背景技术
随着科技的进步,消费者审美的转变及环保意识的逐渐加强,窗帘不仅体现一个房间的表情,也反映了主人的生活品味和情趣,一款落落大方、简约高雅的窗帘,可以为居室锦上添花。除了装饰功能外,窗帘的材质、功能、舒适度也与我们的健康、生活息息相关。
每到夏季,不仅紫外线照射强烈,而且蚊虫也随处可见,众所周知:太阳光谱中的紫外线不仅使纺织品褪色和脆化,也可使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康;而蚊虫可传播多种疾病,如中华按蚊传播疟疾,三带喙库蚊、淡色库蚊传播乙脑,埃及伊蚊、白纹伊蚊传播登革热,嗜人按蚊传播丝虫病等,对人类危害极大,并且蚊虫的骚扰,影响人们的休息和生活,且易于传播疾病;因此,市场上需要一款既能防紫外线,又能驱蚊虫的窗帘面料。
而现有技术中,窗帘面料的防紫外线功能和防蚊虫功能通过相关用途整理液浸轧工艺来实现,该工艺操作复杂,成本高,且目前市面上还没有一种有效的整理液既可以防紫外线又可以防蚊虫。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种防紫外线防蚊虫窗帘面料,本发明的窗帘面料有优越的防紫外线,防蚊虫性能;且本发明的窗帘面料制作简单。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种防紫外线防蚊虫窗帘面料,包括防紫外线遮光层、普通面料层、防蚊虫层;所述防紫外线遮光层和防蚊虫层分别位于普通面料层正反面。
优选地,所述防紫外线层的制作方法是将防紫外线涂抹液涂至普通面料层正面并烘干,烘干温度为60-80℃,烘干时间为0.5-1小时。
优选地,所述防蚊虫层的制作方法是将防蚊虫涂抹液涂至普通面料层反面并烘干,烘干温度为60-80℃,烘干时间为2-3小时。
