Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,该墙纸包括PVC基材层,PU胶功能层和无色防水PU胶保护层,所述的PU胶功能层是由具有防霉,抗菌,防水的PU胶涂覆而成,所述的PU胶由如下重量份的成成份组成:PU乳液100份,天然抗菌剂10‑20份,纳米无机‑有机抗菌剂10‑20份,硅藻土5‑10份,抗氧剂1‑3份,色浆5‑10份,防水防油剂3‑5份,其他助剂1.5‑2份,所述的PU胶保护层是由无色防水PU胶直接涂覆在PU胶功能层上得到的,制备的PVC墙纸具有防水,防霉,色彩鲜艳侧特点。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,属于建筑装饰材料技术领域。
背景技术
墙纸作为一种传统墙面装饰材料,可以美化房间,PVC墙纸由于其柔和的手感,立体、逼真的仿真图案效果,而成为目前使用量最大的墙纸,开发者对PVC墙纸的研究也层出不穷,目前对PVC墙纸的研究主要为以下几方面(1)多功能的纯PVC墙纸,主要是在PVC生产的原料中添加功能填料,如中国专利公开号CN104672702A,此法制备的PVC墙纸添加剂较多,影响墙纸后期的使用性能,(2)以PVC材料为基材层,上面涂覆功能性涂料,如中国专利公开号CN103726415A,此方法制备的PVC墙纸功能具有多样性,但由于选择的功能填料的不同,会严重影响墙纸的美观和后期的实用周期。
本发明就是基于此思路,选择了合适的材料,采用以PVC材料为基材,在上面涂覆PU功能胶,然后在PU胶功能层上在涂覆有无色防水PU胶,此方法制备的PVC墙纸具有防水、防霉,色彩多样持久的优点。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有背景技术中的不足之处,本发明提供了一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,包括PVC基材层,无色防水PU胶保护层,还包括由功能PU胶涂覆的PU胶功能层,所述的功能PU胶由如下重量份的成份组成:
其中,天然抗菌剂是由桧柏油、山梨酸、姜黄根醇、溶菌酶按质量比值为1:1:1-1.5:2-3混合而成。
优选的,所述的PU乳液的固含量为25-35%。
优选的,所述的纳米无机-有机抗菌剂为纳米载Ag壳聚糖、纳米载Zn壳聚糖、纳米载Cu壳聚糖、纳米载TiO2壳聚糖,纳米ZnO壳聚糖中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述的硅藻土的密度为1.98g/cm3,比表面积65m/g。
优选的,所述的色浆为树脂性色浆。
优选的,所述的其他助剂为分散剂,消泡剂,成膜剂,增稠剂中的至少两种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明中采用天然抗菌剂和纳米无机-有机抗菌剂相结合的技术,两种杀菌剂相互协同作用,获得PVC墙纸具有持久杀菌的效果。
2.本发明中采用在PU胶功能层上再涂覆无色防水PU胶保护层的技术,获得PVC墙纸具有防水,色彩持久的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
1)天然抗菌剂的制备:取质量比为1:1:1.5:2.5的桧柏油、山梨酸、姜黄根醇、溶菌酶,先将山梨酸、姜黄根醇加入到桧柏油中,在高速搅拌机中搅拌4min,然后加入溶菌酶,继续搅拌5min,混合均匀,得天然抗菌剂。
2)防水防霉的PVC墙纸的制备:取100份固含量30%的PU乳液,依次加入8份密度为1.98g/cm3,比表面积65m/g的硅藻土,8份PU色浆,2份抗氧剂,4份防水防油剂,1.5份的由分散剂,消泡剂,成膜剂混合而成的其他助剂,在高速分散搅拌机中进行混合搅拌10min,然后加入上述制备的天然杀菌剂10份,继续混合搅拌5min,再加入由纳米载Ag壳聚糖和纳米载TiO2壳聚糖混合的纳米无机-有机抗菌剂10份,继续搅拌15min,混合均匀后,得功能PU胶,然后采用直接涂覆法在PVC基材上进行涂覆功能PU胶,涂覆厚度0.2mm,然后在80℃下干燥,干燥后,经过热轧光后,再进行无色防水PU胶保护层的涂覆,涂覆量0.1mm,然后在70℃下干燥,得防水防霉的PVC墙纸。
实施例2
本实施例的制备方法同实施例1,不同的是天然抗菌剂为20份。
实施例3
本实施例的制备方法同实施例2,不同的是纳米无机-有机抗菌剂为20份。
对实施例制备出来的防水防霉PVC墙纸的性能进行检测,检测结果如下:经检测甲醛去除率达94.5%,异味去除率92.1%,抗菌率95.9%(实验菌种:大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,巨大芽孢杆菌,枯草杆菌,荧光假单胞杆菌),抗霉菌0级,防水系数为1500mm,且实施例3制备的防水防霉PVC墙纸的抗菌性最好达97.8%。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同。
Claims (6)
1.一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,包括PVC基材层,无色防水PU胶保护层,其特征在于:还包括由功能PU胶涂覆的PU胶功能层,所述的功能PU胶由如下重量份的成份组成:
其中,天然抗菌剂是由桧柏油、山梨酸、姜黄根醇、溶菌酶按质量比值为1:1:1-1.5:2-3混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,其特征在于:所述的PU乳液的固含量为25-35%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,其特征在于:所述的纳米无机-有机抗菌剂为纳米载Ag壳聚糖、纳米载Zn壳聚糖、纳米载Cu壳聚糖、纳米载TiO2壳聚糖,纳米ZnO壳聚糖中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,其特征在于:所述的硅藻土的密度为1.98g/cm3,比表面积65m/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,其特征在于:所述的色浆为树脂性色浆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防霉的PVC墙纸,其特征在于:所述的其他助剂为分散剂,消泡剂,成膜剂,增稠剂中的至少两种。
