本发明涉及一种快速印刷输出图样制备方法。
背景技术
随着制鞋行业越来越多人加入,竞争越来越激烈,要在众多鞋业中突出咱公司的优势,除了价格公正公平,保质保量,个性时尚以外,那就是时间,在最短的时间内做出最好的鞋子。
现有行业或市场上快速印刷菲林输出图样工艺制作过程复杂,操作要求高,时间长,制作环境要求高。比如,尺寸规格需要达到60*60cm才能开机;比如,开机后先预热,再自动升温,达到标准温度后方可作业,前后时间需要30分钟-60分钟。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种出图清晰,数字线条清清楚楚;操作简单,只需按序操作电脑软件,直接出图打印的快速印刷输出图样制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种快速印刷输出图样制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将透明胶片和黑色墨水按打印机说时书安装到打印机上;
2)用打印机数据线连接电脑和打印机;
3)在电脑上绘制好需要印刷菲林输出的图档;
4)将绘制好的图档通过打印软件传输到数码打印机,然后进行打印;
5)数码打印机开始打印,直至打印完成。
进一步的,所述数码打印机为EPSON彩色打印机。
进一步的,所述打印软件包括corelDrawX6、EPS-内嵌式Postscript和StudioRIP。
进一步的,所述打印软件的使用为以下步骤:
1)先在corelDrawX6中设置好图样;
2)再另存为EPS-内嵌式Postscript格式于指定路径;
3)最后用Studio RIP浏览器开启打印。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:利用软件资源,快速准确打印出图。方便灵活,节约时间,节省成本,提高效率;时间短、出图清晰、操作简单,现有的工艺需要时间30分钟-60分钟时间,缩短到1分钟;现有的工艺出图表面不光滑、数字模糊,本方法能够实现表面平滑,数字清晰;现有工艺人工开机,人不离机,等待机器预热、升温、达温,本方法只需按序操作电脑软件,直接出图打印。
具体实施方式
一种快速印刷输出图样制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将透明胶片和黑色墨水按打印机说时书安装到打印机上;
2)用打印机数据线连接电脑和打印机;
3)在电脑上绘制好需要印刷菲林输出的图档;
4)将绘制好的图档通过打印软件传输到数码打印机,然后进行打印;
5)数码打印机开始打印,直至打印完成。
所述数码打印机为EPSON彩色打印机。
所述打印软件包括corelDrawX6、EPS-内嵌式Postscript和Studio RIP。
所述打印软件的使用为以下步骤:
1)先在corelDrawX6中设置好图样;
2)再另存为EPS-内嵌式Postscript格式于指定路径;
3)最后用Studio RIP浏览器开启打印。
corelDrawX6的功能包括:自定义调色板-可访问以前使用过的颜色,以便为新设计创建和保存颜色;原色模式-可在导出时控制文档的默认颜色模式,包括默认的调色板(RGB或CMYK);文档颜色设置-调整仅适用于当前文档的颜色设置;PANTONE颜色预置文件-借助来自PANTONE的最新颜色预置文件,查看精确和分步骤的颜色显示,包括Fashion+Home和Goe TM系统;十六进制颜色支持-通过使用颜色的十六进制值选择颜色,并从多个位置查看十六进制颜色值。Smart Carver工具-从照片中切割掉不想要的区域;图像调整选项卡-在单个选项卡中调整和控制所有照片选项;照片润色-移除图像中的缺陷,并实时查看改进的照片;柱状图反馈-在调整图像色调、应用效果或处理RAW相机文件的同时预览更改并立即比较效果;专色通道-创建并修改包含专色的图像;剪切实验室-从图片背景消除图片元素,并保留图片精细细节。
PostScript的主要用意是为以相对设备独立的方式描述影像提供一种方便的语言。该设备相对独立是指不以某种特定设备特性作参照,来描述影像(比如印表机的解析度),这样同一种描述不需修改就可适用于任何一种PostScript印表机(比如,LaserWriter或Linotron)。实际情况下,有些PostScript文件对于目标设备做假设定(比如它的解析度或纸匣的数量),但这并不实用,而且局限了可转移性。
对于语言本身,通常是解译的,如RPN计算器一样的存储方式。程序把运算的参数存储在一起,然后调用该操作。通常情况下,运算后将结果留在存储显示上。例如,我们将12乘以134。我们会使用以下PostScript程式码:12134mul前面的两个字「12」和「134」将12和134存储显示。「mul」激活相乘运算,将两个数值相乘,并将结果推倒存储显示上。结果数值将保留在那里供以后程序中其它运算时使用。
Studio RIP印刷色彩匹配软件可针对数字印刷机、胶印机、大幅面打印机和其他设备在数字文件内部调整色彩数据。这款软件使用了IDEAlliance的G7技术,使得数字印刷机也可以获得GRACoL认证。初始的优化过程(需要约20分钟),为ORIS Press Matcher管理设备建立了一个基线,设备会输出一个色标并使用分光光度计找描,按照GRACOL或其他颜色标准对设备进行调节,之后通过网络热文件夹的形式把这一优化应用于所要处理的数字文件,而不需要人工对色彩再进行校准。
实验例
实验对象:选取现有的印刷输出图样工艺与本申请的印刷输出图样制备方法进行对比,60*60cm的材料上进行打印。
实验方法:本申请采用的方法为:1)将透明胶片和黑色墨水按打印机说时书安装到打印机上;2)用打印机数据线连接电脑和打印机;3)在电脑上绘制好需要印刷菲林输出的图档;4)将绘制好的图档通过打印软件传输到数码打印机,然后进行打印;5)数码打印机开始打印,直至打印完成。所述数码打印机为EPSON彩色打印机。现有的工艺方法为:开机后先预热,再自动升温,达到标准温度后方可作业。然后检测表面光洁度以及工作时间。
记录实验检测的数据,如下表:
结合上表,对比可知本申请的工艺表面更光滑,而且工作时间更短。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:利用软件资源,快速准确打印出图。方便灵活,节约时间,节省成本,提高效率;时间短、出图清晰、操作简单,现有的工艺需要时间30分钟-60分钟时间,缩短到1分钟;现有的工艺出图表面不光滑、数字模糊,本方法能够实现表面平滑,数字清晰;现有工艺人工开机,人不离机,等待机器预热、升温、达温,本方法只需按序操作电脑软件,直接出图打印。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种快速印刷输出图样制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将透明胶片和黑色墨水按打印机说时书安装到打印机上;
2)用打印机数据线连接电脑和打印机;
3)在电脑上绘制好需要印刷菲林输出的图档;
4)将绘制好的图档通过打印软件传输到数码打印机,然后进行打印;
5)数码打印机开始打印,直至打印完成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种快速印刷输出图样制备方法,其特征在于:所述数码打印机为EPSON彩色打印机。
