技术领域
本发明涉及燃气灶具制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于燃气灶具的炉头。
背景技术
燃气灶具是指以液化石油气、人工煤气、天然气等气体燃料进行直火加热的厨房用具,燃气从进气管进入灶内,经过燃气阀的调节进入炉头中,同时混合一部分空气,这些混合气体从分火器的火孔中喷出同时被点火装置点燃形成火焰,这些火焰被用来加热置于锅支架上的炊具。炉头也称燃烧器头部,一般与引射器连成一体,炉头上面放置火盖,便组成一个燃烧器头部组件;炉头的作用主要是把燃气与空气的混合气体均匀地分布到火孔上。现有燃气灶具的炉头中的燃气与空气在混合腔内混合不够均匀,造成燃气不能充分燃烧,热效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种燃气灶具的炉头,可以解决燃气与空气在混合腔内混合不够均匀,造成燃气不能充分燃烧,热效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种燃气灶具的炉头,包括有炉头本体,所述炉头本体设有混合腔和位于所述混合腔下方的进气腔,所述进气腔连通进风管,在所述进气腔穿装有上端伸入所述混合腔的燃气管,所述燃气管的上端部设有圆台形的出气头,所述出气头的圆台侧面分布有燃气喷嘴,在所述混合腔的侧壁上装有呈螺旋形的导流板。
上述燃气灶具的炉头技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:在所述炉头本体的上部设有中部火槽和外环火槽,所述中部火槽上装有侧面分布有火焰孔的中部火盖,所述外环火槽上装有上端分布有火焰孔的外环火盖。
进一步的,在所述炉头本体上位于所述外环火盖的外侧设有挡风环板,所述挡风环板上分布有通孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明燃气管的上端部设有圆台形的出气头,出气头的圆台侧面分布有燃气喷嘴,在混合腔的侧壁上装有呈螺旋形的导流板;使燃气和空气在导流板的引导下向上流动混合,燃气和空气充分混合均匀,燃气能够充分燃烧,提高热效率。
2、在炉头本体的上部设有中部火槽和外环火槽,中部火槽上装有侧面分布有火焰孔的中部火盖,外环火槽上装有上端分布有火焰孔的外环火盖;燃烧的火焰分布均匀,燃气利用率提高。
3、在炉头本体上位于外环火盖的外侧设有挡风环板,挡风环板上分布有通孔;使炉头本体上端口周边的空气不能直接进入火焰根部,燃气的燃烧效果良好。

如图1所示的一种燃气灶具的炉头,包括有炉头本体1,炉头本体1具有混合腔1-1和位于混合腔1-1下方的进气腔1-2,进气腔1-2连通进风管3,在进气腔1-2穿装有上端伸入混合腔1-1的燃气管2,燃气管2的上端部连接有圆台形的出气头2-1,出气头2-1的圆台侧面分布有燃气喷嘴,在混合腔1-1的侧壁上装有呈螺旋形的导流板4。在炉头本体1的上部设置有中部火槽6和外环火槽8,中部火槽6上装有侧面分布有火焰孔的中部火盖7,外环火槽8上装有上端分布有火焰孔的外环火盖9。在炉头本体1上位于外环火盖9的外侧装有挡风环板10,挡风环板10上分布有通孔,在挡风环板10与外环火盖9之间装有环形支座5。
本发明燃气管2的上端部设有圆台形的出气头2-1,出气头2-1的圆台侧面分布有燃气喷嘴,在混合腔1-1的侧壁上装有呈螺旋形的导流板4;使燃气和空气在导流板4的引导下向上流动混合,燃气和空气充分混合均匀,燃气能够充分燃烧,提高热效率。

1.一种燃气灶具的炉头,包括有炉头本体(1),所述炉头本体(1)设有混合腔(1-1)和位于所述混合腔(1-1)下方的进气腔(1-2),所述进气腔(1-2)连通进风管(3),在所述进气腔(1-2)穿装有上端伸入所述混合腔(1-1)的燃气管(2),其特征在于:所述燃气管(2)的上端部设有圆台形的出气头(2-1),所述出气头(2-1)的圆台侧面分布有燃气喷嘴,在所述混合腔(1-1)的侧壁上装有呈螺旋形的导流板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述燃气灶具的炉头,其特征在于:在所述炉头本体(1)的上部设有中部火槽(6)和外环火槽(8),所述中部火槽(6)上装有侧面分布有火焰孔的中部火盖(7),所述外环火槽(8)上装有上端分布有火焰孔的外环火盖(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述燃气灶具的炉头,其特征在于:在所述炉头本体(1)上位于所述外环火盖(9)的外侧设有挡风环板(10),所述挡风环板(10)上分布有通孔。
