Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a dental instrument storage case that stores dental grinding tools and the like.
Background
Dental instruments such as dental grinding tools attached to a handpiece are stored in a dedicated box and sold or transported. In addition, when used for treatment, the dental polishing tool is taken out of the storage case and attached to the handpiece, but since such a dental polishing tool is small in size, it is necessary to perform operations such as attachment by pinching with fingertips. Further, since the dental instrument is accommodated in the accommodating case so as not to move, it is an unexpected troublesome work to pinch and take out the dental instrument from the accommodating case.
The storage case described in patent document 1 and patent document 2 includes a mechanism that can change the holding angle of the dental instrument in order to make the instrument easily removable. Fig. 4 and 5 are views showing a conventional storage case for dental instruments.
The storage case 100 shown in fig. 4 and 5 has a storage portion 101 and a lid portion 102, and is configured such that: when the cover 102 is opened, the angle of the housing 101 is changed, and the dental instrument 50 is exposed and easily removed. At this time, although the dental instrument 50 is surely easily taken out, since a plurality of dental instruments 50 are accommodated in parallel, there are problems such as the following when taken out: the fingernail touches or hooks the adjacent instrument to cause the adjacent instrument to fall off.

Problems to be solved by the invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a dental instrument storage case that can easily take out only necessary dental instruments among dental instruments stored in parallel.
Means for solving the problems
A dental instrument storage case according to the present invention stores a plurality of dental instruments having a shaft portion and an operation portion in parallel, the dental instrument storage case including: a receiving recess; and a fixing groove, wherein the shaft portion of each dental instrument is held in the receiving recess, and the shaft end portion of the shaft portion is pressed from above from the held state, and the shaft end portion is clamped and fixed in the fixing groove, whereby the working portion is lifted up and obliquely raised and fixed.
The receiving recess may be configured to be fitted to each dental instrument at a plurality of positions including both the shaft end portion side and the working portion side of the shaft portion, and when the shaft end portion is pressed down from above, the fitting on the working portion side may be released, and the dental instrument may be inclined and raised with the receiving recess on the shaft end portion side as a fulcrum.
The bottom surface of the dental instrument housing case may further include an upright hole into which a shaft end of the dental instrument is inserted, and the dental instrument may be held upright.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, a plurality of dental instruments stored in parallel can be fixed by obliquely standing the dental instruments in a state where the working unit is lifted up, and therefore, the present invention provides the following effects: it is possible to prepare a state in which only the dental instrument to be used can be easily taken out.
In addition, the following effects are also provided: the dental appliance can be removed more easily if it is held upright in the upright hole, and furthermore, can be used for temporary placement when exchanged with other dental appliances after use.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a view showing a dental instrument storage case of the present invention, wherein (a) is a plan view, (b) is a plan view showing a state in which a dental instrument is stored, and (c) is a perspective view. The dental instrument storage case 10 is a resin-molded storage case that stores a plurality of dental instruments 50 in parallel. The rightmost dental device 50 in fig. 1 (b) is held upright in the upright hole 40.
The dental instrument storage case 10 is configured by: a body portion 11 having a portion for housing the dental instrument 50; and a lid portion 12 having a pressing portion 13 for pressing the dental instrument 50 from above, wherein the lid portion 12 is configured to be openable and closable with respect to the body portion 11. Although not shown, the lid 12 may be configured to slide with respect to the body 11 to open and close. Further, the main body portion 11 includes: a housing recess 20 for horizontally fitting and housing the dental instrument 50; and a fixing groove 30 for fixing the shaft end 51a of the dental instrument 50 obliquely with the shaft end interposed therebetween. An upright hole 40 for vertically holding the dental instrument 50 may be provided in the bottom surface 11a of the main body 11.
The receiving recess 20 receives the dental instrument 50 in a substantially horizontal state by fitting the shaft portion 51 of the dental instrument 50 thereto. The dental instrument 50 is represented by a dental polishing tool having an operation portion 52 and a shaft portion 51 attached to a handpiece, but it is sufficient that the shaft portion 51 can be fitted and stored in an instrument other than the dental polishing tool. Although the housing recess 20 may be configured to fit and house 1 dental instrument 50 at 1 point, if it is configured to fit and house at 2 points, such as the housing recess 20a on the shaft end portion side of the shaft portion 51 and the housing recess 20b on the working portion side, as shown in fig. 1, there is an advantage that it can be horizontally housed in a more stable state. Although not shown, another housing recess may be provided between the housing recess 20a on the shaft end portion side and the housing recess 20b on the working portion side.
The fixing groove 30 is a groove having a width capable of fixing the shaft end 51a of the dental instrument 50 by sandwiching the shaft end 51a when the shaft end 51a is pressed toward the bottom surface 11a of the dental instrument housing case 10, that is, a groove having a width equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the shaft 51. The length of the fixing groove 30 is preferably 4mm or more because it is a length in which the tip is easily inserted. On the other hand, in order to make the lifting angle of the working unit 52 a certain angle or more and to facilitate the removal, it is preferable to press down the entire length of the dental instrument 50 within a range of about the proximal side 1/3, and therefore it is desirable to set the upper limit according to the size of the dental instrument 50. In the present embodiment, the length of the fixing groove 30 is set in the following manner: a space for accommodating the working part 52 (the working part 52 side portion bounded by the accommodating recess 20 into which the shaft part 51 is fitted) is secured largely in the bottom surface 11a, and it is possible to cope with not only the dental instrument 50 having a long working part 52 but also the dental instrument 50 having a short shaft part 51. Accordingly, the length of the fixing groove 30 is preferably about 4mm to 7mm, but is not limited thereto. Further, the direction of the groove is directed in the same direction as the axial direction of the dental instrument 50. Here, since the fitting position of the housing concave portion 20 moves forward and backward on the shaft portion 51 due to the length of the shaft portion 51 of the dental instrument 50, the length of the working portion 52, and the like, the shaft end portion 51a is also shifted forward and backward at a position reaching the bottom surface of the dental instrument housing case 10 when the shaft end portion 51a is pressed down. However, since the deviation always occurs only in the axial direction of the dental instrument 50, the deviation does not become a problem when the shaft end 51a is fixed as long as the direction of the fixing groove 30 is the same as the axial direction of the dental instrument 50.
The upright hole 40 is a hole provided in the bottom surface 11a of the dental device storage case 10, and into which the shaft end 51a of the dental device 50 is inserted and held upright. That is, the diameter of the upright hole 40 must be a diameter that allows the shaft end 51a to fit snugly therein or a diameter slightly larger than the shaft 51. If the diameter is too small, the shaft end 51a cannot be fitted, and if the diameter is too large, the shaft end 51a falls down, and therefore, the diameter may be so large that the dental instrument 50 can be held upright. The vertical hole 40 may be an annular projection provided on the bottom surface 11a, or may be a hole hollowed out in the bottom surface 11 a. The position of the upright hole 40 may be between the storage recess 20a on the shaft end portion side and the storage recess 20b on the working portion side as shown in fig. 1, but the position is not particularly limited and may be any position on the bottom surface 11a of the dental device storage cassette 10.
Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a in fig. 1 (b) and accommodating the dental device in the accommodating recess and the upright hole. The leftmost accommodation recess 20 in fig. 2 shows a state in which the shaft portion 51 is placed on and held by the entrance portion of the accommodation recess 20 just before the dental instrument 50 is fitted. The receiving recess 20 is configured to press and fit the shaft portion 51 from an entrance portion slightly narrower than the diameter of the shaft portion 51 of the dental instrument 50 toward the bottom surface 11a (in the direction of the arrow). The recess cross section of the working recess 20 is almost the same as the cross section of the shaft 51, and the dental instrument 50 is held horizontally in the fitted state (the 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th accommodating recesses 20 from the left in fig. 2). The fitting and housing may be performed by completely fixing the dental instrument 50 or by providing a margin to the extent that the dental instrument can move slightly. Since the dental instrument 50 does not roll in the dental instrument housing case 10 when it is conveyed, if the dental instrument 50 is pressed from above by the pressing portion 13 of the lid portion 12, there is no problem even in the case of a structure in which the dental instrument is fitted and housed with a margin. Conversely, if the dental instrument 50 can be completely fixed only by the receiving recess 20, the pressing portion 13 may not be necessary.
The rightmost dental instrument 50 in fig. 2 is shown in a state where the shaft end 51a is inserted into the upright hole 40 and held upright. The vertical hole 40 is provided in the bottom surface 11a and has substantially the same diameter as the diameter of the shaft end 51a as described above. The vertical hole 40 is used for preparation before use and also for temporary placement of a dental instrument 50 that has been used once.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view illustrating a storage state of the dental instrument, wherein (a) is a horizontally held state, and (b) is a state in which the working unit is lifted and obliquely raised. Since it is troublesome to take out the dental instrument 50 in a state where the dental instrument 50 is horizontally held in the housing recess 20, it is preferable to prepare for use by simply standing up the dental instrument 50 to be used and easily pinching it. Here, by pressing down the vicinity of the shaft end 51a of the dental instrument 50 toward the bottom surface 11a (arrow direction) of the dental instrument housing case 10, the fitting of the accommodating recess 20b on the working portion side is released, and the working portion 52 of the dental instrument 50 is lifted up with the accommodating recess 20a on the shaft end side as a fulcrum. At this time, since the fitting of the receiving recess 20a on the shaft end portion side is not completely released, if the shaft end portion 51a is clamped into the fixing groove 30, the dental instrument 50 can be fixed in an obliquely standing state.
In order to raise the dental instrument 50 obliquely as described above, the shaft end 51 may be pressed down by the fingertip, so that only the dental instrument 50 to be used can be raised easily. Further, after the dental instrument 50 is taken out from the obliquely standing state, the dental instrument 50 may be vertically stood in the standing hole 40, and thus, it is easier to take out only the dental instrument 50 to be used and prepare it.
