Background
With the aging tendency of the population of the society and the increase of the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases, the incidence rate of pressure sores also tends to increase. The invention provides a pressure sore prevention reminding device, which comprises: the pressure sensing module, the signal processing module, the signal analysis control module and the alarm reminding module are arranged in the shell; the pressure sensing module comprises at least one friction generator and/or at least one piezoelectric generator and is used for sensing the pressure of the human body acting on the pressure sensing module and outputting a pressure electric signal; the signal processing module is connected with the pressure sensing module and is used for processing the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module; the signal analysis control module is connected with the signal processing module and used for analyzing the pressure electric signal processed by the signal processing module to obtain an analysis result and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result; the alarm reminding module is connected with the signal analysis control module and used for carrying out alarm reminding according to the alarm control signal.

In addition, the pressure sensing module 110 can be made into a sucker with the same shape as the pressed area and directly attached to the skin surface of the human body.
Fig. 2 is a schematic setting diagram of a pressure sensing module in the first embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the pressure sensing module 210 is arranged on a pressure area inside a mattress and a pressure area inside a pillow, wherein a shaded part in fig. 2 is the arranged pressure sensing module 210. The arrangement mode can not only avoid the direct contact of the pressure sensing module 210 with a human body and increase the use comfort of a user, but also reduce the abrasion of the human body to the pressure sensing module 210 and prolong the service life of the pressure sensing module 210.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second arrangement of a pressure sensing module in the first pressure sore prevention reminding device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the pressure sensing module 310 is arranged on a specific pressed area of a garment. In fig. 3, the hatched area is the set pressure sensing module 310, and the set pressure sensing module 310 has the same shape as the specific pressure region. Specifically, the pressure sensing module 310 may be disposed on a specific compression region of the outer surface of the garment or on a specific compression region of the interlayer of the garment. By adopting the setting mode, on one hand, the pressure sensing module 310 can sense the pressure of the human body acting on the pressure sensing module 310 more sensitively and accurately, on the other hand, the direct contact between the pressure sensing module 310 and the human body can be avoided, the use comfort of a user is increased, on the other hand, the abrasion of the human body to the pressure sensing module 310 can be reduced, and the service life of the pressure sensing module 310 is prolonged.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing a third arrangement of a pressure sensing module in the first embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the pressure sensing module 410 is made into a suction cup with the same shape as a pressed area and is directly adsorbed on the surface of the skin of a human body. In fig. 4, the shaded portion is the pressure sensing module 410. This arrangement enables the pressure sensing module 410 to sense the pressure applied to the pressure sensing module 410 more sensitively and accurately.
In addition, besides the three pressure sensing modules, a person skilled in the art may select other setting modes according to actual needs, which is not limited herein. For example, the pressure sensing module can be disposed on a compressed area of the outer surface of the mattress and a compressed area of the outer surface of the pillow, or the pressure sensing module can be disposed on a seat cushion or a wheelchair.
Fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a connection between a pressure sensing module, a signal processing module and a signal analysis control module in an embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the signal processing module 120 includes: a rectifying module 121, a filtering module 122, an amplifying module 123 and an analog-to-digital conversion module 124. The rectifying module 121 is connected to the pressure sensing module 110, and is configured to rectify the pressure electrical signal output by the pressure sensing module 110; the filtering module 122 is connected to the rectifying module 121, and is configured to perform filtering processing on the rectified pressure electrical signal to filter out noise waves; the amplifying module 123 is connected to the filtering module 122, and is configured to amplify the filtered pressure electrical signal; the analog-to-digital conversion module 124 is connected to the amplifying circuit 123, and is configured to convert the analog pressure electrical signal output by the amplifying circuit 123 into a corresponding digital pressure electrical signal, so that the signal analysis control module 130 can analyze the pressure electrical signal. The modules may be configured according to actual needs of those skilled in the art, and are not limited herein. For example, if the pressure electrical signal output by the pressure sensing module 110 does not need to be rectified, the rectifying module 121 may be omitted.
Fig. 6 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a connection between a signal processing module, a signal analysis control module and an alarm reminding module in a first embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the signal analysis control module 130 includes: a central control module 131, a first timer 132 and a second timer 133.
The central control module 131 is connected to the signal processing module 120 and the first timer 132, and is configured to determine whether the pressure electrical signal processed by the signal processing module 120 is greater than or equal to a preset pressure electrical signal threshold, and if so, start the first timer 132 to time to obtain a first timing time. The skilled person can set the preset pressure electrical signal threshold according to the actual need, which is not limited herein.
The central control module 131 is connected to the alarm reminding module 140 and the second timer 133, and is further configured to determine whether the first timing time of the first timer 132 exceeds a first preset time threshold, if so, output an alarm control signal, and start the second timer 133 to time, so as to obtain a second timing time. The first preset time threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein. For example, the first preset time threshold may be set to 120 minutes. The alarm reminding module 140 performs an alarm prompt according to the alarm control signal output by the central control module 131 to prompt the medical staff and/or the guardian that the user needs to turn over.
The central control module 131 is further configured to determine whether a second timing time of the second timer 133 exceeds a second preset time threshold, and if so, determine whether the user has been turned over according to the processed pressure electrical signal. The second preset time threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein. For example, when the second preset time threshold is set to 5 minutes, the user is turned over for a time period equivalent to 5 minutes given to the medical staff and/or the guardian. If the central control module 131 determines that the second timing time of the second timer 133 exceeds the second preset time threshold, the central control module 131 determines whether the user has turned over according to the pressure electrical signal processed by the signal processing module 120.
If the central control module 131 judges that the user is turned over, the first timer 132 and the second timer 133 are cleared; if the central control module 131 determines that the user is not turned over, the first timer 132 is cleared, the second timing time of the second timer 133 is accumulated to the first timer 132, the first timer 132 is started to continue timing, the second timer 133 is cleared, and the time and the number of times that the user is not turned over are stored.
For example, when the central control module 131 determines that the user is not turned over, and the second counted time of the second timer 133 is 5 minutes, the first timer 132 is cleared, 5 minutes of the second timer 133 is accumulated to the first timer 132, and the first timer 132 is started to continue counting. That is, the first timer 132 continues counting from 5 minutes. In the present invention, the first timer 132 counts the second timing time of the second timer 133, and then continues to count the time, so that the time that the user should actually turn over next time can be measured, and the next alarm prompt can be accurately performed. In addition, when the central control module 131 determines that the user is not turned over, the time corresponding to the user that is not turned over each time and the total number of times that the user is not turned over are also stored.
Specifically, the signal analysis control module 130 may be a microcontroller or a micro-control chip, for example, TI low power consumption chips MSP430, 51 series single-chip microcomputer, ARM series single-chip microcomputer, etc., or a plurality of circuits are used to jointly implement the functions of the microcontroller, or a combination thereof, and those skilled in the art may select the functions as needed, which is not limited herein.
The pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the embodiment adopts an internal power supply of the signal analysis control module to supply power, so that the power supply is not shown in the figure, and of course, an independent power supply module can be adopted to supply power to each module in the pressure sore prevention reminding device, and the power supply is not limited here.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing the arrangement of the pressure sensing modules provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, 4 pressure sensing modules are arranged on the pressure area of the outer surface of the pillow and the pressure area of the outer surface of the mattress for specific description, it should be understood that the number of the pressure sensing modules can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs. As shown in fig. 7, two pressure sensing modules are arranged on the pressed area of the outer surface of the pillow, wherein the two pressure sensing modules are a pressure sensing module a and a pressure sensing module B respectively; the pressure-bearing area of the outer surface of the mattress is also provided with two pressure sensing modules which are respectively a pressure sensing module C and a pressure sensing module D. If the human body lies on the bed as the reference direction, the pressure sensing module A and the pressure sensing module C correspond to the body area on the right side of the human body, and the pressure sensing module B and the pressure sensing module D correspond to the body area on the left side of the human body.
The following is a detailed description of the initial state of the human body as the lying state.
The medical personnel and/or the guardian may set the first preset time threshold and the second preset time threshold, for example, the first preset time threshold is set to 120 minutes, and the second preset time threshold is set to 5 minutes.
When a user lies on the bed, the pressure sensing module A, the pressure sensing module B, the pressure sensing module C and the pressure sensing module D can sense the pressure of a human body acting on the pressure sensing module, respectively generate corresponding pressure electric signals, namely a pressure electric signal A, a pressure electric signal B, a pressure electric signal C and a pressure electric signal D, and output the pressure electric signal A, the pressure electric signal B, the pressure electric signal C and the pressure electric signal D to the signal processing module.
The signal processing module processes the received pressure electric signal A, the pressure electric signal B, the pressure electric signal C and the pressure electric signal D, and then outputs the processed pressure electric signal A, the processed pressure electric signal B, the processed pressure electric signal C and the processed pressure electric signal D to the signal analysis control module.
The central control module in the signal analysis control module receives the pressure electric signal A, the pressure electric signal B, the pressure electric signal C and the pressure electric signal D processed by the signal processing module, then judges whether the processed pressure electric signal A and the processed pressure electric signal B are greater than or equal to a first preset pressure electric signal threshold value or not, and judges whether the processed pressure electric signal C and the processed pressure electric signal D are greater than or equal to a second preset pressure electric signal threshold value or not. If the processed pressure electric signal A and the processed pressure electric signal B are judged to be greater than or equal to the first preset pressure electric signal threshold value, and the processed pressure electric signal C and the processed pressure electric signal D are greater than or equal to the second preset pressure electric signal threshold value, the user is indicated to lie on the bed, and then the central control module starts a first timer to time to obtain first timing time.
The central control module judges whether the first timing time of the first timer exceeds a first preset time threshold value, namely whether the first timing time of the first timer exceeds 120 minutes. If the central control module judges that the first timing time of the first timer exceeds a first preset time threshold, an alarm control signal is output, and a second timer is started to time to obtain second timing time. That is, when the user lies down on the bed for more than 120 minutes, an alarm control signal is outputted and the second timer is started to count time.
The alarm reminding module carries out alarm reminding according to the alarm control signal output by the central control module so as to remind medical staff and/or guardians of turning over the user, and pressure sores are avoided.
The central control module judges whether the second timing time of the second timer exceeds a second preset time threshold value, namely whether the second timing time of the second timer exceeds 5 minutes. And if the central control module judges that the second timing time of the second timer exceeds a second preset time threshold, the central control module judges whether the user is turned over according to the pressure electric signal processed by the signal processing module.
Specifically, if only the pressure electrical signal a 'output by the pressure sensing module a and processed by the signal processing module and the pressure electrical signal C' output by the pressure sensing module C and processed by the signal processing module are received within the second timing time, wherein the processed pressure electrical signal a 'is greater than or equal to the first preset pressure electrical signal threshold value, and the processed pressure electrical signal C' is greater than or equal to the second preset pressure electrical signal threshold value, which indicates that the user lies on the bed to the right side, the central control module determines that the user has been turned over; if only the pressure electric signal B 'output by the pressure sensing module B and processed by the signal processing module and the pressure electric signal D' output by the pressure sensing module D and processed by the signal processing module are received within the second timing time, wherein the processed pressure electric signal B 'is greater than or equal to a first preset pressure electric signal threshold value, and the processed pressure electric signal D' is greater than or equal to a second preset pressure electric signal threshold value, which indicates that the user lies on the bed on the left side, the central control module judges that the user is turned over; in addition to the above two situations, the central control module may determine that the user is not turned over.
And if the central control module judges that the user is turned over, clearing the first timer and the second timer so as to perform next alarm prompt later.
And if the central control module judges that the user is not turned over, resetting the first timer, accumulating the second timing time of the second timer to the first timer, starting the first timer to continue timing, resetting the second timer, and storing the time and the times of turning over the user.
Fig. 8 is a functional structure block diagram of a second embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the second embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device is different from the first embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device in that: the second embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device further comprises an information input display module 150 and a wireless transceiver module 160.
The information input display module 150 is connected to the signal analysis control module 130, and is configured to input a preset time threshold and display an analysis result obtained by analysis by the signal analysis control module 130 to a user. Specifically, the first preset time threshold and the second preset time threshold may be input through the information input display module 150, and the time corresponding to the user not turning over each time and the total number of times the user does not turn over may also be checked through the information input display module 150.
The wireless transceiver module 160 is connected to the signal analysis control module 130, and is configured to send an analysis result obtained by analysis by the signal analysis control module 130 to the terminal device in a wireless manner. For example, the wireless transceiver module 160 wirelessly transmits the time corresponding to each time when the user is not turned over and the total number of times when the user is not turned over to the terminal device, so that the medical staff or the guardian on the terminal device side can check the time.
Fig. 9 is a functional structure block diagram of a third embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the third embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device and the second embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device are different in that: prevent pressing sore reminding device embodiment third still includes: a hypoxia monitoring module 170, a temperature monitoring module 180, and a humidity monitoring module 190.
The tissue hypoxia monitoring module 170 is connected to the signal analysis control module 130, and is configured to monitor a hypoxia condition of a human tissue in a pressure region, generate a hypoxia electrical signal, and output the generated hypoxia electrical signal to the signal analysis control module 130; the temperature monitoring module 180 is connected to the signal analysis control module 130, and is configured to monitor the temperature of the surface of the human tissue in the pressed region, generate a temperature electrical signal, and output the generated temperature electrical signal to the signal analysis control module 130; the humidity monitoring module 190 is connected to the signal analyzing and controlling module 130, and is configured to monitor the humidity of the surface of the human tissue in the pressed area, generate a humidity electrical signal, and output the generated humidity electrical signal to the signal analyzing and controlling module 130.
The invention also provides a pressure sore prevention reminding system, which comprises: the pressure sore prevention reminding device and the terminal equipment are arranged; the terminal equipment is connected with the pressure sore prevention reminding device and used for receiving an analysis result obtained by analyzing the pressure sore prevention reminding device and sending a control instruction for controlling a signal analysis control module in the pressure sore prevention reminding device. Specifically, the control instructions may include: the starting instruction is used for starting the signal analysis control module to work, and the stopping instruction is used for stopping the signal analysis control module to work. It should be noted that the pressure sore prevention reminding device may be connected with the terminal device in a wireless communication manner, and may also be connected with the terminal device in a wired communication manner, which is not limited herein. If the pressure sore prevention reminding device is connected with the terminal equipment in a wireless communication mode, the pressure sore prevention reminding device comprises a wireless receiving and sending module; if the pressure sore prevention reminding device is connected with the terminal equipment in a wired communication mode, the pressure sore prevention reminding device does not comprise a wireless receiving and sending module, and the terminal equipment is directly connected with a signal analysis control module in the pressure sore prevention reminding device.
Specifically, fig. 10 is a functional structure block diagram of a pressure sore prevention reminding system corresponding to the embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10, the pressure sore prevention reminding system includes: prevent pressing sore reminding device 1010 and terminal equipment 1020. Wherein, the pressure sore prevention reminding device 1010 is the second embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding device provided by the invention. The terminal device 1020 is connected with the pressure sore prevention reminding device 1010 in a wireless communication manner, and is configured to receive an analysis result obtained by analyzing the pressure sore prevention reminding device 1010 and send a control instruction for controlling the signal analysis control module 130 in the pressure sore prevention reminding device 1010. Specifically, the terminal device 1020 is connected to the wireless transceiver module 160 in the pressure sore prevention reminding device 1010 in a wireless communication manner, and is configured to receive an analysis result obtained by analyzing by the signal analysis control module 130 sent by the wireless transceiver module 160, and send a control instruction for controlling the signal analysis control module 130 to the wireless transceiver module 160. Specifically, the control instructions may include: a start instruction for starting the operation of the signal analysis control module 130 and a termination instruction for terminating the operation of the signal analysis control module 130.
In addition, the terminal device 1020 may set the first preset time threshold and the second preset time threshold, and send the set first preset time threshold and second preset time threshold to the wireless transceiver module 160, so that the information input display module 150 is not required to set the first preset time threshold and the second preset time threshold.
In the above embodiments, the friction generator is a friction generator having a three-layer structure, a four-layer structure, a five-layer intermediate film structure, or a five-layer intermediate electrode structure, the friction generator includes at least two surfaces forming a friction interface, and the friction generator has at least a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer forming a signal output end. At least one of two surfaces forming a friction interface in the friction generator is provided with a protrusion array structure. The convex array structure is formed by arranging a plurality of convex points according to a rectangle or a rhombus, or a plurality of strip-shaped structures are arranged on two sides, four corners, the peripheral edge or the whole surface of at least one surface according to geometric arrangement. Alternatively, the shape of the bump may be a cylinder, a quadrangular prism, a quadrangular pyramid, or the like, which is not particularly limited herein; the strip-shaped structures may be arranged in a matrix of a cross, a zebra, a cross, or a square, and are not particularly limited herein.
Specifically, when the friction generator is a three-layer friction generator, the friction generator may include a first electrode layer, a first polymer insulating layer, and a second electrode layer stacked together, and a friction interface is formed between the first electrode layer and the first polymer insulating layer. When the friction generator is a four-layer friction generator, the friction generator may include a first electrode layer, a first polymer insulating layer, a second polymer insulating layer, and a second electrode layer, which are stacked, and a friction interface is formed between the first polymer insulating layer and the second polymer insulating layer. Fig. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of a friction generator with a three-layer structure, as shown in fig. 11, the friction generator includes a first electrode layer 1101, a first polymer insulating layer 1102 and a second electrode layer 1103, which are stacked, wherein a friction interface is formed between the first electrode layer 1101 and the first polymer insulating layer 1102, and a protrusion array structure 1104 in a shape of a quadrangular pyramid is disposed on the first polymer insulating layer 1102. When the first electrode layer 1101 is rubbed in contact with the first polymer insulating layer 1102, the protrusion array structure 1104 can make the opposite surfaces of the first electrode layer 1101 and the first polymer insulating layer 1102 better rubbed in contact with each other, and induce more charges at the first electrode layer 1101 and the second electrode layer 1103.
According to the pressure sore prevention reminding device and system provided by the invention, the pressure sensing module senses the pressure of a human body acting on the pressure sensing module, the pressure electric signal is output, the signal processing module processes the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module, the signal analysis control module analyzes the pressure electric signal processed by the signal processing module to obtain an analysis result, an alarm control signal is output according to the analysis result, and then the alarm reminding module carries out alarm reminding according to the alarm control signal. The pressure sore prevention reminding device and system provided by the invention utilize the friction generator and/or the piezoelectric generator to sense whether the human body part is in a pressed state, so that the use by a user is facilitated, the sensing sensitivity and accuracy are improved, and the false alarm rate is reduced; in addition, the pressure sore prevention reminding device and system provided by the invention have the advantages of simple structure and manufacturing process and low cost, and are suitable for large-scale industrial production.
The invention also provides a pressure sore prevention reminding method, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a pressure sensing module is used for sensing the pressure of a human body acting on the pressure sensing module and outputting a pressure electric signal, wherein the pressure sensing module comprises at least one friction generator and/or at least one piezoelectric generator; processing the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module to obtain a processed pressure electric signal; analyzing the processed pressure electric signal to obtain an analysis result, and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result; and carrying out alarm prompt according to the alarm control signal.
Fig. 12 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a pressure sore prevention reminding method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 12, the method includes the following steps:
step S1201, sensing the pressure applied to the pressure sensing module by the human body using the pressure sensing module, and outputting a pressure electrical signal.
Wherein, the pressure sensing module can be disposed on the bedding or clothes, and preferably, the pressure sensing module 110 is disposed on a specific pressed region of the bedding or a specific pressed region of the clothes. In addition, the pressure sensing module can be manufactured into a sucker with the same shape as the pressed area and directly adsorbed on the surface of the skin of the human body. Specific pressure sensing module setting mode can refer to the setting mode to pressure sensing module in preventing pressing sore reminding device embodiment one, and this no longer gives details here.
The pressure sensing module comprises at least one friction generator and/or at least one piezoelectric generator. The number of the pressure sensing modules may be one or multiple, and those skilled in the art may select the pressure sensing modules according to actual needs, which is not limited herein. Specifically, the friction generator may be a friction generator having a three-layer structure, a four-layer structure, a five-layer intermediate film structure, or a five-layer intermediate electrode structure, the friction generator at least includes two surfaces constituting a friction interface, and at least one of the two surfaces constituting the friction interface in the friction generator is provided with a protrusion array structure. The piezoelectric generator may be a zinc oxide generator, a piezoelectric ceramic generator, a polyvinylidene fluoride generator, a porous polypropylene generator, or a porous polytetrafluoroethylene generator.
Step S1202, the pressure electrical signal output by the pressure sensing module is processed to obtain a processed pressure electrical signal.
Specifically, in step S1202, the pressure electrical signal output by the pressure sensing module is rectified, filtered and amplified, and then the amplified analog pressure electrical signal is converted into a corresponding digital pressure electrical signal.
And step S1203, analyzing the processed pressure electric signal to obtain an analysis result, and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result.
And step S1204, performing alarm prompt according to the alarm control signal.
Specifically, the alarm prompt can be performed in the form of sound and/or light according to the alarm control signal.
Optionally, after analyzing the processed pressure electrical signal to obtain an analysis result and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result, the method further includes: and displaying the analysis result to a user and/or sending the analysis result to the terminal equipment in a wireless mode.
Fig. 13 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the pressure sore prevention reminding method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 13, the method includes the following steps:
step S1301, sensing the pressure applied to the pressure sensing module by the human body by using the pressure sensing module, and outputting a pressure electrical signal.
Step S1302, processing the pressure electrical signal output by the pressure sensing module to obtain a processed pressure electrical signal.
Step S1303, determining whether the processed pressure electrical signal is greater than or equal to a preset pressure electrical signal threshold; if yes, go to step S1304; if not, step S1301 is executed.
The skilled person can set the preset pressure electrical signal threshold according to the actual need, which is not limited herein. If the pressure sensing module is arranged on the bedding, when the processed pressure electric signal is judged to be greater than or equal to the preset pressure electric signal threshold value, the user is indicated to lie on the bed.
In step S1304, a first timer is started to count time, so as to obtain a first timing time.
Step S1305, determining whether a first timing time of the first timer exceeds a first preset time threshold; if yes, go to step S1306; if not, step S1305 is executed.
The first preset time threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein. For example, the first preset time threshold may be set to 120 minutes. Step 1309, determining whether a second timing time of the second timer exceeds a second preset time threshold; if yes, go to step S1310; if not, step S1309 is executed.
The second preset time threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited herein. For example, the second preset time threshold may be set to 5 minutes. If the second timing time of the second timer exceeds the second preset time threshold, executing step S1310; if the second timing time of the second timer is not judged to exceed the second preset time threshold, the step S1309 is continuously executed.
Step 1310, judging whether the user is turned over or not according to the processed pressure electric signal; if yes, go to step S1311; if not, step S1312 is executed.
In the case that it is determined in step S1310 that the second timing time of the second timer exceeds the second preset time threshold, it is determined whether the user has been turned over based on the processed pressure electrical signal.
In step S1311, the first timer and the second timer are cleared.
Step S1312 accumulates the second timing time of the second timer into the first timer, starts the first timer to continue timing, and clears the second timer.
In the invention, the second timing time of the second timer is accumulated to the first timer, and then the first timer is started to continue timing, so that the time that the user actually needs to turn over next time can be measured, and the next alarm prompt can be accurately carried out.
Step 1313, storing the time and the number of times that the user is not turned over.
Optionally, the method may further comprise: monitoring the hypoxia condition of human tissues in the pressed area by using a tissue hypoxia monitoring module to generate a hypoxia electric signal; and/or monitoring the temperature of the surface of the human tissue in the pressed area by using a temperature monitoring module to generate a temperature electric signal; and/or monitoring the humidity of the surface of the human tissue at the pressed area by using a humidity monitoring module to generate a humidity electric signal.
According to the pressure sore prevention reminding method provided by the invention, whether the human body part is in a pressed state or not is sensed by the friction generator and/or the piezoelectric generator, so that the use by a user is facilitated, the sensing sensitivity and accuracy are improved, and the false alarm rate is reduced.
Various modules and circuits mentioned in the present invention are all circuits implemented by hardware, for example, the signal analysis control module may include a microcontroller or a microcontroller chip, the alarm reminding module may include a speaker and/or an LED lamp, the rectifying module may include a rectifying circuit, the filtering module may include a comparing circuit, the amplifying module may include an amplifying circuit, etc., and the analog-to-digital conversion module may include an analog-to-digital converter, etc. Although some modules and circuits are integrated with software, the invention protects hardware circuits integrating corresponding functions of the software, and not only the software.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the arrangement of devices shown in the figures or embodiments is merely schematic and representative of a logical arrangement. Where modules shown as separate components may or may not be physically separate, components shown as modules may or may not be physical modules.

the pressure sensing module comprises at least one friction generator and/or at least one piezoelectric generator and is used for sensing the pressure of a human body acting on the pressure sensing module and outputting a pressure electric signal;
the signal processing module is connected with the pressure sensing module and is used for processing the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module;
the signal analysis control module is connected with the signal processing module and used for analyzing the pressure electric signal processed by the signal processing module to obtain an analysis result and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result;
the alarm reminding module is connected with the signal analysis control module and used for carrying out alarm reminding according to the alarm control signal.
2. The pressure sore prevention reminding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the signal analysis control module comprises: the system comprises a central control module, a first timer and a second timer; wherein,
the central control module is connected with the signal processing module and the first timer and is used for judging whether the pressure electric signal processed by the signal processing module is greater than or equal to a preset pressure electric signal threshold value or not, if so, the first timer is started to time to obtain first timing time;
the central control module is connected with the alarm reminding module and the second timer and is also used for judging whether the first timing time of the first timer exceeds a first preset time threshold value or not, if so, outputting an alarm control signal and starting the second timer to time to obtain second timing time;
the central control module is further used for judging whether the second timing time of the second timer exceeds a second preset time threshold value, and if so, judging whether the user is turned over according to the pressure electric signal processed by the signal processing module.
3. The pressure sore prevention reminder device according to claim 2, wherein the central control module is further configured to:
if the central control module judges that the user is turned over, the first timer and the second timer are reset; and if the central control module judges that the user is not turned over, resetting the first timer, accumulating the second timing time of the second timer to the first timer, starting the first timer to continue timing, resetting the second timer, and storing the time and the times of turning over the user.
4. The pressure sore prevention reminding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the signal processing module comprises: the device comprises a rectification module, a filtering module, an amplification module and an analog-to-digital conversion module; wherein,
the rectification module is connected with the pressure sensing module and is used for rectifying the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module;
the filtering module is connected with the rectifying module and is used for filtering the rectified pressure electric signal;
the amplifying module is connected with the filtering module and is used for amplifying the pressure electric signal after filtering;
the analog-to-digital conversion module is connected with the amplifying circuit and used for converting the analog pressure electric signal output by the amplifying module into a corresponding digital pressure electric signal.
5. The pressure sore prevention alert device as recited in claim 1, further comprising: the information input display module and/or the wireless transceiving module;
the information input display module is connected with the signal analysis control module and used for inputting a preset time threshold and displaying an analysis result obtained by analysis of the signal analysis control module to a user;
the wireless transceiver module is connected with the signal analysis control module and used for sending an analysis result obtained by the analysis of the signal analysis control module to the terminal equipment in a wireless mode.
6. The pressure sore prevention alert device as recited in claim 1, further comprising: the tissue hypoxia monitoring module, the temperature monitoring module and/or the humidity monitoring module;
the tissue hypoxia monitoring module is connected with the signal analysis control module and is used for monitoring the hypoxia condition of human tissues at a pressed area and generating a hypoxia electric signal;
the temperature monitoring module is connected with the signal analysis control module and is used for monitoring the temperature of the surface of the human tissue in the pressed area and generating a temperature electric signal;
the humidity monitoring module is connected with the signal analysis control module and used for monitoring the humidity of the surface of the human tissue in the pressed area and generating a humidity electric signal.
7. A pressure sore prevention warning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the pressure sensing module is provided on a specific pressure area of the bedding article or on a specific pressure area of the garment.

The pressure sore prevention reminding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the friction generator is a friction generator of a three-layer structure, a four-layer structure, a five-layer intervening film structure or a five-layer intervening electrode structure; the friction generator comprises at least two surfaces forming a friction interface; the piezoelectric generator is any one of a zinc oxide generator, a piezoelectric ceramic generator, a polyvinylidene fluoride generator, a porous polypropylene generator and a porous polytetrafluoroethylene generator.
9. The pressure sore prevention warning device as claimed in claim 8, wherein a raised array structure is provided on at least one of two surfaces of the friction generator constituting the friction interface.
10. A pressure sore prevention reminding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sensing the pressure of a human body acting on the pressure sensing module by using the pressure sensing module, and outputting a pressure electric signal; wherein the pressure sensing module comprises at least one friction generator and/or at least one piezoelectric generator;
processing the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module to obtain a processed pressure electric signal;
analyzing the processed pressure electric signal to obtain an analysis result, and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result;
and carrying out alarm prompt according to the alarm control signal.
11. The pressure sore prevention reminding method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the analyzing the processed pressure electric signal to obtain an analysis result and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result further comprises:
judging whether the processed pressure electric signal is greater than or equal to a preset pressure electric signal threshold value or not, if so, starting a first timer for timing to obtain first timing time;
judging whether the first timing time of the first timer exceeds a first preset time threshold value or not, if so, outputting an alarm control signal, and starting a second timer to time to obtain second timing time;
and judging whether the second timing time of the second timer exceeds a second preset time threshold value or not, and if so, judging whether the user is turned over or not according to the processed pressure electric signal.
12. The pressure sore prevention reminder method as claimed in claim 11, further comprising:
if the user is judged to turn over, clearing the first timer and the second timer; and if the user is not turned over by the judgment, resetting the first timer, accumulating the second timing time of the second timer to the first timer, starting the first timer to continue timing, resetting the second timer, and storing the time and the times of turning over the user.
13. The pressure sore prevention reminding method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the processing of the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module to obtain a processed pressure electric signal further comprises:
rectifying, filtering and amplifying the pressure electric signal output by the pressure sensing module;
and converting the amplified analog pressure electric signal into a corresponding digital pressure electric signal.
14. The pressure sore prevention reminding method as claimed in claim 10, wherein after analyzing the processed pressure electric signal to obtain an analysis result and outputting an alarm control signal according to the analysis result, the method further comprises:
displaying the analysis result to a user; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and sending the analysis result to the terminal equipment in a wireless mode.
15. The pressure sore prevention reminder method as claimed in claim 10, further comprising:
monitoring the hypoxia condition of human tissues in a pressed area by using a tissue hypoxia monitoring module to generate a hypoxia electric signal; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
monitoring the temperature of the surface of the human tissue in the pressed area by using a temperature monitoring module to generate a temperature electric signal; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the humidity monitoring module is used for monitoring the humidity of the surface of the human tissue in the pressed area to generate a humidity electric signal.
16. A pressure sore prevention warning method as claimed in any one of claims 10 to 15 wherein the pressure sensing module is provided on a specific pressure area of the bedding article or on a specific pressure area of the garment.
17. The pressure sore prevention reminding method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the friction generator is a friction generator of a three-layer structure, a four-layer structure, a five-layer intervening film structure or a five-layer intervening electrode structure; the friction generator comprises at least two surfaces forming a friction interface; the piezoelectric generator is any one of a zinc oxide generator, a piezoelectric ceramic generator, a polyvinylidene fluoride generator, a porous polypropylene generator and a porous polytetrafluoroethylene generator.
18. The pressure sore prevention reminding method as claimed in claim 17, wherein at least one of two surfaces of the friction generator constituting the friction interface is provided with a protrusion array structure.
19. A prevent pressing sore reminder system which characterized in that includes: the pressure sore prevention reminding device and the terminal equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
and the terminal equipment is connected with the pressure sore prevention reminding device and used for receiving an analysis result obtained by analyzing the pressure sore prevention reminding device and sending a control instruction for controlling a signal analysis control module in the pressure sore prevention reminding device.
