一种不沾水面料,采用超细聚酯纤维织造成高密度平纹组织布料,并在所述布料表面设置疏水涂层,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:三防助剂50‑70g/L;密胺树脂25‑35g/L;硅系平滑剂5‑15g/L;交联剂3‑7g/L;高浓度剂0.5‑1.5g/L。本发明同时提供了利用该疏水面料加工得到的雨伞。本发明具有优良的疏水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能面料技术领域,具体涉及一种不沾水面料及利用该面料制 成的雨伞。
背景技术
现有的雨伞面料表面涂防水剂和泼水层,在普通水淋测试下,只能做到短 时间水珠滑落不湿面料,时间稍长一点即面料会湿,导致水珠吸附在面料表面 不易甩干。
并且日常生活中的雨水PH值是含杂质及呈一定程度酸性,间接导致目前雨 伞面料下面用过一会后雨水疏水性不好从而吸附在面料上,打湿伞面,每次下 雨后,普通雨伞常常是在用完后湿溚溚的不方便收纳、且弄的到处都是,对室 内环境造成极大的困扰,不方便携带。进入各种公共场合后很多要加套一个塑 料袋来装还在滴水的雨伞,造成资源浪费和用后的塑料袋产生环境污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种不沾水面料及利用该面料制成的 雨伞,以提高面料的疏水性能。
第一方面,本发明提供的一种不沾水面料,采用超细聚酯纤维织造成高密 度平纹组织布料,并在所述布料表面设置疏水涂层。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,所述超细聚酯纤维是指纤度为30-50 旦的聚酯纤维。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,所述高密度平纹组织是指密度为 200T-400T。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,所述疏水涂层包括不产生显著电偶 极矩的有机物和烃基、酯基、卤素、硝基等降低面料表面张力的疏水基团的助 剂。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:
三防助剂 50-70g/L;
密胺树脂 25-35g/L;
硅系平滑剂 5-15g/L;
交联剂 3-7g/L;
高浓度剂 0.5-1.5g/L;
其余为水,组成1L溶液。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:
三防助剂 60g/L;
密胺树脂 30g/L;
硅系平滑剂 10g/L;
交联剂 5g/L;
高浓度剂 1g/L;
其余为水,组成1L溶液。
所述三防助剂为市售产品,三防即拒水、拒油、拒污整理,三防整理剂为 氟化合物,能有效降低织物的表面张力,达到水、油等在织物表面不扩张、浸 润的效果,类似水在荷叶上的流动和不沾。采用杜邦公司特氟龙三防助剂。
密胺树脂即三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
硅系平滑剂为市售产品,例如东莞广龙纺织助剂有限公司生产的三元嵌段 硅油GL1509,其为一种线性多元共聚嵌段改性的有机硅柔软剂,它拥有全新的 分子结构,在分子的主链上规整的嵌入了聚醚、氨基、烷基等多种有机硅链段, 从而赋予其较一般的嵌段硅油更优异的效果和更高的性价比,彻底改变了传统 氨基硅油的特性,同时有效的解决了传统氨基硅油普遍存在的问题。
交联剂能使线型或轻度支链型的大分子转变成三维网状结构,以此提高强 度、耐热性、耐磨性、耐溶剂性等性能,此处交联剂采用过氧化二异丙苯。
高浓度剂具体为螯合分散剂、脂肪醇硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合物, 其重量比为1:1:0.3。
本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,所述面料采用如下的方法制备得到:
S1、织造高密度平纹组织布料;
S2、配制疏水涂层料液;
S3、通过170-190℃高温塑型辊将疏水涂层料液在所述高密度平纹组织布 料的表面充分交联成膜,得到疏水面料。
第二方面,本发明提供的雨伞,利用如上所述的不沾水面料加工得到。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中,发明人经过大量反复的试验,选择了采用纤度为30到50旦的 超细聚酯纤维织造成密度为200T-400T的高密度平纹组织布料,致密性较好, 本身具有非常优良的防水性。同时在所述布料表面设置疏水涂层,其中的硅系 平滑剂能够增加面料的柔软度和手感,三防助剂可以增加面料的性能,其加入 可以起到防水,防油,防污的效果,同时提升面料表面疏水效果,高溶度剂使 各种助剂更好溶合的催化剂。另外,疏水涂层包括不产生显著电偶极矩的有机 物和烃基、酯基、卤素、硝基等降低面料表面张力的疏水基团的助剂,经过特 殊的加工,疏水涂层和高密度平纹组织布料之间会形成致密的网膜,这种膜具 有非常优良的疏水性能,雨水在滴落到面料表面的时候可以形成小水珠或者直 接从从表面滑落从而阻止面料吸收水分。
利用该面料制作得到的雨伞,具有优良的疏水性能,使用中雨水不容易打 湿伞面,并且非常易甩干,对于进到房屋里或车内里,或要放包包里面时,随 手抖几下即可将雨水甩干,恢复干燥,可即时收纳起来,提高人们的生活便利 性,并且不用二次用塑料袋收纳,能够节约能源,有利于可持续发展,易于随 身携带。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅 用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制 本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种不沾水面料,采用纤度30旦的超细聚酯纤维织造成密度为200T的高 密度平纹组织布料,并在所述布料表面设置疏水涂层,所述疏水涂层包括不产 生显著电偶极矩的有机物和烃基、酯基、卤素、硝基等降低面料表面张力的疏 水基团的助剂。
本实施例中,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:三防助剂50g/L;密胺树 脂25g/L;硅系平滑剂5g/L;交联剂3g/L;高浓度剂0.5g/L;其余为水,组 成1L溶液。
本实施例中,所述面料采用如下的方法制备得到:

本实施例中,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:三防助剂70g/L;密胺树 脂35g/L;硅系平滑剂15g/L;交联剂7g/L;高浓度剂1.5g/L;其余为水,组 成1L溶液。
本实施例中,所述面料采用如下的方法制备得到:
S1、织造高密度平纹组织布料;
S2、配制疏水涂层料液;
S3、通过190℃高温塑型辊将疏水涂层料液在所述高密度平纹组织布料的 表面充分交联成膜,得到疏水面料。
实施例3
一种不沾水面料,采用纤度为40旦的超细聚酯纤维织造成密度为400T的 高密度平纹组织布料,并在所述布料表面设置疏水涂层,所述疏水涂层包括不 产生显著电偶极矩的有机物和烃基、酯基、卤素、硝基等降低面料表面张力的 疏水基团的助剂。
本实施例中,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:三防助剂60g/L;密胺树 脂30g/L;硅系平滑剂10g/L;交联剂5g/L;高浓度剂1g/L;其余为水,组 成1L溶液。
本实施例中,所述面料采用如下的方法制备得到:
S1、织造高密度平纹组织布料;
S2、配制疏水涂层料液;
S3、通过180℃高温塑型辊将疏水涂层料液在所述高密度平纹组织布料的 表面充分交联成膜,得到疏水面料。
将得到的疏水面料制作成雨伞,采用传统制作工艺即可,在此不做赘述。
实施例4
一种不沾水面料,采用纤度为35旦的超细聚酯纤维织造成密度为300T的 高密度平纹组织布料,并在所述布料表面设置疏水涂层,所述疏水涂层包括不 产生显著电偶极矩的有机物和烃基、酯基、卤素、硝基等降低面料表面张力的 疏水基团的助剂。
本实施例中,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:三防助剂65g/L;密胺树 脂30g/L;硅系平滑剂6g/L;交联剂7g/L;高浓度剂1.2g/L;其余为水,组 成1L溶液。
本实施例中,所述面料采用如下的方法制备得到:
S1、织造高密度平纹组织布料;
S2、配制疏水涂层料液;
S3、通过185℃高温塑型辊将疏水涂层料液在所述高密度平纹组织布料的 表面充分交联成膜,得到疏水面料。
实施例5
一种不沾水面料,采用纤度45旦的超细聚酯纤维织造成密度为200T的高 密度平纹组织布料,并在所述布料表面设置疏水涂层,所述疏水涂层包括不产 生显著电偶极矩的有机物和烃基、酯基、卤素、硝基等降低面料表面张力的疏 水基团的助剂。
本实施例中,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:三防助剂50g/L;密胺树 脂35g/L;硅系平滑剂5g/L;交联剂7g/L;高浓度剂0.5g/L;其余为水,组 成1L溶液。
本实施例中,所述面料采用如下的方法制备得到:
S1、织造高密度平纹组织布料;
S2、配制疏水涂层料液;
S3、通过175℃高温塑型辊将疏水涂层料液在所述高密度平纹组织布料的 表面充分交联成膜,得到疏水面料。
效果测试实施例
将实施例1-5得到的疏水面料、普通雨伞面料、高密度平纹组织布料(无 疏水涂层)、普通布料表面设有疏水涂层进行疏水效果测试。
采用淋水性能测试方。分别截取18×18(cm2)的试样1块,紧绷于试样夹 持器(金属弯曲环)上,并以45°放置。使织物的经向顺着布面水珠流下的方向, 实验面的中心在喷嘴表面中心下的150mm处。将250ml冷水迅速倾入的玻璃 漏斗中,使水约在25-30s内淋洒于织物表面。淋洒完毕,取起夹持器,使织 物正面向下成水平,然后对着一硬物轻敲两次。将实验织物评定疏水级别。
1级——受淋表面全部润湿。
2级——受淋表面有一半润湿,通常指小块不连接的润湿面积的总和。
3级——受淋表面仅有不连接的小面积润湿。
4级——受淋表面没有润湿,但在表面沾有水珠。
5级——受淋表面没有润湿,在表面也末沾小水珠。

耐洗性试验
织物浸泡在2g/l皂粉溶液中,40℃振荡,水洗10min,然后清水洗2min, 完成一次水洗,分别洗涤不同次数后再测试其疏水效果。
由以上结果可以看出,本发明提供的产品采用纤度不大于0.25旦的超细聚 酯纤维织造成密度为200T-400T的高密度平纹组织布料,而疏水涂层和高密度 平纹组织布料之间会形成致密的网膜,这种膜具有非常优良的疏水性能,雨水 在滴落到面料表面的时候可以形成小水珠或者直接从从表面滑落从而阻止面料 吸收水分。而且耐洗性得到较高的提升。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不沾水面料,其特征在于,所述超细聚酯纤维是指纤度为30-50旦的聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不沾水面料,其特征在于,所述高密度平纹组织是指密度为200T-400T。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种不沾水面料,其特征在于,所述疏水涂层包括不产生显著电偶极矩的有机物和烃基、酯基、卤素、硝基等降低面料表面张力的疏水基团的助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种不沾水面料,其特征在于,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:
三防助剂 50-70g/L;
密胺树脂 25-35g/L;
硅系平滑剂 5-15g/L;
交联剂 3-7g/L;
高浓度剂 0.5-1.5g/L;
其余为水,组成1L溶液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种不沾水面料,其特征在于,所述疏水涂层料液包括以下组分:
三防助剂 60g/L;
密胺树脂 30g/L;
硅系平滑剂 10g/L;
交联剂 5g/L;
高浓度剂 1g/L;
其余为水,组成1L溶液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种不沾水面料,其特征在于,所述面料采用如下的方法制备得到:
S1、织造高密度平纹组织布料;
S2、配制疏水涂层料液;
S3、通过170-190℃高温塑型辊将疏水涂层料液在所述高密度平纹组织布料的表面充分交联成膜,得到疏水面料。
8.雨伞,其特征在于,利用如权利要求7所述的不沾水面料加工得到。
