一种槐花中草药牙粉工艺，牙粉是日常生活中常用的清洁用品，随着科学技术的不断发展，工艺装备的不断改进和完善，各种类型的牙粉相继问世，产品的质量和档次不断提高，现在的牙粉品种已由单一的清洁型牙粉，发展成为品种齐全、功能多样，中草药牙粉是牙粉类型的一种，因其含有中草药，主要具有止血、清火、抗菌、消炎、抗过敏、增白等功效，可以起到对病源的防治，从根本解决问题，针对上述现有技术，本发明提供了一种槐花中草药牙粉工艺，其含有槐花的提取物，对多种口腔疾病具有防治作用，能防治牙周炎、牙龈炎、蛀牙、口腔粘膜发炎、口臭等多种口腔疾病，同时安全性高，无副作用。

背景技术
牙粉是日常生活中常用的清洁用品，随着科学技术的不断发展，工艺装备的不断改进和完善，各种类型的牙粉相继问世，产品的质量和档次不断提高，现在的牙粉品种已由单一的清洁型牙粉，发展成为品种齐全、功能多样，中草药牙粉是牙粉类型的一种，因其含有中草药，主要具有止血、清火、抗菌、消炎、抗过敏、增白等功效，可以起到对病源的防治，从根本解决问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术，本发明提供了一种槐花中草药牙粉工艺，其含有槐花的提取物，对多种口腔疾病具有防治作用，能防治牙周炎、牙龈炎、蛀牙、口腔粘膜发炎、口臭等多种口腔疾病，同时安全性高，无副作用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种槐花中草药牙膏粉，由牙粉粉体基质和中草药提取干粉组成，其中，中草药提取干粉各占15～20％(质量百分数)，余量为牙粉粉体基质；所述中草药提取干粉是由槐花、蛇莓、白芷、鸡骨草为原料制备得到的。
进一步的，所述融合精华提取干粉是通过以下方法制备得到的：
(1) 制备槐花：取槐花清洗2-3次，用25-30倍重量的乙醇浸泡后，经干燥器进行干燥，将干燥后的槐花，放入萃取罐中，45-50℃萃取50-60分钟，60℃～70℃加热回流提取2-3次，获得提取液。
优选的，再将提取液由喷雾塔喷雾得20％提取物干粉。
(2)制备蛇莓：取蛇莓清洗2-3次，用25-30倍重量的乙醇浸泡后，经干燥器进行干燥，将干燥后的蛇莓，放入萃取罐中，45-50℃萃取50-60分钟，60℃～70℃加热回流提取2-3次，获得提取液。
优选的，再将提取液由喷雾塔喷雾得10％提取物干粉。
(3) 制备白芷：取白芷清洗2-3次，用25-30倍重量的乙醇浸泡后，经干燥器进行干燥，将干燥后的白芷，放入萃取罐中，45-50℃萃取50-60分钟，60℃～70℃加热回流提取2-3次，获得提取液。
优选的，再将提取液由喷雾塔喷雾得20％提取物干粉。
(4) 制备鸡骨草：取鸡骨草清洗2-3次，用25-30倍重量的乙醇浸泡后，经干燥器进行干燥，将干燥后的鸡骨草，放入萃取罐中，45-50℃萃取50-60分钟，60℃～70℃加热回流提取2-3次，获得提取液。
优选的，再将提取液由喷雾塔喷雾得15％提取物干粉。
(5) 一种槐花中草药牙粉工艺的制备方法为：
制备中草药的提取干粉，(质量百分数)：将槐花20％、蛇莓10％、白芷20％、鸡骨草15％，加入牙粉粉体基质中，混匀，即得。
本发明的槐花中草药牙粉工艺药理作用：
1.选用珍稀中草药槐花～味苦、性平。归肝、肺、心、大肠经。凉血止血, 淸肝明目, 肠风便血, 痔疮下血, 血痢, 尿血, 痈肿疮疡, 吐血, 肝热目赤。
2. 选用珍稀中草药蛇莓～味苦，性寒。归肝、肺、大肠经。清热, 凉血, 消肿, 解毒,吐血, 咽喉肿痛, 痢疾, 痈肿, 疔疮, 蛇虫咬伤, 汤火伤。
3.白芷～味辛、气芳香、微苦、性温。入肺、胃经。消肿祛风，活血排脓，生肌止痛，牙痛，头痛，皮肤瘙痒，防虫美白。
3. 选用珍稀中草药鸡骨草～味甘、苦、性凉。归肾、心、肺、胃、肝经。清热解毒, 舒肝散瘀, 黄疸肝炎, 胃痛, 瘀血疼痛。
本发明的槐花中草药牙粉工艺有益效果：
本发明的槐花中草药牙粉工艺，选用珍稀中草药槐花、蛇莓、白芷、鸡骨草充分利用各中草药发挥药性的特长，清热解毒、扶正固本、凉血止血、祛风消炎、化瘀散结、生肌止痛、防虫美白的特性，通过合理配伍，以牙粉基质为载体，将其精华融入牙粉之中，具有杀菌，消除牙龈出血、口臭、牙痛、牙齿过敏等现象，通过口腔牙周的吸收，起到清本正源的作用。

制备槐花中草药牙粉工艺配方(质量百分数)为：由牙粉粉体基质和中草药提取干粉组成，其中，中草药槐花、蛇莓、白芷、鸡骨草提取干粉各占15～20％，余量为牙粉粉体基质。

制备中草药的提取干粉，(质量百分数)：将槐花20％、蛇莓10％、白芷20％、鸡骨草15％加入牙粉粉体基质中，混匀，即得。
