side edges of the two water passing grooves are respectively provided with a fastening convex strip; the water outlet and guide piece is provided with two upper lock catches and two positioning pieces which extend downwards at the positions corresponding to the water inlet openings, wherein the two upper lock catches are oppositely arranged, and the outer side of the lower end of the upper lock catch is provided with a clasp; four lower locking buckles on the connecting end cover upwards pass through the water through groove, and the fastening hooks on the outer sides of the lower locking buckles are fastened on the fastening convex strips; the two upper lock catches and the two positioning pieces on the water outlet and guide piece downwards pass through the water passing groove, wherein the hooks on the two upper lock catches are fastened on the inner side hooks of the two lower lock catches, and the two positioning pieces are attached to the inner sides of the other two lower lock catches.
7. The water outlet filtering type water purifying kettle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the part of the lower side surface of the lower cover body for arranging the filtering means has a water outlet plane which is deflected by an acute angle relative to the horizontal surface toward the inclined direction of the kettle when pouring water; the central axis of the filtering device is perpendicular to the water outlet plane, the bottom surface of the connecting end cover is flush with the water outlet plane, and water filtering holes are formed in the filtering device below the bottom surface of the connecting end cover.

The water filtering type water purifying kettle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fastening member is disposed at the upper part of the handle of the kettle body, the lower cover body is provided therein with a mounting groove for receiving the switch handle, and the switch handle is hinged to two side walls of the mounting groove; the upper cover body is provided with an avoiding opening at a position corresponding to the mounting groove, and the operating part of the switch handle extends out of the avoiding opening.
