本发明实施例公开了一种信道质量测量方法、装置及系统,其中,该方法包括:第一用户设备接收第一基站发送的第一类参考信号以及至少一个第二类参考信号;所述第一类参考信号配置有M个天线端口的参考信号资源,所述第二类参考信号配置有N个天线端口的参考信号资源;所述第一用户设备基于所述第一类参考信号进行信道质量测量,得到第一测量结果;所述第一用户设备基于所述至少一个第二类参考信号进行信道质量测量,得到第二测量结果;所述第一用户设备向所述第一基站发送所述第一测量结果和所述第二测量结果。采用本发明,可根据不同配置的参考信号对应的信道质量测量结果来实现对配置了AAS的小区的垂直向波束的下倾角的调整。
