The engaging member 61 or the material forming the guide groove 110 has a certain elasticity, so that the engaging member 61 can pass through the guide groove 110 when the user controls the cover body 20 to rotate upward. The snap-fit element 62 is embodied with a larger length to fit the snap-fit element 61.
In this way, the process of replacing the filter flask 30 of the water purifier 1 can be very simple, and the filter flask 30 can be replaced by only opening the cover 20 of the water purifier 1 and then rotating out the filter flask 30.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for assembling the water purifier 1, which comprises the following steps:
assembling at least one of the filter bottles 30 to the mounting frame 10 through the connector 41, wherein the filter bottle 30 extends vertically downward from the mounting frame 10, wherein the filter bottle 30 is rotatably connected to the connector 41, and the connector 41 is mounted to the mounting frame 10; and
the cover 20 is rotatably assembled to the mounting frame 10 so that the cover 20 can be lifted upwards, wherein when the cover 20 is lifted upwards, the filter flask 30 can be rotated upwards towards the position of the cover 20.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, in the above method, the cover 20 is rotatably mounted to the mounting frame 10 so as to be fixed at a predetermined position, and when the cover 20 is located at the predetermined position, a space between the cover 20 and the mounting frame 10 is enlarged to allow the filter flask 30 to rotate upward.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for installing the filter flask 30 of the water purifier 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
rotating the cover 20 of the water purifier 1 from a limited state to expand the installation cavity 100; and
the filter flask 30 is obliquely moved to the installation cavity 100 to install the filter flask 30 to the installation cavity 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, in the above method, the cover 20 is rotated to the cover 20 is engaged with the mounting frame 10 so that the cover 20 is maintained in the limit state.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for replacing the filter flask 30 of the water purifier 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

Alternatively, when the sliding piece 431 moves from the inner side of one of the blocking pieces 433 to the inner side of the other of the blocking pieces 433, the sliding piece 431 moves from a horizontal position to a vertical position, or the sliding piece 431 moves from a vertical position to a horizontal position, so that the rotational angle of the filter flask 30 may be 90 degrees. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that this is by way of example only. The rotation angle of the filter flask 30 may be set as desired.
Further, the filter bottle 30 has an operating state in which the water path of the filter bottle 30 is communicated with the water path of the mounting base 41, and a detached state in which the water path of the filter bottle 30 and the water path of the mounting base 41 can be disconnected.
Specifically, the mounting base 41 has a first arc-shaped end 411 and a second arc-shaped end 412, and when the sliding piece 431 moves to the position of the guiding slot 432 of the first arc-shaped end 411, the filter bottle 30 is in the working state. When the sliding piece 431 moves to the position of the guide slot 432 of the second arc-shaped end 412, the filter bottle 30 is in the disassembled state.
The mounting base 41 has at least one notch 410, wherein the notch 410 is connected to the guiding groove 432. The notch 410 is located at the second arcuate end 412. When the filter flask 30 is in the removed state, it can be removed from the mounting base 41 through the notch 410.
Further, the connection head 42 includes a connection head seat 424 and a connection head cover 425, wherein the connection head cover 425 is detachably mounted to the connection head seat 424. The sliding piece 431 may be disposed on the connection head seat 424 or the connection head cover 425. The connection socket 424 is connected to the mounting base 41. The attachment cap 425 is attached to the filter flask 30.
The filter flask 30 is rotatable to removably mount to the connector cap 425 of the connector 42. When the filter flask 30 is detached, the attachment cap 425 and the filter flask 30 may be detached together, or only the filter flask 30 may be detached.
In this embodiment, the sliding piece 431 is located on the connection cover 425. When the sliding piece 431 is located at the first arc-shaped end 411, the sliding piece 431 is pressed to press the connecting head cover 425 against the connecting head seat 424, thereby facilitating the sealing performance of the position of the connecting head 42, and when the sliding piece 431 is located at the second arc-shaped end 412, the sliding piece 431 is not pressed or the pressing is reduced, thereby the connecting head cover 425 and the filter bottle 30 can be detached together.
Specifically, the arc of the guide slot 432 of the mounting base 41 may gradually increase from the first arc end 411 to the second arc end 412, so that the sliding piece 431 is pressed more at the first arc end 411, and the sliding piece 431 is pressed less at the second arc end 412, and even the sliding piece 431 can be released from the notch 410.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the sliding piece 431 may be located on the connecting head seat 424 of the connecting head 42, or even on the filter bottle 30.
Further, the first connecting wing 422 and the second connecting wing 423 are respectively located at the connecting socket 424, and when the sliding piece 431 is pressed, the connection between the first connecting wing 422 and the second connecting wing 423 and the mounting base 41 can also become tighter, thereby facilitating the sealing between the connecting head 42 and the mounting base 41.
Referring to fig. 5, another preferred embodiment of the water purifier 1 according to the present invention is illustrated.
In this embodiment, the engaging member 61 of the engaging assembly 60 is located on the mounting frame 10, and the engaging mating member 62 of the engaging assembly 60 is located on the cover 20.
The rotating shaft 51 of the rotating connecting structure 50 is located on the mounting frame 10, and the shaft hole 51 is located on the cover 20.
Specifically, the rotating shaft 51 is disposed on a hook 500 of the mounting bracket 10, wherein the engaging member 61 of the engaging member 60 is located on the hook 500 of the mounting bracket 10. The hook 500 is provided to extend outward and upward from the mounting bracket 10.
When the cover 20 is rotated upward along a certain trajectory by the rotation connecting structure 50, the engaging engagement piece 62 of the cover 20 moves to the engaging engagement piece 61 of the mounting frame 10 and can be engaged with the engaging engagement piece 62. At this time, no force is required to be applied to the cover body 20, and the cover body 20 may be supported by the mounting frame 10, so that the cover body 20 may be automatically and fixedly supported by the mounting frame 10.
When it is necessary to switch the cover 20 back to the open state after the filter bottle 30 is replaced, a slight force can be applied to disengage the engaging member 61 from the engaging member 62, so that the cover 20 can rotate under the action of gravity to re-cover at least a portion of the filter bottle 30.
It should be noted that the snap-fit element 62 can be embodied as a groove, the snap-fit element 61 can be embodied as a projection, and the snap-fit element 61 can snap-fit into the snap-fit element 62. The snap fitting 62 and the snap fitting 61 may be implemented as a protrusion, respectively, and the snap fitting 62 is convexly formed on the cover 20, thereby restricting the position of the snap fitting 61.
Referring to fig. 6, another preferred embodiment of the water purifier 1 according to the present invention is illustrated.
In this embodiment, the cover 20 of the water purifier 1 is configured to be rotated and locked to switch between the limit state and the open state.
The cover 20 is provided with at least one engaging member 61, wherein the engaging member 61 is rotatably disposed on the cover 20. When the cover 20 is rotated upward, the engaging member 61 can be automatically rotated by gravity.
The mounting frame 10 has at least one snap-fit element 62, and the snap-fit element 62 is disposed upward. When the cover 20 is rotated upward to be above the engaging mating member 62 of the mounting frame 10, the engaging member 61 is automatically rotated. When the user releases his hand, the engaging member 61 can be engaged with the engaging mating member 62. Of course, the user may manually align the engaging member 61 and the engaging mating member 62 to engage the engaging member 61 with the engaging mating member 62, so that the cover 20 can be supported on the mounting frame 10 by the engaging member 61.
When the cover 20 needs to be switched from the position-limiting state to the open state, the engaging member 61 may be retracted.
It should be noted that, when the cover 20 is in the position-limiting state, the cover 20 and the mounting frame 10 can be engaged with each other to prevent the cover 20 from being easily opened.
It should be noted that the snap-fit element 62 can be implemented as a groove for snap-fitting with the snap-fit element 61. The snap-fit element 62 can also be embodied as a projection for engaging the snap-fit element 61.
Referring to fig. 7, another embodiment of the water purifier 1 according to the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the water purifier 1 further includes a supporting member 60A, and when the cover 20 is in the limiting state, the supporting member 60A limits and supports the cover 20 on the mounting frame 10.
The supporting member 60A can be rotatably connected to the cover 20, and when the cover 20 is lifted upward relative to the mounting frame 10, the supporting member 60A can extend from the cover 20 to the mounting frame 10, so as to support the cover 20 to the mounting frame 10.
In the present embodiment, the supporting member 60A is implemented as an elastic supporting member. The supporting member 60A is connected to the cover body 20 and the mounting frame 10, respectively. When the cover 20 is in the position-limiting state, the supporting member 60A is pressed, and the cover 20 and the mounting bracket 10 can be fixed by being engaged with each other. When the cover 20 is opened, the support member 60A can be unfolded, so that the cover 20 can be supported to the mounting frame 10.
According to other examples of the present invention, the water purifier 1 further comprises a connector, wherein the connector is disposed on the cover 20 or the mounting frame 10.
The case where the connector is provided in the lid body 20 will be described as an example. The cover 20 has a first connecting end 21 and a second connecting end 22, wherein the first connecting end 21 of the cover 20 is connected to the mounting frame 10, and the connecting member is disposed at the second connecting end 22 of the cover 20 or a position close to the second connecting end 22.
Specifically, the connecting member is located on an outer side surface of the cover body 20, and when the cover body 20 is rotated to a predetermined position, the connecting member can be connected to the mounting frame 10, so that the cover body 20 is fixed in the position-limiting state by being fixed to the mounting frame 10.
The attachment member may be, but is not limited to, a cord or a lock.
The connector may also be provided to the mounting bracket 10.

Claims (13)

1. A water purifier, characterized by, includes:
a mounting frame;
a mounting base, wherein the mounting base is mounted to the mounting bracket and has a guide slot, wherein the guide slot is configured to extend from a bottom surface of the mounting base;
a filter bottle, wherein the filter bottle is detachably connected to the mounting base, wherein the filter bottle is rotatably connected to the mounting base to rotate relative to the mounting frame, and the rotation track of the filter bottle is limited to the guide groove, wherein the filter bottle is positioned below the mounting frame, and the filter bottle is aligned with the bottom surface of the mounting base, and the mounting frame, the mounting base and the filter bottle are positioned in a vertical direction; and
a cover, wherein the cover is rotatably connected to the mounting frame and forms a mounting cavity with the mounting frame, wherein at least a portion of the mounting base is received in the mounting cavity, wherein when the cover is rotated upward to a position to enlarge the mounting cavity, the cover is automatically captively supported to the mounting frame, and the filter flask aligned with the bottom surface of the mounting base is rotated upward along the guide groove in a manner of co-rotating with the cover to be aligned with the side surface of the mounting base.
2. The water purifier of claim 1, wherein the cover is configured to be self-locked to the mounting bracket after being rotated upward from a horizontal position by a first predetermined angle to keep a relative position between the cover and the mounting bracket fixed, wherein the first predetermined angle is not greater than 45 degrees.
3. The water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the filter flask is detachable by a second predetermined angle from a vertical position, wherein the second predetermined angle is in a range of 45 degrees to 135 degrees.
4. The water purifier of claim 3, wherein the filter flask rotates from a vertical position to a horizontal position.
5. A water purifier as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said cover has an open position in which said cover is pivotally connected to said mounting bracket and a restraining position in which said cover is restrained supported from said mounting bracket, wherein said cover is operable to be switched between said open position and said restraining position.
6. The water purifier of claim 5, further comprising a locking assembly, wherein the locking assembly comprises a locking member and a locking member, wherein the locking member is disposed on an inner side of the cover and the locking member is disposed on an outer side of the mounting bracket, and when the cover is rotated upward to enlarge the mounting cavity, the locking member can be retained on the locking member, thereby self-locking the cover to the mounting bracket.
7. The water purifier as recited in claim 6, wherein said engaging member and said engaging mating member are each a protrusion; or the clamping piece is a protrusion, and the clamping matching piece is a groove; or the clamping piece is a groove, and the clamping piece is a protrusion.
8. The water purifier as recited in claim 5, further comprising a locking assembly, wherein the locking assembly comprises a locking member and a locking engaging member, wherein the locking member is automatically rotatably connected to the cover, the locking engaging member is located on an outer side of the mounting bracket, and when the cover is rotated upward to enlarge the mounting cavity, the locking member automatically falls down, the locking member can be retained by the locking engaging member located on the mounting bracket, thereby fixedly supporting the cover on the mounting bracket.
9. The water purifying machine according to any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising a rotation connecting structure, wherein the rotation connecting structure comprises a rotation shaft and a shaft hole, wherein the rotation shaft is disposed on a hook of the cover, the shaft hole is disposed on the mounting frame, the cover is rotatably connected to the mounting frame by the rotation connecting structure, and the engaging member is disposed on the hook.
10. The water purifying machine according to any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising a rotation connecting structure, wherein the rotation connecting structure comprises a rotation shaft and a shaft hole, wherein the rotation shaft is disposed on a hook of the mounting frame, the shaft hole is located on the cover, the cover is rotatably connected to the mounting frame by the rotation connecting structure, and the engaging member is located on the hook.
11. The water purifier of claim 4, further comprising a support member, wherein the support member comprises an elastic member, two ends of the elastic member are respectively connected to the cover and the mounting bracket, and when the cover is rotated upward to expand the mounting cavity, the support member is supported by the cover and the mounting bracket to maintain the cover in the position-limited state.
12. The water purifier as recited in claim 6, wherein the filter bottle is provided with a connector, wherein the connector is rotatably connected to the mounting base, and the filter bottle is rotatable about its own axis to detachably connect to the connector.
13. The water purifier as recited in claim 12, further comprising two sliding pieces, wherein the mounting base forms two of the guiding slots, two of the sliding pieces are respectively disposed on two sides of the connecting head or two sides of the filter bottle, each sliding piece is slidably mounted on the mounting base along the guiding slot, and a sliding track of the sliding piece in the guiding slot limits a rotation range of the filter bottle relative to the mounting base.
