Abstract

背景

概述

参考图1和图2,根据本发明的一个方面的示例性可调节添加剂套筒100可以与诸如便携式水瓶的容器10组合使用,其具有与容器主体螺纹和密封接合的盖20。盖20可以包括与其整体形成的手提把手24。一个或多个通气孔21设置在盖20中以允许空气流入容器20的内部。

还将认识到,合适的热塑性聚合物可用于形成各种上述元件,包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚碳酸酯、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)等。
应当理解,在其各个方面对本发明的其它变化和修改的实施对于本领域普通技术人员来说是显而易见的,并且本发明不受本文所述的具体实施方案的限制。因此,本发明预期将覆盖落入本文所描述的概念的精神和范围内的任何和所有修改、变化或等同物。
Claims (20)
1.一种套筒,其用于将希望量的添加剂递送到通过所述套筒的基础流体,所述套筒包括:
套筒基座,其具有其中限定的基础流体流动路径,用于允许基础流体流动通过所述套筒基座,所述套筒基座包括其中限定的添加剂储存器,用于容纳添加剂的供应,所述套筒基座还限定添加剂流动路径,其允许来自添加剂储存器的添加剂流动到基础流体流动路径;喷嘴,其与所述套筒基座配合并且包括其中限定的喷嘴流体流动路径,所述喷嘴流体流动路径允许来自套筒基础流体流动路径的添加剂和基础流体混合物流动到喷嘴的分配端,且通过套筒基座内的喷嘴的旋转来调节与基础流体混合的添加剂的量;和
计量元件,其设置在添加剂流动路径中,以调节从添加剂流动路径流动到基础流体流动路径的添加剂的流动;
其中,在所述套筒基座的内环形壁中形成一个或多个添加剂计量端口。
2.权利要求1所述的套筒,其中所述计量元件包括在所述喷嘴上的表面。
3.权利要求1所述的套筒,其中所述计量元件包括在套筒基座中限定的至少一个端口,所述端口还限定添加剂流动路径的至少部分。
4.权利要求1所述的套筒,其中所述喷嘴与所述套筒基座配合,并且相对于所述套筒基座是可旋转的,以调节从添加剂流动路径流动到基础流体流动路径的添加剂的流动。
5.权利要求1所述的套筒,其中所述添加剂储存器被定义为套筒基座的内环形壁和外环形壁之间的环形空间,并且其中所述计量元件包括在套筒基座的内环形壁上形成的孔的矩阵。
6.权利要求5所述的套筒,其中所述喷嘴包括装配在套筒基座中的相应环形件内的环形杆,并且其中所述计量元件还包括在喷嘴环形杆上的表面,所述表面可以选择性地阻塞孔中的一个或多个。
7.权利要求1所述的套筒,还包括用于防止基础流体回流的止回阀。
8.权利要求1所述的套筒,还包括设置在喷嘴流体流动路径内以提高添加剂和基础流体混合物的混合的湍流产生突起。
9.权利要求1所述的套筒,其中所述基座包括用于接合容器的相应螺纹部分的螺纹套环。
10.权利要求1所述的套筒,其中所述喷嘴在套筒基座内是可旋转的,并且其中所述喷嘴包括多个计量调节棘爪,并且其中所述套筒基座包括干涉突起,所述干涉突起适于接合所述计量调节棘爪以将所述喷嘴固定在相对于套筒基座固定的旋转位置。
11.一种可调节的添加剂递送系统,其包括:
具有用于容纳基础流体的内部空间的容器;
用于封闭所述容器的盖,所述盖适于容纳在其中的套筒,并且包括其中限定的盖流动路径,用于允许基础流体从内部容器空间流动;和
套筒,其用于当基础流体流动通过所述套筒时将希望量的添加剂递送到所述基础流体,所述套筒包括:
i)套筒基座,其具有其中限定的基础流体流动路径,用于允许基础流体流动通过所述套筒基座,所述套筒基座包括其中限定的添加剂储存器,用于容纳添加剂的供应,所述套筒基座还限定添加剂流动路径,其允许来自添加剂储存器的添加剂流动到基础流体流动路径;
ii)喷嘴,其与所述套筒基座配合并且包括其中限定的喷嘴流体流动路径,所述喷嘴流体流动路径允许来自套筒基础流体流动路径的添加剂和基础流体混合物流动到喷嘴的分配端,且通过套筒基座内的喷嘴的旋转来调节与基础流体混合的添加剂的量;和
iii)计量元件,其设置在添加剂流动路径中,以调节从添加剂流动路径流动到基础流体流动路径的添加剂的流动;
其中,在套筒基座的内环形壁中形成一个或多个添加剂计量端口。
12.权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述计量元件包括在所述喷嘴上的表面。
13.权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述计量元件包括在套筒基座中限定的至少一个端口,所述端口还限定添加剂流动路径的至少部分。
14.权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述喷嘴与所述套筒基座配合,并且相对于所述套筒基座是可旋转的,以调节从添加剂流动路径流动到基础流体流动路径的添加剂的流动。
15.权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述添加剂储存器被定义为套筒基座的内环形壁和外环形壁之间的环形空间,并且其中所述计量元件包括在套筒基座的内环形壁上形成的孔的矩阵。
16.权利要求15所述的系统,其中所述喷嘴包括装配在套筒基座中的相应环形件内的环形杆,并且其中所述计量元件还包括在喷嘴环形杆上的表面,所述表面可以选择性地阻塞孔中的一个或多个。
17.权利要求11所述的系统,还包括用于防止基础流体回流的止回阀。
18.权利要求11所述的系统,还包括设置在喷嘴流体流动路径内以提高添加剂和基础流体混合物的混合的湍流产生突起。
