本发明公开了一种汽车离合踏板防变形冷却激光焊接装置,包括底板,其特征在于:所述底板上设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱的顶部固定安装有横梁板,所述横梁板上固定安装有激光焊接头,所述激光焊接头的一侧设有连杆,所述连杆的下端固定连接有保护气体喷射罩,所述保护气体喷射罩内设有保护气体管道,所述保护气体管道侧壁上设有通气孔,所述保护气体管道连接外部的气源,所述横梁板上设有焊接质量检测摄像头,所述底板上设有滑槽。本发明结构简单,焊接牢固,且不易变形,工件夹持牢固,且工件表面焊接质量稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件加工设备,具体是一种汽车离合踏板防变形冷却激光焊接装置。
背景技术
汽车零件加工设计多种加工设备和方法,焊接夹具是汽车的车身在焊接过程中需要使用的一种重要工艺装备,焊接夹具的作用主要是 :汽车车身是由若干个大小、形状和厚度不一样的零件组成,各种零件需要通过焊接进行连接组成车身,在焊接过程中零件会产生尺寸的偏差,而为解决零件在焊接过程中产生的尺寸偏差,需在焊接时使用焊接夹具上进行夹紧定位,以保证零件的焊接精度。
对于现有的焊接夹具,当两个高度不同的零件需依次进行夹紧焊接时,由于受零件夹紧部位的位置的大小的限制,需由两套焊接夹具依次进行夹紧才能实现良好的夹紧定位。 但是,使用两套焊接夹具占用的空间位置较大,容易出现干涉问题,控制操作不方便,制造成本较高通常,对于较为复杂的焊接件,其焊缝也较为复杂,为了保证焊接质量,就需要不断搬动焊接件变换位置来进行焊接,这样焊接工人的劳动强度大且焊接效率低。因此人们开始设计焊接件的变位装置来替代手工变换焊接件的位置。
现有技术中,工件在进行激光焊接的过程中容易出现工件由于受热过大导致工件变形,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明 目的是提供了一种结构简单,焊接牢固,且不易变形,工件夹持牢固,且工件表面焊接质量稳定的汽车离合踏板防变形冷却激光焊接装置。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种汽车离合踏板防变形冷却激光焊接装置,包括底板,其特征在于:所述底板上设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱的顶部固定安装有横梁板,所述横梁板上固定安装有激光焊接头,所述激光焊接头的一侧设有连杆,所述连杆的下端固定连接有保护气体喷射罩,所述保护气体喷射罩内设有保护气体管道,所述保护气体管道侧壁上设有通气孔,所述保护气体管道连接外部的气源,所述横梁板上设有焊接质量检测摄像头,所述底板上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有滑动安装有焊接座,所述焊接座内设有水冷通道,所焊接座的侧壁上设有齿轮,所述齿轮上配合有齿条,所述齿条的端部设有压紧板,所述焊接座的左端铰接有连杆,所述连杆的侧壁上设有弧形卡接板,所述连杆的一端通过气缸铰接。
所述焊接座的左端设有限位卡接缺口。
本发明在底板上设有支撑柱,在支撑柱的顶部固定安装有横梁板,在横梁板上固定安装有激光焊接头,在激光焊接头的一侧设有连杆,在连杆的下端固定连接保护气体喷射罩,在保护气体喷射罩内设有保护气体管道,连接外部通气管道,这样工件焊接的质量好,在横梁板上设有焊接质量检测摄像头,在底板上设有滑槽,在滑槽内滑动安装有焊接座,在缓解座内设有水冷通道,能够及时对工件进行降温,使得工件形状得到很好的保护,防止工件变形 。

参见附图,一种汽车离合踏板防变形冷却激光焊接装置,包括底板1,所述底板1上设有支撑柱2,所述支撑柱2的顶部固定安装有横梁板3,所述横梁板3上固定安装有激光焊接头4,所述激光焊接头4的一侧设有连杆5,所述连杆5的下端固定连接有保护气体喷射罩6,所述保护气体喷射罩6内设有保护气体管道7,所述保护气体管道7侧壁上设有通气孔8,所述保护气体管道7连接外部的气源9,所述横梁板3上设有焊接质量检测摄像头,所述底板1上设有滑槽10,所述滑槽10内设有滑动安装有焊接座11,所述焊接座11内设有水冷通道12,所焊接座11的侧壁上设有齿轮13,所述齿轮13上配合有齿条14,所述齿条14的端部设有压紧板15,所述焊接座11的左端铰接有连杆16,所述连杆16的侧壁上设有弧形卡接板17,所述连杆16的一端通过气缸18铰接。
所述焊接座11的左端设有限位卡接缺口19。

1.一种汽车离合踏板防变形冷却激光焊接装置,包括底板,其特征在于:所述底板上设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱的顶部固定安装有横梁板,所述横梁板上固定安装有激光焊接头,所述激光焊接头的一侧设有连杆,所述连杆的下端固定连接有保护气体喷射罩,所述保护气体喷射罩内设有保护气体管道,所述保护气体管道侧壁上设有通气孔,所述保护气体管道连接外部的气源,所述横梁板上设有焊接质量检测摄像头,所述底板上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有滑动安装有焊接座,所述焊接座内设有水冷通道,所焊接座的侧壁上设有齿轮,所述齿轮上配合有齿条,所述齿条的端部设有压紧板,所述焊接座的左端铰接有连杆,所述连杆的侧壁上设有弧形卡接板,所述连杆的一端通过气缸铰接。
