本发明涉及一种组合式密封件,包括主体密封和弹性体,主体密封呈Y字型,弹性体呈V字型,弹性体嵌设于主体密封的开口内壁,主体密封开口处内壁设有便于卡住弹性体的卡块,主体密封的材质为聚四氟乙烯,弹性体的材质为不锈钢。本发明的有益效果是:密封效果好,通过加入不锈钢弹性体增加主体密封的弹性恢复,双卡口槽使不锈钢弹性体固定牢固,在安装和拆卸时不容易主副体密封分离,保护密封缸体不被划伤,在工作时受到冲击力,也不容易脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合式密封件。
背景技术
钢铁公司,轧钢机工况条件比较恶劣,对密封件要求比较高,传统制作的密封件不能满足要求,同时由于缸体的磨损,随机配件也不适用,需要密封件有足够的弹性余量,实际生产中迫切需要有新型的密封件出现。传统的密封件性能比较单一,有的密封效果比较好,但是耐磨,耐压比较差,寿命低;有的耐磨,耐压等性能比较好,但是弹性密封效果差。组合式密封是近年来飞速发展的新型密封,是由两种或多种材料结合,充分发挥不同材料的优点,它逐渐被应用到工况条件比较恶劣的状态下,大大提高了密封性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:基于上述问题,提供一种组合式密封件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种组合式密封件,包括主体密封和弹性体,主体密封呈Y字型,弹性体呈V字型,弹性体嵌设于主体密封的开口内壁,主体密封开口处内壁设有便于卡住弹性体的卡块,主体密封的材质为聚四氟乙烯,弹性体的材质为不锈钢。
进一步地,主体密封和弹性体卡接为一个整体。
本发明的有益效果是:密封效果好,通过加入不锈钢弹性体增加主体密封的弹性恢复,双卡口槽使不锈钢弹性体固定牢固,在安装和拆卸时不容易主副体密封分离,保护密封缸体不被划伤,在工作时受到冲击力,也不容易脱落。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种组合式密封件,包括主体密封1和弹性体2,主体密封1呈Y字型,弹性体2呈V字型,弹性体2嵌设于主体密封1的开口内壁,主体密封1开口处内壁设有便于卡住弹性体2的卡块,主体密封1的材质为聚四氟乙烯,弹性体2的材质为不锈钢。
主体密封1和弹性体2卡接为一个整体。
密封工作原理是采用赋能型密封,即随着液体压力的增加,密封件唇部压力就越大,密封效果就更好。通过加入弹性体2增加其弹性,即增加初始状态的密封效果,也增加了主体密封1的弹性恢复。双卡口槽使弹性体2固定牢固,在安装和拆卸时不容易主副体密封分离,保护密封缸体不被划伤,在工作时受到冲击力,也不容易脱落。

1.一种组合式密封件,其特征是:包括主体密封(1)和弹性体(2),主体密封(1)呈Y字型,弹性体(2)呈V字型,弹性体(2)嵌设于主体密封(1)的开口内壁,主体密封(1)开口处内壁设有便于卡住弹性体(2)的卡块,主体密封(1)的材质为聚四氟乙烯,弹性体(2)的材质为不锈钢。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式密封件,其特征是:所述的主体密封(1)和弹性体(2)卡接为一个整体。
