本发明公开了一种可防尘、防结露的玻璃涂层,包括丙烯酸共聚物、水性树脂分散体,丙烯酸共聚物的原料组成为:异丙醇:35‑45份,苯乙烯:35‑45份,丙烯酸正丁酯:35‑45份,丙烯酸‑β‑羟乙酯:8‑12份,丙烯酸:5‑10份,偶氮二异丁腈:2‑5份,偶氮‑2‑二甲基戊腈:0.5‑1.5份,丙醇:10‑20份,γ‑甲基丙烯酸羟丙基三甲氧基硅烷:2‑5份;水性树脂分散体的原料组成为:十二烷基磺酸钠:2‑5份,胶体二氧化硅40‑60份,去离子水:140‑160份,丙烯酸‑β‑羟乙酯:35‑45份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯:25‑35份,苯乙烯:25‑35份,丙烯酸:0.5‑1.5份,过硫酸钠:0.5‑1份;上述份数均为质量份数。本发明先行喷涂丙烯酸共聚物,再喷涂水性树脂分散体,水性树脂分散体可以让玻璃表面更加饱满、光滑,纺织灰尘、水汽的粘结。

本发明涉及一种玻璃涂层,尤其是一种可防尘、防结露的玻璃涂层。
背景技术
现在窗户一般都是采用玻璃,但玻璃一般遇到灰尘粘上后就不便于擦洗,因为现在都住在小区中,高层住宅很普遍,清洗室外一面的玻璃不仅困难,而且还很危险,而且玻璃都冬天的时候遇到室内外温差太大就会导致玻璃表面蒙上一层雾气、露水,这样就无法看到窗外的景色。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可防尘、防结露的玻璃涂层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可防尘、防结露的玻璃涂层,其特征在于,包括丙烯酸共聚物、水性树脂分散体,丙烯酸共聚物的原料组成为:
异丙醇:35-45份,
苯乙烯:35-45份,
丙烯酸正丁酯:35-45份,
丙烯酸-β- 羟乙酯:8-12份,
丙烯酸:5-10份,
偶氮二异丁腈:2-5份,
偶氮-2-二甲基戊腈:0.5-1.5份,
丙醇:10-20份,
γ-甲基丙烯酸羟丙基三甲氧基硅烷:2-5份;
水性树脂分散体的原料组成为:
十二烷基磺酸钠:2-5份,
胶体二氧化硅40-60份,
去离子水:140-160份,
丙烯酸-β- 羟乙酯:35-45份,
甲基丙烯酸甲酯:25-35份,
苯乙烯:25-35份,
丙烯酸:0.5-1.5份,
过硫酸钠:0.5-1份;
上述份数均为质量份数。

本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明的涂层适合用于玻璃上,只需将玻璃表面清洗干净再干燥后就可采用喷涂、刷涂或辊涂的方式对其进行操作,先行喷涂丙烯酸共聚物,然后再喷涂水性树脂分散体,水性树脂分散体可以让玻璃表面更加饱满、光滑,纺织灰尘、水汽的粘结。

一种可防尘、防结露的玻璃涂层,包括丙烯酸共聚物、水性树脂分散体,丙烯酸共聚物的原料组成为:
异丙醇:35-45份,
苯乙烯:35-45份,
丙烯酸正丁酯:35-45份,
丙烯酸-β- 羟乙酯:8-12份,
丙烯酸:5-10份,
偶氮二异丁腈:2-5份,
偶氮-2-二甲基戊腈:0.5-1.5份,
丙醇:10-20份,
γ-甲基丙烯酸羟丙基三甲氧基硅烷:2-5份;
水性树脂分散体的原料组成为:
十二烷基磺酸钠:2-5份,
胶体二氧化硅40-60份,
去离子水:140-160份,
丙烯酸-β- 羟乙酯:35-45份,
甲基丙烯酸甲酯:25-35份,
苯乙烯:25-35份,
丙烯酸:0.5-1.5份,
过硫酸钠:0.5-1份;

偶氮二异丁腈:2-5份,
偶氮-2-二甲基戊腈:0.5-1.5份,
丙醇:10-20份,
γ-甲基丙烯酸羟丙基三甲氧基硅烷:2-5份;
水性树脂分散体的原料组成为:
十二烷基磺酸钠:2-5份,
胶体二氧化硅40-60份,
去离子水:140-160份,
丙烯酸-β- 羟乙酯:35-45份,
甲基丙烯酸甲酯:25-35份,
苯乙烯:25-35份,
丙烯酸:0.5-1.5份,
过硫酸钠:0.5-1份;
