The invention relates to a high-precision throwing lifting device which comprises an eccentric wheel, a motor, a mounting seat, a throwing mechanism, a sliding plate mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein the motor is connected with the eccentric wheel and used for driving the eccentric wheel to rotate, the mounting seat is arranged above the eccentric wheel and is in contact with the peripheral surface of the eccentric wheel, the throwing mechanism is fixed on the mounting seat and synchronously moves along with the mounting seat, the sliding plate mechanism is arranged on the side surface of the mounting seat and used for driving the mounting seat to lift, and the lifting mechanism is arranged on the side surface of the sliding plate mechanism and used for driving the sliding plate mechanism to lift; the eccentric wheel is provided with a detection piece protruding out of the peripheral surface of the eccentric wheel, and a sensor matched with the detection piece is arranged below the eccentric wheel.
