The existing tool turret lathe spindle hollow dust collection device consists of a rotating body and a dust collector interface, wherein the rotating body is connected with a piston, and rotates at a high speed along with a spindle, the dust collector interface is connected with an oil cylinder, the rotating body and the dust collector interface are simple sealing rings, a large fit clearance is reserved between the rotating body and the dust collector interface to avoid high-speed rotation, and air leakage occurs. When the lathe works, the rotating body can frequently axially move, the rotating sealing ring generates friction, the sealing ring is easy to damage, and the sealing effect can be greatly reduced.

The adapter is rotationally connected with the flange through two bearings, and the bearings are deep groove ball bearings.
By adopting the structure, the invention adds the adapter body on the basis of the original structure, the adapter body is rotationally connected with the flange through the bearing, and when the cylinder piston drives the rotating body to rotate, the rotating body drives the adapter body to rotate, so that the friction between the adapter body and the flange is reduced, and the friction force of the rotary sealing piece arranged at the joint of the adapter body, the dust collection interface and the flange is reduced. And because the other end of the rotating body is provided with an open slot, one end of the adapter body is provided with a tooth claw inserted in the open slot. The tooth claw can slide in the open slot, when the chuck clamps and loosens the switching tool, the oil cylinder piston needs to move axially, the axial movement is ensured between the rotating body and the adapter, and the radial movement of the rotating body and the adapter is limited. The rotary sealing ring is arranged between the rotary body and the adapter body, and the rotary sealing ring is added, so that the rotary vacuum cleaner has a good sealing effect, reduces the loss of negative pressure air and improves the dust collection effect.

Referring to fig. 1, a hollow dust collection device for a turret lathe spindle comprises an oil cylinder piston 1, a rotating body 2, a switching body 3, a bearing 4, a flange 5, a dust collection interface 6 and a shell 7, wherein one end of the rotating body 2 is fixedly connected with the oil cylinder piston 1, the switching body 3 is sleeved on the rotating body 2, the other end of the rotating body 2 is provided with an open slot 21, one end of the switching body 3 is provided with a tooth claw 31 inserted in the open slot 21, the switching body 3 is rotationally connected with the flange 5 through the bearing 4, the flange 5 is fixedly connected on the shell 7, the dust collection interface 6 is sleeved on the switching body 3 and is fixedly connected with the end part of the flange 5, a rotary sealing piece 8 is arranged at the joint of the switching body 3 and the dust collection interface 6, a sealing ring 9 is arranged between the rotating body 2 and the switching body 3, a rotating body hole 22 is arranged on the rotating body 2, an interface hole 61 is arranged on the dust collection interface 6, a piston hole 11 is arranged on the oil cylinder piston 1, and the piston hole 11, the rotating body 22 and the interface hole 61 are sequentially communicated.
As shown in fig. 1, the tooth pawls 31 and the open grooves 21 are two, and the tooth pawls 31 are respectively located in the corresponding open grooves 21. The radial transmission before the rotating body 2 and the adapter body 3 can be better limited, and the axial displacement of the rotating body 2 and the adapter body 3 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, the rotating body 2, the adapter 3 and the dust collection interface 6 are all cylindrical, so that the shape of the dust collection interface is matched with that of an oil cylinder, and the end part of the dust collection interface 6 is in a necking shape, so that the dust collection interface is connected with a dust collector through a pipeline.
Referring to fig. 1, the adapter 3 is rotatably connected to the flange 5 through two bearings 4, and the bearings 4 are deep groove ball bearings. So that the rotation of the adapter 3 and the flange 5 is smoother.
When the dust collector is used, the oil cylinder piston 1 is connected with a main shaft of a machine tool, the oil cylinder piston 1 is driven to rotate when the main shaft of the machine tool rotates, the main shaft of the machine tool is also of a hollow structure, the dust collection interface 6 is connected with the dust collector through a pipeline, and dust collection work is carried out near the main shaft of the machine tool through the interface hole 61, the rotating body hole 22 and the piston hole 11. The tooth claw 31 of the adapter 3 extends into the open groove 21 at the other end of the rotating body 2, and the groove depth of the open groove 21 is larger than the length of the tooth claw 31, so that the tooth claw 31 can slide in the open groove 21. When the chuck clamping and tool loosening of the machine tool is switched, the oil cylinder piston 1 needs to move axially, and the rotating body 2 and the adapter 3 also need to move axially.
